The only dunkin that gives me light ice when asked for it. The other dunkin's don't know what Light ice means

I order ice large coffee 3 cream 2 equal and every time the lady's reads back 2 cream she gets frustrated with me every time I order well today as always I order but I use me coffee rewards any size ice or hot I go to the window pay with my rewards n they try to give me a hot coffee I said I got a large ice she told me no... well if she stoped trying to give me 2 cream instead of what I asked for ... I told her I wanted a ice she said I needed to pay an extra $1 then told her I paid with rewards it's any size but I paid and I'll be going to the one down the street were they don't over charge and make the order I've Order not what they want to put in read more

Just grabbed a dunkalatte from this Dunkin'. It's rushed and tasted absolutely horrible. They didn't even have a long line. I don't usually complain but if I'm spending almost 6 dollars on a medium iced coffee I want to enjoy it not pull off and throw it away. read more

BEST DRIVETHRU ! My Mom and I were in the area and were thirsty. Since Dunkin' is our go-to, we searched in our GPS for the nearest Dunkin' and came across this location. There was no one in line (which I thought was kind of weird) but it was also 5:30 PM at night, so that is understandable. The workers seemed a little confused (we had to repeat our order to them and they asked us if we wanted whipped cream on our iced coffees which usually whipped cream only goes on iced lattes). They were still nice though. The drink was okay, we asked for caramel mocha and I tasted 95% mocha, but it still tasted fine. read more

This DD is one of the better ones in the area, (or at least I thought) but unfortunately, that isn't saying much. As with most DD, you have an entire staff made up of Indians complete with those brash, hard-to-understand accents, and the usual lack of care for customer service. They just don't care and they will serve anything. ANY-THING! Like,, yeah, I won't notice that you hit the wrong flavors on the first 2 pumps... Or that you totally decided not to add milk or cream or sugar or whatever else you felt like wasn't necessary. Or that you forgot to add until it was complete and then you just didnt feel like fixing... There is one guy, Joe? who is the exception to this, but he has not been around the past few weeks when I went in. He was the type to learn your order and have it exactly right, but without him.. this place is a bust, a bad one. Joe may be gone forever... RIP Joe! How frickin' hard is it to make an iced coffee with sweet caramel instead of sugar???? The last time I ordered it, it was so bad I turned around and went right back in. There was no cream in my drink...we went over how to make it.. Perhaps the guy doesn't speak english? I don't know what to think...grrrr Rather than starting over, they tried to pour some out and add cream and..... it sucked. So the next time I tried my usual Caramel latte.. did not taste right again... horrible! and a waste of 5$ I am beginning to think I need to open my own DD just so I can get it right! Maybe I will hit Costco and try to buy DD coffee blend and start making it at home.. I dunno what else to do?!? Also, while I was here last, some guy came in and ordered a Tuna sandwich.. Really?!!? who the heck eats a sandwich from DD? Is there something wrong with your brain? At 4.49 it sure ain't cheap either. You could get incredible Tuna around the corner at 2FG for comparable price that will blow that away... Ok seriously are you all with me? I am really thinking about opening a bangin coffee spot around Rte 309 / broad street area... Would you come by if I could get your drinks right and offer bangin coffee? Either their unsweetened iced tea is days old or they are putting something in it because it tastes horrible. I've told management several times and they do nothing about it. They must own the new one on 309 by five points because theirs is disgusting too. read more

Although there are Dunkin Donuts locations a bit closer to where I live, I do stop by the one in Lansdale when I am in the area. The store itself is great, I never ran into any problems with employees, food/drink or the cleanliness of the store. One time when I came into the store when it was about to close and I got extra donuts thrown in the mix which I did appreciate! My only problems is getting back out onto North Broad Street or Cowpath Road can be a pain as they are both next to a crowded red light, that is busy at all times of the day. Today i went in to get an iced coffee, i usually go into the drive thru but today i went in and my coffee was perfect, my sandwich was made fast. Since new ownership took over the service has been very very slow. If there is a line of 3 or more people I go somewhere else! I agree with others they need a drive through as well or a total new location. Worst dunkin donuts in the area by far! read more

I got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and when I got it the biscuit was so stale, it was not at all soft and tasted terrible. The donuts and drinks are usually good though but I don't think I'll get food from this location again. read more

Stopped in on the weekend in the morning, stood in a long line while a customer debated why his coupon and discount wasn't honored. The other customers waited for minutes, even though there were other employees who could have took orders, got disgusted and walked out. Parking lot sucks also!!! read more

This is my favorite DD to go to in the area. I usually go in with my daughter before I take her to school in the morning. They always give her 2-3 free munchkin donuts while we wait in line. They move very quickly and always double check to make sure my order is correct. read more

Perhaps "UNSWEETENED" means something different to the folks working at this shop. They spent so much time clowning around with each other and obviously paid no attention to preparing my coffee properly. Enough sugar in it to turn it into a solid substance.
