I came in the other day, for their Pumpkin Spice Latte, and unfortunately it wasn't what I hoped. The customer service was confusing and very scattered. They looked frazzled and overwhelmed. I felt so bad for the staff. The store was somewhat clean, and it seemed like they were having an off day. My pumpkin spice latte had a weird aftertaste, so I made management aware of it. At first, they were a little dismissive, but eventually corrected the situation and made it right. The way the store was running, it seemed a little disorganized. I am a full Dunkin fanatic and would rather go to Dunkin over another popular chain or even something local but you'll find me at DUNKIN. With that I have such inconsistent experiences here and it's very frustrating. My drink isn't complicated at all. It's usually an iced caramel coffee with cream. I've had it where it hasn't necessarily received three creams. I've had it where it was cream and sugar and caramel. Sometimes the iced coffee isn't cold. it's just very moderate and temperature. Today was no different. service is always friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking. The drive-through lane can sometimes take a little longer. I don't wanna break up with you, but sometimes I might not come over just because it's so inconsistent. I just want a nice ice cold coffee with the correct cream and the correct flavoring. Had to make a Dunkin trip since the one I used to go to in San Clemente closed down. The moment I saw on their IG that they have a bucket for the summer, I had to head to Dunkin to get one. I wish I could give 0 stars. For context- I'm type 1 diabetic (sugar in drinks= very, very bad) and severely lactose intolerant. My husband wanted to surprise me so he stopped by last week and ordered me a sugar free vanilla, almond milks latte. When he brought it home I saw the label said almond milk and vanilla (not sugar free) and when I sipped it I realized not only was there not sugar free vanilla in it, there was no syrup at all. Well, better than the normal vanilla at least- but the milk was also normal milk. Completely different order. I had to throw the whole thing away. Not to mention- it was made terribly and there was no foam. He went back this week to surprise me and this time he reiterated 3 times "SUGAR FREE", they repeated it back & it was definitely almond milk. No foam- still a terrible latte- but there was flavor and I could drink it at least. I drank the large latte fast and realized 10 minutes after...it was not sugar free. Did he ask 3 times? Did they confirm? Yes and yes. Is this a terrible establishment with no respect for customers orders? I think we can, at this point, say an emphatic yes. I almost had to go to the hospital, and that is not an exaggeration. Orders aren't preferences. Stopped by for the Parke Daydream Refresher. I've never really had a refresher from Dunkin' but I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was, also with the selection of refreshers and drink selection in general. Been into this location 5-6 times trying to see if the next time would be better. Unfortunately, had to learn the hard way that this Dunkin' just isn't cutting it. Haven't been in once where we were out in under 20mins. And no "wild orders", just regular items on the menu, and 3-4 coffees max. This location often makes mistakes and would get our drink order wrong almost every visit. Today I tried to order an item on the menu by reading it off verbatim and the drive thru clerk did not recognize the drink. I tried to explain that it's on the menu and was brushed off. As I pulled up to the window I said hi and no response. Whoever worked the drive thru window this morning 9/19, she needs to improve on customer service. She seemed offended because I wanted to make sure the drink order was correct at the drive thru window. I've never met someone rude at this location before. We love Dunkin drinks and when they're made correctly they're amazing but there's just been too many mistakes :( read more

I have been coming here to this location for a while now, and even before this location ever existed I'm a Dunkin' customer from way back. I believe this is a family-owned franchise and I like to support local businesses. I don't like to give negative reviews and hesitate to do so, but too many times this business has disappointed me, not in the product but in the customer service. The owner is very nice but a few of the employees have been rude on more than a few occasions. I am a believer in treating others with kindness and respect- in a business setting it's called being professional. I don't know if it's that they don't have enough staff working or what the issue is but there really is no excuse. I understand everyone has off days but if helping customers is a primary function of your job you need to have a pleasant, positive attitude, and if you don't or can't then don't work in this industry. You don't let insignificant things annoy you and then take it out on the customer. It's highly unprofessional when you have a negative attitude and it's the quickest way to lose customers. I hope the management reads this review and invests in training their employees in customer service. I will not be returning to this location again, or at least for a long time. read more

On a Sunday morning, 11:00 AM. Drive-through was so slow it took over 15 minutes to pick up my order.

Always fast and fresh! Dunkin' has the best iced coffee and donuts--my daily go-to spot!

I decided to see if the service has gotten better as I have not been in many months, but this location just continues to get worse. The drive-through line took forever today and when I finally got up to the front, they got my order mixed up with a mobile order, so no big deal at first, they asked what I wanted, and I told them. But they asked a few times, and seemed confused with my order. After all is said and done when they handed me my drink and I drove off it was nothing at all what I ordered. I was in a rush so I didn't think to look after repeating my order so many times to them. Unfortunately this will be the last time I am going to this location for good. The owner is an extremely nice lady and she works hard for her customers. She was not at the restaurant today. I ordered three HOT decaf coffees ALL were cold (not warm, not like warm but COLD). I mentioned it to the young lady taking my money and she just felt the cup and handed it back to me - without commenting. A Dunkin' Donuts in south Orange County? I was ecstatic to come across a Dunkin' Donuts conveniently located right off the 5 freeway. I went super early on a Sunday morning (before a long commute) and I was pleasantly greeted with energetic and friendly employees, a spic and span clean environment, hot coffee, and a delicious turkey sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. To say that I am a big fan is an understatement! I got a small coffee with caramel syrup and it was perfect on a Sunday morning. The croissant sandwich was fresh and warm and coupled with the fact that there was no line or long waiting, made the experience that much better. Oh! And, they have a drive-thru, which is super convenient as well, if you are in a rush and need your order right away. 5 stars all the way.
