 six donuts in a box

This is the second time we ask for assorted donuts and they gave us the saddest , plainest looking donuts!!

Burnt bagel

I mean we're paying money for this! That's ridiculous, definitely need to consider new management

Really, not frozen at all.

It is unbelievable how all three visits to this location were terrible! We tried one last time last week and that will absolutely be the last visit! I even called the corporate customer service line and was told that the owner would reach out to me, but they never did! The unprofessionalism there is ridiculous!! Last weeks visit was so bad that I thought my daughter was going to punch someone! When she walked in, three staff members were huddled up talking and laughing. They all looked at her and continued laughing. Long story short, my husband had to go in and they finally had the employee who was MOPPING THE FLOOR IN THE DINING ROOM, make his coffee! The one with the blue hair was mocking my husband as he was asking why no one would serve our daughter! Literally! Sticking her tongue out and everything! She was acting like a child! When they asked for a manager, they were told that the managers had all left! They need to fire everyone and rehire a whole new staff, except for the guy MOPPING. Next time they should be more picky about who they hire.

The workers should be cleaning tables or something instead of playing on their phones

Manager came off rude, the only employee that didnt ignore me was the curly haires blonde girl. On the bright side my order was right.

Thankful it made its way to small town label. Location: located in the plaza right next to hungry howies. There is parking available directly in front. The deli has maybe 4-5 tables to sit and eat and a full counter space with high chairs. Food: They offer the typical popular cuban bakery style items. We ordered some Of the ham croquettas and tried their chorizo croquetta which was pretty tasty. We ordered a few of the pastries guava and cheese, cheese and coconut all were great not to flaky and well done. Finally we took home some sandwiches pan con bistec, cuban sandwich and media noche. All 3 sandwiches were well made and pretty big. Ham was fresh, cheese was nicely melted & bread was nicely toasted (pressed). Price: its in the scope of normal some things a little higher than others. Considering the time we are in I can understand the prices a little higher. Staff: Super friendly attentive and welcoming.

I've been stopping by this Cuban cafeteria almost every morning on my way to work for the past four…read moreyears. At this point, the staff knows my order before I even get to the counter, which says a lot about how often I'm here and how much I enjoy the place. In my opinion, they serve the best Cuban tostada in Southwest Florida. The Cuban bread is exactly how it should be--not overly soft or spongy--and toasted to the perfect golden crisp. Pair that with a large café con leche, and you've got the perfect start to the day. Every now and then I'll add a couple of ham croquetas, and they never disappoint. Over the years I've worked my way through much of their hot food selection, including the congri rice, yuca, fried plantains, pork chunks, ropa vieja, and Cuban tamales. Every dish has been consistently flavorful and satisfying. I've even ordered large catering platters for holidays and family events, and they've always been a hit. Needless to say, this is one of my go-to spots. Great food, friendly people, and consistent quality keep me coming back week after week. And I almost forgot--the chicharrones are absolutely FIRE. If they're available, do yourself a favor and grab some.

Overall I really like this place a lot The last visit which…read morewas this morning I had ordered a medium red beans and was disappointed in the amount of beans that I actually got Less than a one person portion and the rest (3/4) sauce. The location now has a rear entrance so you can park and walk right in instead of having to walk all the way around. It has been completely remodeled inside and looks great. There are about 8 tables so you can dine in. When i walked in I was quickly greeted by the owner Leny. I placed my order and 10 min later had everything ready. I love their Cafe con Leche its just the right blend and she adds a splash of salt which i never had before. Definitely makes it way better! If you haven't tried their Croquettas de Chorizo you are missing out on something godly lol! They are absolutely the best thing created. I ordered a fresh loaf of cuban bread which is a new addition to the restaurant. It's freshly baked in house delicious!!!!! They have a nice selection of flans and sweet custard to select from the cold display. Their pastelitos are all delicious i've tried the Guava and cheese and coconut ones. Here is the best part they open at 6AM!!!! How amazing is that. I first stopped in on the way to work 2 days ago and back today. They are also open Sundays which is a plus.
