This was one of the most disorganized restaurants I've visited. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, running around in a panic without any clear coordination. Even during a relatively normal rush, it felt like no one knew who was responsible for what, which led to long waits and a frustrating customer experience. This location appears to be in need of better training and stronger management. With a more organized team and clearer processes, I think the experience could improve significantly. I had a disappointing experience at the Dunkin and Doughnuts inside the Petro Travel Center Kingman, AZ. I ordered a Pistaio drink which was very strong with caffine and it was tating sour. When I informed the Barista(guy) who made the drink, he said that is how the drink is made with arude attitude. I trashed the drink rigght there and left the place. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service. I believe the management needs to seriously address the staff's professionalism and customer service. This Dunkin location is at the Petro Travel Center near Kingman, Arizona. I was craving a quick bite and decided to stop by the Dunkin. It's a relatively large Dunkin location with plenty of table seating available inside. All of the donuts were fully stocked! I decided to get a wake up wrap with egg, cheese, and bacon. There was only a few other customers ahead of my order. The wait was less than 10 minutes and the service was amazing! The team members are quite helpful at this location. The wake up wrap was delicious and quite inexpensive, less than $3.00. This is a great stop on your way to Phoenix or Las Vegas. There is ample amount of parking available. read more

Stopped by this location to get gas and to also grab a drink and was greeted by Breeanna. She was friendly, pleasant and efficient. I ordered the matcha latte, cream cheese bites and my fiancée order a cold brew and a donut. I accidentally ordered the latte with too much sweetener, completely my mistake, she was so sweet and offered to fix it. I just ordered an extra cup of ice, which leveled out the sweetness. Driving gets so very tedious, mile after mile clicks away. Those white lines that go straight. It's momentous. Knowing that maybe the next town will be home, it's not. Hold that excitement, there's a Dunkin Donuts twenty miles away. Finally, something to get excited about. Sweet caffeine and delectable donuts. Ticking down those miles, ten to go. Should I speed up to finally hold that ice cold latte in my hand. Applying a little more gas I see the town ahead. Is this my home? No, but this little sleep town holds the key to my happiness to keep me from screaming as I cannot look at another white line without some stimulation. Walking in the outside was so foreign to "us," for snow blocks the side walk a little. One really must appreciate the snow and winter wonderland here in this incredible little mountain town. As you step into the Dunkin' it sends reassurance with such familiarity. I appreciate this same design since it soothes the memories that I associate with my past Dunkin experiences. This Dunkin might seem small since it's inside of a gas station. Don't worry they still provide big dreams and donuts; everything that one expects from a Dunkin'. The racks are full of donuts which they are making fresh. As we were ordering the donut chef brings new flavorful treats out for us to choose from. Their are so many donut choices to choose from. Omg, then I see this donut that you never knew could be made into a donut; Oreo. Deciding on only half a dozen that Oreo Donut is mine. I have a special place picked out for it in the car while we drive! Yay! The staff are efficient at their jobs and very friendly. As we were picking our donuts the chef nodded at us in a friendly welcome. Our visit was a quick stop, so aside from the welcome and thanks dance that is conducted on an in and out trip the employees here delivered above and beyond. The quality was present in the coffees they made us. When we asked for whip cream from one of the employees on top of the caramel latte it was met with a smile. Such a refreshing experience that we will make our drive more fun and awakening. Thanks Dunkin. Hello Oreo Donut, let's finish the rest of our leg home. Exploring that Oreo Donut all the way home was delicious fun. It appeared that their was easily two whole Oreo cookies on top of the donut swirled together with an invisible cream. Every bite that I took was delicious merriment. Only one Oreo Donut was injured in this incredible edible experience. It was an arrangement made in sin! Making the trip back home it's Las Vegas or bust. The caramel latte was just what I needed to refresh my senses. The caramel that Dunkin uses is is so sweet that mixed with that espresso and milk gives me sweet caffeine to jog my brain cells. Stop in at this amazing Dunkin, so conveniently located in a gas station. Fuel for the car and you too. Not wanting to ignore my Oreo Donut it's time to close the chapter on this visit. First off, this is a nice rest stop. The bathrooms are clean, but the best part was stumbling upon the Dunkin Donuts with wonderful service and a great selection. I have to emphasize on fantastic service because I was a gigantic derp that day, and I ordered something and then ordered more later when they couldn't scan my DD app thus having to manually input my Dunkin card information... twice... D: I just felt bad especially since I should've just ordered the hash browns on my first order. A trip back to CA from the Grand Canyon led us to this nice rest stop. They had plenty of donuts available in the afternoon with the fair Dunkin pricing. I ordered my boyfriend his iced coffee with mocha syrup and cream as well as an extra shot on top of it since he was driving. It tasted great, especially with the additional caffeine kick. The staff aren't familiar with their own menu and are easily overwhelmed. I made the same drink order I always do, and the girl at the register said they didn't have certain flavors. She ended up asking another employee who corrected her and said they did....she said she entered it incorrectly into the system but she'd just tell the girl making it....so odd. Seems smarter to just change it? Anyhow, no big surprise it was made incorrectly AND was iced instead of the hot drink I ordered. Went to pay with the money on my app but they dont accept it...no big deal. Gave her my card and she felt the need to go on about how they have never accepted the app ever in the many years they've been open. Okay? So take my card? Oh Dunkin' Donuts. It's been a while. While roadtrippin' from So Cal to the Grand Canyon, my partner and I (actually, just I) was excited to have styled upon this place just off the 40. I got the unsweetened hazelnut iced latte and a few munchkins. The munchkins were really good! I got pumpkin, blueberry, chocolate, and cinnamon. Perfectly flavored with the right amount of flavor and texture. The iced latte was just okay. Perhaps I'm just used to stronger coffees. Customer service was great. Well maintained donut shop with a wide variety of fresh sweets with ample parking and plenty of indoor seating. The coffee today was excellent unlike the burnt roast I had earlier in the day from Mcdonalds. I had the maple donut and it was light, fresh and had a refreshing maple syrup flavor. I've had Dunkin all over from the East Coast to the West and these were by far the freshest donuts and muffins we've ever eaten. The chocolate glazed wasn't dense like at other places, it was as light and fluffy as my regular glazed. I have traveled this whole country from California to Maine on the northern route, and then from Maine back to California on the southern roots. I have been in many Dunkin' Donuts.
