I was here very late and there ws no real line and a few very congenial employees. I drink my coffee black so the backup by the sugar and other add-ons doesn't usually affect me, and I see this type of slow down no matter where the coffee comes from. Their food was fresh and I assume they get it delivered multiple times during the day. There is nothing worse than eating an old donut, bagel or muffin. Kudos to this team for keeping their location up to the standards of the other "Dunkin" locations, and keeping this line flowing so well.

I was headed to Howard Beach and this was a top Yelp suggestion. There were all kinds of wonderful goodies that made for some great holiday boxes to drop off on my next few stops. What was really nice is that they were decorated in fall colors with fun little Thanksgiving touches. There was a wide variety of chocolate covered Oreos with turkeys, leaves, pilgrims and cornucopia. Graham crackers and Rice Krispies were also dipped and decorated. And, God, I wish I had saved a chocolate and sprinkle-covered Twinkie for myself!! Everything was tucked into unique pink boxes, which helps these treats stand out from the usual bakery fare. Next time I'm going for the chocolate pizzas, cupcakes, and beautifully decorated cakes. The young lady behind the counter was also the baker and she could not have been nicer. She was so helpful! This large kiosk-like location of this Canadian coffee chain offers coffee, breakfast, and baked goods. Breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and donuts of course which they are well known for. Hot and cold beverages too. Friendly service and the line moved quickly. Iced coffee was nice for the subway ride home.

Food selections are like other coffee shops with small sandwiches, simple to more elaborate mixed coffee/tea/refresher type beverages. I received a call from them shortly after placing the order informing me they were out. We were easily able to choose another cake, I explained to the lady on the phone that I was in CA and ordering it for my dad. She asked what colour I wanted the writing. At almost 2:30 Eastern time, she called again asking what time I would pick up because they were closing, and wanted to be sure they would keep it fresh. I truly appreciate it. In my ignorance, I did not even check what time they closed - so the fact that they closed at 3 was surprising and a bit early, but that's on me. So - thank you for the good service an attention in trying to make something special for my dad, though I can't be there with him right now. I can report that my dad, mom, and sister really enjoyed the cake and as we remember. They live in Rockaway Beach, and going through Crossbay Blvd is usually one of their routes home.

She asked if I wanted happy birthday on it and I told her yes. She asked the cashier if she could ring me up. She asked if I was paying cash or card, I told her cash. I gave her the money, she gave me back my change then walked away from the register and went in the back, she never said thank or anything else. The young lady that was helping me put my cake in a bag and thanked me for coming in. I asked her name because she was very polite and displayed great customer service. Her name was Angelica.
