She always comes across as unfriendly and like she doesn't want to be there. She never smiles, rarely acknowledges customers, and doesn't make even basic conversation. Even when I try to be friendly and ask how she's doing, she doesn't engage. I understand everyone has bad days, but this has been a consistent experience over many visits. At this point, if I see she's working, I'll honestly just go somewhere else for coffee. Customer service is a big part of the experience, and unfortunately that's enough to make me choose another coffee shop.
