After yesterday's disappointing breakfast and coffee at a local coffee shop south on Central, my wife and I decided to try Dunkin. The young man operating the register this morning, Saturday 10/22/23 was friendly fast and efficient. Great Service! Our coffee order was up in minutes. We dined in with an iced coffee and a large regular hot coffee and a couple of donuts. A chocolate cake and a chocolate cream filled. Both fresh and the cream filled one was exactly as described ...filled. Delicious. I know some people rave about Dunkin Donuts coffee. It is good. I had plenty of coffee left for the long drive home. I sipped on it all the way. Even after a lunch stop, long after the coffee had gone cold, it was still great. I may be a Dunkin coffee fan. read more

The absolute worst customer service at any establishment in the entire town. I've been a regular for over a year. Almost every single day I get the exact same thing. ONE drink item. And for some reason, it's wrong every single time. Yet I always give them the benefit of the doubt. Until today when Ms. Rude-ass made my drink wrong even though I always order it exactly how it comes from the menu, so no way it should be wrong every time. Then after I tell her it's wrong, she rolls her eyes and me and just walks off. Doesn't say sorry, doesn't say "oh I'll fix that for you" No. She rolled her eyes, gave me the nastiest look, because SHE got it wrong. These workers are TRASH. They have ONE good worker and manager. Everyone else should be fired and they need to do some cleaning up in there and some re hiring of some people with actual work ethic. Not people who don't even want to be working in the first place and want everyone to give them handouts through their whole lives. DO BETTER. There is NO reason for any of this. It's absolutely ridiculous. They just lost probably one of the only REGULARS, who have continued coming there even through their terrible customer service and attitudes. If there was a 0 star option, that's what I would pick. Too bad it makes you put at least 1. I don't even want to give that. read more

disgusting! dunkin doughnuts....I knew better, but I wanted to try the $6 box.. sec croissant and hash browns.. with coffee..I went with iced caramel.. (the only tolerable item) croissant literally tasted like cardboard.. and the hash browns tasted like frozen Grease. read more

I've visited here four different times hoping for better results each time. Yes I know it's fast food etc but that doesn't explain the terrible service. The priority seems to be the drive thru as you can stand at the counter and no one is around for up to five minutes. Nothing against youth in the workplace however they appear more interested in giggling and messing around then helping customers. Def the worse Dunkin' I've visited, pay a bit more money and go to Starbucks. read more

This location needs help. I stood in line inside the store for over 15 minutes to get a coffee. They take care of the drive thru customers and ignore the inside customers. There were two people trying to take care of all the business and after a 20 minute wait before my order was even taken I see a third person come out to help. I was at this location around 10am. In the future, I wouldn't mind waiting for so long. If one just one employee would acknowledge to say I'll be right with you, but not even that they just are doing their thing with upset looks on their face and to be honest it's not their fault it's the managers fault hire more people pay your people more. read more

We come here every week and without fail we always get a incorrect drink like there is one guy that makes the drink right but besides him every other employee makes the drink wrong....like how do you mess up a caramel macchiato , my wife always gets the same drink and every time she gets it, the drink is different. My boyfriend and I stopped at this Dunkin' location and had the best experience! We had doughnuts and iced coffee. The General Manager is awesome. She made us feel welcome and even had a great Conversation with us! We are from Fort Worth and traveling to Branson. We will definitely come back to this Dunkin'!! read more

If you're looking for cheap donuts, this is the place! Their donuts certainly aren't bad, if you get the ones you order. I likely won't be visiting again after they gave me a dozen glazed instead of chocolate, which was disappointing for me and my coworkers. Their iced drinks are decent at best, but it's what I expected for what I paid. All in all, a very... eh. experience. If I ever do visit again, I'll make sure to check my box before driving off. read more

Just when I think I'm going to forego Starbucks because this is closer, I'm reminded again why I shouldn't. large iced vanilla latte was made incorrectly with half the creme it was supposed to have. Asked him and he offered to give me some creme out out of the window instead of remake it correctly Should have just ordered it black, that's what we got. Felt Like I should work here mixing my own coffee I over paid for in my car. If I could give zero I would. Looking for a quick breakfast, obviously. Went through the drive-thru at 11:45. No one on the mic. Sat there for 5 mins waiting thinking they MIGHT be busy even though it was clearly not. Said something into the mic three times. Nothing. Go inside and 2/3 employees are sitting there eating and we hear them talking after taking our order and they didn't know where the third was. We (gf and I) got out drinks and sat and waited for our three hash browns, break fast sandwich and two wake up wraps. 13 mins later she goes up to ask about the status and they didn't even make it. Give us a doughnut for our troubles. After waiting another 6 mins, so 20 mins inside the store now, they come and give us our order saying "we included an extra hash-brown for the trouble" so I check through and there is two. So I said "actually we ordered 3 so you're still one short but thats fine, we've been here 15 mins too long as it is" and left. Get home and open my wake up wraps and there's no sausage on either one of them. It's safe to say this is probably the WORST service I've ever gotten from a fast food store that literally had no other customers. So glad I'm only visiting. Having worked in retail long ago I know a new staff is going to have some growing pains at start up. They'll get better with a little more experience. Meanwhile, I like their donuts and the coffee. Poor customer service. Our boys normally love Gold Medal Ribbon because, as the name implies, there is usually a thin ribbon of caramel running through it. Today at this location the ice cream was very soft and goopy and was mostly huge blobs of caramel with a small ribbon of ice cream. Our boys, being the nice little dudes they are, were trying not to complain, but as we sat at an outside table (still on the property) one of them was close to tears and said it just wasn't good. They were *really* looking forward to their treat and were so unhappy. Being focused on paying I had not gotten a good look at their cones, but as soon as I looked at them I could see why they didn't want to eat them. I took them back inside to get new cones and politely and even apologetically explained the problem to the young lady at the register. Her response was that since we had walked out the door she could not issue a refund. The cones were not up to expected standards and the bizarre refund rule and lack of customer service has me pretty upset. I told the boys to toss their bad cones, and I paid for them to get new flavors. All the sappy apologies cannot make up for being wrong and unreasonable. My first real job was working for Baskin-Robbins, and I know the owner of the store I worked at would never have wanted customers treated poorly. I will say one good thing since I hate to be a total grump...the nice young men doing the scooping were very polite. read more

We went in and the restaurant was clean enough. The staff didn't seem to know much about their own product. We ordered dark roast iced coffee, which instead of telling us they didn't have it, proceeded to make it with the hot dark roast coffee and talked over me while i explained to them that iced coffee is different and twice as strong as regular coffee and wouldn't work in place of it. They made it anyway and as predicted was over weak as all the ice was melted and then they added more ice to melt. Had them remake it with regular iced coffee and it was now okay. Not the best but better than the first attempt. All in all worst experience at a dunkin ever and I go to them almost daily. read more

Yesterday, I stopped in Dunkin' Donuts and what to my surprise...a Bavarian Crème filled donut! I had to try it and the my usual chocolate crème filled. I had a friend with me and shared. These particular donuts of Dunkin' Donuts are what I would imagine as being really close to manna or angel food that God fed the newly delivered people of Israel, for 40yrs. Ya gotta try it. The friend had never tried Dunkin' Donuts and one bite and he was impressed to say the least. Great coffee and great donuts, no doubt, and the only place I go for donuts. read more
