The employees working the drive thu tonight were so rude! Will no longer be coming here

Stood at the counter for a few minutes, but the four or five staff working there ignored me. Walked out without getting coffee and donuts.

I ordered an Iced Latte with almond milk and Sugar free hazelnut and got this crap that tasted like milk with a splash of coffee. This is unacceptable because I do have a dairy issue hence why one would order a dairy free milk. Of course I try to call the location and the number is also disconnected. I wish I can give it a negative star. Worst customer service ever. Super rude. And there drinks taste horrible.

Although it's a decent DD, I have to be honest, my mom is allergic To cheese so of course I ordered her bagel without cheese. Well there mistake they put cheese under the egg. She took one bite and was really nervous, so I let them know the mistake they made, and it could not be done again due to her allergies (and use without medication). Hey apologized, and said I will redo it. So of course he was done and even brought us the bagel. My mom was hungry so she took a big bite, ummmm again? Yes the fool put cheese in it AGAIN! This time I had to snap and let him know that I would be reporting this to their corporate because they have NO IDEA what cheese does to her. I was really pissed by this time but I took the sandwich and left! Coffee is extremely watered down at this location. Just make some hot water and save yourself the money.

It really takes alot for me to write a negative review. But I been coming for 2 years and today was the last straw. They spilled coffee on me because they over poured it, they are super slow in line and disrespectful, and the doughnuts are always stale. This was the last time I'm going. First visit here 2/14/18 at 8:57 AM and last!!. Ordered a dozen donuts , the lady helping me thought, I did not see her drop the tissue she was using to pick out the to the floor. She picked it up from the floor and continued using it. She picked a donut from the bottom tray and put it in my box! I call her out on it right away, she gave me this look and wanted to put that dirty donut inside my box after I told her not to!! So I told her 3 times that that was unsanitary and she needed to dispose of it . Imagine what else they do for those ordering on the drive thru?! read more

If I could give this Dunkin' Donuts a 0 I would!! so yesterday I came here and ordered through the drive-through and I ordered a doughnut, a maple croissant and also a coffee I received everything but my doughnut I did not notice until I made it home. The donut was for my five year old. so I called around to get Dunkin' Donuts number. I end up speaking to a manager but I guess I spoke to a manager at another store so I came in and I explain to a woman what happened she went to grab a man out of the back he basically called me a liar to my face and told me I was at the wrong Dunkin' Donuts, which I was not. I told him to check the camera he did not. I did not receive a receipt yesterday, but on the bag I had my order number which he looked up in the system but the problem is with their system. My order popped up, but it didn't say exactly what it said on their end so he didn't want to give me one donut that I paid for. So he makes it a big deal. I ask for the managers number and she told him to give me the donut and he did but I explain to him I would not drive up here 15 minutes to the store to lie about one donut that is crazy so now I want to pull my bank statements because I am very pissed the way he made it seem as if I'm a liar. Do not go here poor customer service. I literally sat there with him for 15 minutes going back-and-forth trying to show him even to the point of pulling out my debit card so he can check the system to see that I was there told them to even check the camera they did not want to I would never return to the store pure trash. read more

This DD has the worst service possible. I waited in the drive-thru for 5-10 min with no answer on the intercom when I drove up to the window the girl told me she couldn't take my order because I had to order at the intercom. This idiot then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to make an order I would have to drive back around and wait in line again to make an order. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!! I placed my order for cold brew and hash brown, converted and scanned my points for a "free craft brew" then was rudely denied, stated I picked the wrong option and nothing would be free. I called to complain about a drink they did not make correct. They were jerks when I ordered my drink. *A must read* So I go to this Dunkin almost everyday Mon through Friday. There is usually a friendly girl taking orders who I love! A couple of weeks ago there was a younger girl working the drive-thru. I always order the same drink, same way. This time I noticed my iced coffee looked way lighter than usual. I still took it but quickly realize after the first sip it was entirely too sweet and not what I usually order. I went back through the drive-thru and POLITELY explained my drink was a little too sweet and not quite right. The younger girl gave me no problem and "quickly" handed me my drink back after 1 second of disappearing (fixing) it. I still accepted the drink. Fast forward to a couple of days ago. I come through the drive-thru place my order, get to the window to see it's the younger girl back taking orders. As she's handing me my drink she says to her coworkers in Spanish " La puta something aquí". Now I only took 2 yers of Spanish in HS but I knew what "la puta meant" So I ask her "Aqui means here, right?" She has a puzzled look on her face and answered "yea". I drove off and contacted Corporate. It's clear she assumed I didn't understand Spanish and clearly has said things like this before being that she so comfortably said it without even lowering her voice. The worst Dunkin' I've ever been to! These employees are the rudest ones I've ever encountered! I ordered a coffee 2 days ago for a walk in on my app and when i went to walk in the door was locked. The employee was refusing to open the door while mine and 3 other coffees just sat on the counter. She kept telling us to go through the drive thru! What's the point Of ordering on the app for a walk in? If I wanted to sit in the line that takes 30 minutes to get a coffee because it is also the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to I would have but instead I decided to do a walk in. It was unbelievable that this woman would not open the door- i banged on the door until she finally opened it so I could get the coffee that I PAID for. F this Dunkin. Just left here. Let me start by saving I love Dunkin Donuts. I prefer their coffee over Starbucks so my review is specific to this location and this location only. I normally don't leave reviews for chains like this because people dont check them, but I'm hoping the owner see this. I see there are reviews below and no responses to them so I won't hold my breath. Ordered a Texas toast sandwich and hash brown. My food was burned. I understand sometimes when you go to McDonalds it might be one bad fry in the bunch. I can see how an employee would miss, but at Dunkin when you order hash browns you only get like 4. Therefore, if some are burned how do you miss that? Careless! See the pics I posted. I put a normal looking hash brown next to a burned one. Don't let me get started on my sandwich. Half of the sandwich was burned. I didn't notice this until after I left and I began to eat it. See the pic for that one as well. Who serves food like that???I'm in customer service. The place is infested with roaches and bees. While we were eating our ice creams a roach was crawling by our feet and we stepped on it and killed it. Then a bee came out of my lady's ice cream to top it off.( I guess it wasn't our day for ice cream)We told one of the ladies working there and informed us that the owner is aware of it but nobody complains about it nor he won't do anything about it, I am going to call corporate to make a complaint. read more

I wish I didn't have to write this. I've tried to give them chances, maybe they were short staffed, etc. But over the last 9 months, EVERY TIME I do a mobile order, my order is last priority. They will claim that my order is done but EVERY TIME (I wish I was exaggerating), there are components missing (ie., my coffee or my pastry). I end up having to flag someone down because as I stand there looking at them, they all pass by me and ignore me. A few days ago, they implemented an order screen to show when orders are ready. Two days in a row, they have flagged my order as complete and ready to go when only one component of the order was ready, which leaves workers looking at me like I'm a bother. I really think that the owner needs to get it together and retrain how to complete orders. Like I said, if this was an issue every now and again, it wouldn't be an issue. Had the WORST experience ever at the Dunkin Donuts over in Hodgkins on 1-26-20!! Ordered a large coffee in the drive thru..as I'm pulling away and roll up the window. .I catch a whiff of perfume. I go to take a drink from my coffee...AND THE WHOLE CUP AND LID smells like cheap perfume or lotion!! I was PISSED! I actually called them up to speak to a manager...was told there wasn't one working! Explained what I experienced, told them that they needed to have ALL their employees wash their frickin HANDS before handling people's food and drink!!! I will NEVER go there again!! This one branch is horrific. Today i went in with relatives to get coffee and donuts. Just as I was going to put my son in the high hair my eldest son stopped me. I couldn't see the other side it was completely broken. Had I put my son in it he would have fallen out as it completely fell apart. There is no doubt he would have been seriously injured. I told a lady behind the desk and when I went to show her she said she was aware of it. I couldn't believe I just heard her say that!?, they knew and kept it out!! I told her she better throw it away before they have a lawsuit on their hands. She pushed it back against the wall. I was horrified. The what looked like he might be a manager came over and attempted to glue it and screw it back together. I was staring in shock. Nor did he take it away to dry. He put it back for someone else to use. That aside I ordered a bagel last week. It came burned on the insides. It was so hard I couldn't bit it. I showed them and they redid it gladly. However the next was just as bad. I asked for a fresh one not toasted. A couple days ago I tried the sausage croissant. Hard as a rock I couldn't even eat it. I swear this store does not listen. Every time I always have to check my coffee. I like it black. They must not get this request very much because each and every time it comes out cream and sugar. Horrible location !! Manager and his wife are terrible, very rude to customers. They never get your order right and then they yell at you.
