It's the closest Starbucks to me but I've really scaled back on my trips. I've never been in a fully staffed Starbucks and consistently have to wait an extend period of time for a basic drink....... The drink is usually not worth the wait. COVID was the beginning of the end for the Starbucks I use to love. read more

I've only been to this Starbucks about 3 times and I was disappointed each time. I'll have to remind myself not to go back. I'm never in the area but I stop at the nearest Starbucks while on the expressway and it happens to be this location. This day they were extremely slow. What I thought would take me only 5 min took about twenty. I was happy the barista apologized and thanked me for my patience but i only stayed because I was stuck in the drive through lol. The first time i came thru forgot to give me part of my order and the guy at the window wasn't too friendly. Not like your average Starbucks barista. I see that they have other poor ratings and sadly I see why. Hopefully they can pull it together and get people in and out read more

I usually tip every time I come to Starbucks, but this visit was disappointing. The barista seemed uninterested and a bit rude. Even though I left a dollar tip, instead of a thank you, I got an eye roll. On top of that, I was charged for extra foam, which I've been told at other Starbucks locations should not be an extra charge. As someone who has worked in customer service, I know how much the way you treat a customer speaks volumes. Unfortunately, that seems to be something that's lacking these days. Because of this experience, I won't be returning to this Starbucks. read more

This location drags for some reason. Every time I order in the drive thru I'm stuck in a line for like over 20 minutes and it's usually just 1 or two cars in front. read more

Service was good, however it took way too long, and the drinks were not good. It seemed like a nice play to sit and do work when it's not crowded, but I'd probably not go there again. read more

This is for a few weeks ago but just had time to post: Ugh... not a good experience with my drink again, with this location. The crew, who tells me: "We are making youre drink right, it's EVERY OTHER Starbucks that is making it wrong!" Is kind of a turnoff for a customer that comes frequently. IMO they did not listen well today, as I ordered at the drive thru. I often have to repeat it or correct something at the window. The manager is nice but they could not get my drink right the last 3-5 times. Even the Target Starbucks nearby got it right lol. My advice would be check the headphones and speakers to be sure there's no issue there, then be sure to train staff to listen well and please don't get an attitude when I'm continuously being extremely polite, despite dropping 6.00$-8.00$ on a drink that I'm spurring on to have a nice day. Thank you!! read more

Don't stop here for anything quick. I don't always listen to the reviews but this time I agree. We waited over 25 mins for 1 hot chocolate. How hard is it to make such a simple drink. Service is horrible & so was drink. No urgency at all! Will never stop here again. read more

I come to this Starbucks 3-4 times per week normally. The line can be long depending on the time you go, but I also have gone plenty of times where there is no line at all. They are sometimes out of what I want to order, but I understand that this happens and just choose something else. Sara(h?) in the drive thru is great! She's got great customer service skills, remembers I like a straw, and always talks to me about my dog who is normally in the front seat next to me. read more

Always the same issue at this place! I always order a hot latte and they never steam it they never make it right. I rather drive to the Burr Ridge location extra miles rather to have issues, read more

I used to be a Sbux every day kinda girl, until I changed jobs and this location is the only one on my way to work. Now I only go when the new seasonal drinks come out or I need a fix because this location just sucks. The drive thru takes forever, trying to get a drink at the counter takes forever, and when you order online you get crap like this. Get it together, Countryside! read more

How can this location be closed at 12:30 pm on the last Sunday before Christmas while being located in a busy shopping district??? Hmmm

Idk why this place has so many bad reviews. Came inside because the drive thru was ridiculously long as always lol. Had a pleasant experience, everything came out fast, the employees were great. Thank you to the girls working this morning! You guys were great! read more

First time coming here. Came here on a break. This place is fairly nice. Definitely up to date as well. Staff is friendly, it has power mats in its tables for your phones. Sadly it doesn't work for mine even if I do take the cover off. Bathrooms are a bit dirty. Frappe was made excellently. read more

I've been here for 25 minutes now and I still haven't gotten my drink. Usually it's not this bad but for some reason on a Monday at 12 pm it takes almost 30 minutes to get two drinks. This is awful I have work to do. Wasting my time read more

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I was in there the other day when a customer wouldn't wear their masks so the barista asked if they could put it on and he started screaming obscenities, foul & vulgar language. Not to mention. Very racist things and the worst part is they fired the barista which is completely wrong! They are not practicing social distancing or cleaning as well as you think. They take forever with order that people are canceling. Smh I will NEVER come back to this place. If u love coffee but hate racist obscenities in ur coffee then stead clear of this location!!!!! read more

I'm always shopping at the Aldi by here so it was easy to cut through and get a beverage. I stepped inside the store to order, but there is a drive-thru option too. I found the staff friendly and the vibe in here was relaxed. It was midday on a weekday so it was not busy, which I know is probably not the norm. I decided to try one of their new cold brew coffees and added almond milk to it (plus sweetner). Holy moly, was it one of the best coffee drinks I'd ever had! Truth be told, I'm more of a dunkin girl, so I only come to starbucks with a gift card. But for the quality of the drink and the service I received, I'd gladly come back here for that! read more

Actual rating 0/5 stars. Worst drive through ever. Waited 15 min to order and I was only 3 cars behind the order station. Something is off about this location. Then another 20 to get one drink served. read more

This place says it opens at 0430....it's 0500 so I was here for a freaking while. Change the hours please I value my time. Doesn't anyone else value their own time? Aside from that, the drink I order was made right! The ham and she croissant were warm and yummy. read more

This new Starbucks is really beautiful. The Eco-materials used in construction are a nice touch. Baristas here are very friendly and were on their game (this was day 3!) Coffee prepared was hot and craft fully prepared. Chris is very friendly. This location is HUGE, too. Will definitely be back. A lot! read more

The drive thru takes FOREVER!! I been here several times and every single time I have to wait a long time (10 mins sometimes) for a drink.... If you go inside, you can expect your drink faster! The staff is however very nice and welcoming but the service with the drive thru is a little crazy. read more

This is THE WORST Starbucks store I have EVER visited. Unfortunately, the other two locations closest to me do not have a drive through. The staff is very courteous and upbeat, but they are SLOOOOOOOOWWWWW!!!! Drive throughs are supposed to be designed for speed and convenience. It is ridiculously faster to just go in and order. And don't bother trying to do a phone order pickup...it's never ready when you arrive. I've walked in and ordered, received my coffee and left while people placing phone orders have been still waiting for theirs. Starbucks corporate really needs to get involved with this location read more

This place is horrible. They say on here that they are open, but they are not. Also, there is a sign at the location saying only the drive through is open, but the employee inside didn't respond. I even knocked on the window to ask what is going on and nothing. read more

This is usually my go- to Starbucks because it has a drive thru. However the events that happened tonight just add to the list of how this location has been going downhill. Tonight has me singing a different tune. The barista ignored three cars in the drive thru this evening at around 9:30. And at 9:47 it was lights out when they are supposed to be open until 10 o'clock according to Google. I mean just because it is close to quittin' time does not mean you do - I don't stop helping customers at my job 15 minutes early because I just want to go home on time. This shows a disappointing side to customer service at this location that is for sure. It will be awhile until I come back to this location. Since normal service during their day time shifts aren't doing any better. The afternoon duo takes ten minutes to make a drink meanwhile I can get through McDonalds drive thru in a minute with coffee. read more

If you want your drink made correct don't come here. When they opened it was great, now they have a bunch of workers who don't give a f&@$ about anything. Today is the 3rd day in a row that my drink was incorrectly made. I'll be taking the extra time to drive to better locations for now on. read more

I once thought the Starbucks in Lyons was the worst, but this place is right there with them. The Countryside store gets the drinks correct each time, which is an improvement over the Lyons store. But everything else is worse. The wait times in the drive thru are ridiculously long. They apologize for the wait every time I go there. Going inside doesn't help because they're just as slow and can't seem to call out the orders in a manner where you can actually hear if this is your drink coming up. Mobile ordering is basically like waiting in line. There's nothing here that happens fast. An even bigger complaint is they seem to be out of drinks and food constantly. Want cold brew after 10AM? Forget it, they're all out. They advertised a gluten free sandwich on their drive thru menu for the longest time without actually having it in the store. This went on for about 2 months. I think they finally have it now. They also seem to be out of the basics (hot drink sleeves, stoppers, caps, regular size straws, etc.). I stopped going there for the past several months because of these issues...until today. I made the epic mistake of deciding to stop here on my way home. The drive thru line wasn't that long. 20 minutes later, we had our drinks. I'll repeat that...20 minutes in a drive thru line that wasn't very long to begin with. Once you get in, there's no way to exit. You're stuck in the misery. I'm finally done with this location...for good. I'll stick with mobile ordering at the downtown La Grange and the new Western Springs stores. I never wait very long at either store and they always have what I want. read more

This is the slowest Starbucks ever. I only come here when I get my nails done, thank god. Their drive thru is constantly backed up. It takes forever to order. You're lucky if they get your order right the first or 5th time. Pass this one up. Still shitty 9/23/17 read more

This location is convenient since it's close to home, however, drinks are inconsistent at times. The baristas here as well all have really awful attitude even when i'm extremely nice & understanding. Today I received awful attitude when I asked for a straw with my nitro lid & she said "The new lids are meant for you not to get a straw." Well excuse me miss it's not that serious. read more

Absolute worst, dirtiest Starbucks in the country. Employee had no clue how to enter a simple drink into the computer so after waiting in line for 10 minutes, I had to just order it through the mobile app. I asked her to expedite my order since I'd already waited and she flat out refused. Nice customer service! The food display cases had at least 4 flys munching on the pastries. I know that times are tough right now and many places are short staffed but it seems like there's zero effort being made at this location. Terrible experience all around. read more

They are beyond slow and most times seems so bothered by their job . This is definitely my least favorite.

Nice new location on the corner of La Grange and Joliet Road. Its in a plaza, but it has the end, so there is a drive thru. I can get in and out fast and off to work. It's the typical layout and friendly staff. Lots of parking too. Sometimes some locations lack that because of the shared plaza space. Now time to unload all my starbucks monies here :) read more

I come here all the time and the Girl Ana and Sky are so rude. They charged me wrong and then were arguing with me .

I goto this location often and don't understand why it does not have great reviews. The baristas at this location are some of the best especially Mack (hope I spelled that right) Mack is pleasant and kind every time I come thru. He is quick and knows his stuff. Also if any of you are as worried as I am about this pandemic were in, this location takes the covid 19 protocols very seriously. All in all, this is not only my favorite location but some of the best customer experiences I have ever had come from the Starbucks in countryside. read more
