Admittedly, Dunkin isn't my favorite, but I go because family wants family gets. This location is standard, nothing out of the ordinary. Each experience has been average. What I like, it's typically fast moving, a dozen donuts are cheap. What I think needs improvement, the donuts are so dry!!!! They're not inedible, just need a makeover. Biggest issue, the coffee! Every time I order a coffee, I end up tossing most of it. It is the nastiest coffee, and very inconsistent. I could order the same thing, and get a completely different looking drink. Fast service and amazing staff! A large group of us soldiers walked in, and I thought it was going to take a long time. Nope--right after I ordered, I waited less than 5 minutes. Super fast and efficient. All the soldiers were happy, and the food and drinks were excellent. On top of that, they gave us free donuts, which really meant a lot. I drove up to the drive though and asked if they had any chocolate donuts. The employee said they were out. I asked if they had regular glazed donuts and she said no. Every single time I've ordered from this Dunkin, something in the order gets messed up. My coworkers and I place a delivery order together whenever we work and they always get at least one drink wrong. Today was the last straw when I ordered a simple iced latte and they sent it hot. How do you mess up an order that simple? On doordash, if you order a tea it is required to add flavoring shots. Me and my coworkers hate the flavor shots so we always call and tell them not to add it. It's always 50/50 on whether or not they actually listen. They never put straws in our bags so we have to search our office to find some. Their coffee isn't good and all of their flavorings taste fake. If I could find a way to have Starbucks delivered instead of Dunkin, I would pick them in a heartbeat. read more

Still coming here 3-4 times a week and never experienced ANY of the complaints some of the others are talking about. Maybe they are just angrt people? The staff is always friendly, the food is great and store (to include bathrooms) are clean. The 1 small mistake to my order a year ago actually improved my experience because I tried something outside my normal orders and LOVED it. Dunkin' also has frozen coffee, frozen mocha, and frozen caramel drinks. Do you have a Keurig brewing system at home or work? Would you believe that at certain Dunkin' locations they have these things called K-Cup packs for your machine in about a half a dozen variety of flavors? Dunkin's hours are: Mon-Sat: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM and Sun: 6:30 AM - 10:00 PM. This place has a drive thru, but if you have the time stop in and eat, take advantage of their free WiFi in their small lounge area which has a flat screen tv, a small sofa and a couple of arm chairs. With all I've mentioned and an atmosphere that's chill, it's most definitely my one and only go-to place for a nice breakfast. read more

This is a good location if you pick your time. Usually early mornings you deal with adults so the experience is great. Then there are other times (primarily weekends and late days) when you have to deal with teens or very very young so-called adults. The customer service is absolutely abhorrent. By far the worst experience at a donut shop. They have poor selection of donuts, the donuts they do have are old and dry tasting, and on top of it, they have the worst customer service. I absolutely love this place. We get coffee from there almost every morning, and yes, a donut. Their coffee is literally the BEST in the world, they pre-mix the cream and sugar in so there's no self service for me, and the staff is super pleasant all the time. There's some really nice people there. Also, they are super festive. They decorate the place in a lovely way for holidays and dress up for Halloween! We always go in to see their outfits. Before Dunkin, Hinesville was a wasteland of misery. One time on Christmas there was a home made fire place with fake flames that they really put a lot of work into. I will not be going back to this location. I visited this location and decided to go to the drive thru because it was raining pretty hard. They do not have an over hang over the drive thru menu which caused me and the inside of my car to get fairly wet. I could hardly understand the drive thru clerk while I was in the process of making my order. Well... I found out from the clerk that gave me my food that I couldn't hear them because water gets in the speaker on the drive thru menu when it rains...well...hmmm...if they had an over hang there that problem would be solved.
