Sunday morning, about 9:30. You can imagine. Long line of cars at the drive thru. Inside busy. We went inside and used one of the three kiosks to place our order instead of waiting in line for the cashier. A screen over the pick-up counter shows which orders are waiting and which are complete so you can track when your order will be ready. We ordered two medium hot coffees and it did take quite a few minutes as the orders are filled in the order they are received. I immediately smell the coffee beans were brewed at too high a temperature and they have been scorched. This makes the coffee bitter as well as making it impossible to drink my coffee immediately. Which is what I need and why I am here. Even at 90° I want a hot coffee, so cold brew is not the solution. As a purveyor of coffee, with so many coffee companies to choose from these days brewing coffee at a slightly lower temperature seems like an easy fix and good business move imho. This location has a number of beverages on tap from tea and cold brew to hot coffee. They also have all the breakfast items. A real all-in-one stop. read more

The place seemed great for the past week or so, and I am guessing it is because the manager was nowhere in sight, either she was out sick or hiding in the back, but the employees seemed happier this past week and it seemed like a happier environment that what I usually see! Slowest Dunkin's in the state. Half of the time I end up leaving the line because it's taking so long.

I stop at this Dunkin's every morning on my way to work, and I love this Dunkin's. I usually try to get the same thing, a large iced coffee 4 cream 4 sugar 5 butter pecan flavor shots, and it's amazing every time. The food is amazing as well as the people that work there. They are very kind and caring and treat me well. I would recommend this Dunkin's to anyone. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is in a great spot, right on route 9 between Henniker and Concord. If you need a coffee or quite bite, it is quick and convenient. Sometimes you will need to send an order back, because a few times I have gotten the wrong item and not realized until we are back on the road. read more

this dunkin's customer services sucks. i went the other day and i was waiting in the drive through for a good 20 MINUTES!! not so fun and i could tell the people in front where getting mad cause they kept putting there window up and down. when i finally got to the drive through window i saw my drink made wrong cause she didn't even ask me if i wanted green tea or lemonade in my refresher and the food was right next to it in a bag. also the girl just sat there talking to her co worker as if they didn't have a whole line behind me when i could literally see my food right there in front of the window. i had two food items and two drinks. OUR FOOD WAS COLD TOO!! so it was sitting there for a good while. the girl working the window at around 12:40pm on sunday july 6th 2025 girl learn how to do your job. also when i asked her to fix my drink she got mad so the character of this girl i was not pleased by. she should really learn to fix her ambiance. she looks my age and i could've done a better job than her. anyways don't go to this dunkin's cause their customer service is absolutely terrible. thanks id give zero stars but your lucky u even get one!! read more

Best DD staff anywhere. I mobile order a few times a week and they remember my name and use it when I arrive and remember my preferences. The little things go a long way. Really nice people and must have strong management. Love these guys!! read more

I must say the girls in the afternoon really know what they're doing. I am so impressed with the way they treat me as a customer. They've always gone out of their way to make sure that I am happy The young lady named Jeanette especially goes out of her way to make sure that my coffee is just right and every time I have asked for something extra she always seems to have a smile on her face keep up the good work and hiring people like that. read more

I was very impressed on how clean, sanitized your place was, however in your one bathroom. There was NO wet floor sign I slipped but did not fall. I twisted my right ankel enogh to have it swell up and be very uncomfortable & painful. I than go to order my coffee's and tell the girl what happen. No interest at all. I asked to please tell her manager. I don't think she will. Over by the drive-thru there wher at least 6or 7 employee's huddles together tripping over each trying to work , no social distancing . A really very busy location with excellent staff. If there is a line for the drve through and park in back and go inside. The staff work their tails off and are very nice. One bad thing though, there is only one rest room. Sometimes they have a porta-potty in the parking lot to use if you are a guy and just have to visit the head for a quick stand up and do your business... The next stop is in Concord if you are heading East. There is a Dunkins in Hillsoro off 202 some 8 to 10 miles West. About 2 more miles West of that is another Dunkins in Hillsboro. Be ware. Great rest stop....but only one bathroom is sad, hence four stars and not five. The coffee taps were a nice touch as well as a nice fireplace and charging stations. They got our coffees right and loved that we could see the donuts displayed. Nice homey environment. Will stop again on our way home. read more

As this place was recently remodeled, I was expecting it to be great. In the process of remodeling they eliminated a bathroom. Even with 2 restrooms there were always lines, this location is right off the highway, having one bathroom means a lot of long lines. I feel this was a poor decision. Secondly, the parking wasn't well thought out. All the spots in front of the building are blocked off by the constant drive thru line. Luckily, the employees are great and work hard to deal with the Long lines, and the orders almost always come out just right. read more

Yeah, it's DD, but its kind of interesting. THere is a fireplace inside. Do they turn it on, I don't know, but it was a nice experience.

A good location right off the highway to take a quick brake. Also has a drive through avail.

This store is in a stretch of highway that sees 6-10k cars daily. The traffic at this store is moderate to very high every weekday. Inexplicably the store manner shrunk the store in half doing away with one restroom leaving just one to handle the volume AND THE STAFF! As folks who drive on this route a lot, we have to stop here pretty frequently, and it is consistently terrible.

What the heck is going on? This used to be a great, convenient, reliable location. I stop in 3-4 times a week on my way to work. I've noticed service quality decline significantly in the last 2 months. Today was the worst. I went through drive through and ordered my usual. Thankfully my iced tea was just fine. My breakfast sandwich took longer and when I got it, I drove on without checking. My mistake. Instead of the ham, egg and cheese on an English muffin, I got the maple sausage (yuck) with egg and cheddar on a bagel. Hmm. Obviously someone else's order. I didn't get my receipt and they didn't offer it this time which they usually do, so all I have is the order number on the small slip of paper on the bag (8793). Interestingly enough, even that is different than what was in the bag - the slip says maple sausage, egg and cheddar on a croissant. And the drive through was not even busy today, I had nobody in front of me and 1 person behind, so it doesn't make sense. I would understand if it was insanely busy which it usually is. Please, please please encourage your staff to pay more attention. Especially in drive through where I don't have time to turn around and get the order corrected. I even tried to call the store but no answer. read more

This DD was teaming with flies. They were crawling all over the donut shelves right in the front where the employees pull from. When we asked the clerk if they had any in another area, she shrugged, said "everybody says that, there's nothing we can do about it" in a very irritated manner. It took a different employee stepping in to bring us donuts from a donut locker to get one without fly droppings. Gross! read more
