Gross. Only fat in two slices of bacon in a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. A third slice had a sliver of meat. Only a fourth had a substantial amount. A French cruller was like a mouthful of sugar with none of the airy, eggy flavor these donuts are known for. read more

Today I ordered a ham Swiss sandwich hash browns with a medium hot chocolate via the app as I do every morning. When I arrived I was told that the ham ans Swiss sandwich was unavailable. The attendant ask me if I wanted something else bit I declined because I was running late so I asked for a refund. The attendant told me to cancel the sandwich order thru the app. Thought it was weird but attempted to do it. Guess what.? Once the order has been paid for you are unable to cancel it. I asked her to show me how to cancel it but she said she didnt know and does not work for the app dept. Rude!!!! Why refer me to the app if you dont know. Why I asked her that she told me I was being rude. Like seriously. No empathy at all. Keeps denying my credit. She was giving me I dont give a crap vibe. My worst experience thus far. read more

I have been to this place when I first moved into Harrison I was like BK?!?! MORE DD?!?! and bunch of pizza places however this one is better than the one in F.E.R. the food is kinda fast of course it's a breakfast place not a Fast Food Place The BK in Harrison can serve breakfast much more faster than this. This is becoming one of my favorite DD locations. Why? Because they are always doing promotion deals that other locations are not doing. This week, I was just here on Wednesday when I noticed their lemonade iced tea was $1.49 for any size!! I love DD lemonade iced tea so seeing this price made me a happy girl. They were also promoting 6 donuts for $3.99. I've been here 3 times with my co-workers and thus far they never got our order wrong. Another bonus is that the staffs are very friendly and the place is always clean. It's located in a plaza so parking is not a problem. read more

Stood in lone for 20 minutes....used a gift card and the woman who barely speaks English gets an attitude with me over my drink order! Never going here again because she got me so upset. This specific dunkin location is horrible. The people working there, are rude, unwilling to help but even worst soooooooo slowwwwwwww. I live really close to this location. EVERYTIME, it is between a 15-20 minutes WAIT for AN ICE COFFEE!!!! It is normal to wait 15mn for anything you order at this location. The 2$ wake up wrap is a 20mn wait minimum. Do not go in this store and expect quick service. It will never happen, propably hasn't happened in years. read more

Very friendly staff, eager to please. Lots of available seating and plenty of parking. Last time I was at thr location next to the PATH they had no hash browns and today their hot chocolate machine was broken I prefer to walk a couple blocks to this one, it is much nicer. read more

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever! Understaffed during the morning rush with one person on the register and one on sandwiches. Be prepared to wait in line at least 10 minutes for a cup of coffee and 20 if you order any hot food. On one occasion I had to have the worker give me a new donut because she took my money with gloves and used the same glove to put my donut in the bag! Just a mess! I'd rather drive to another town if I absolutely want something from Dunkin Donuts which nowadays is rare. read more

I went in today at about 2am because the alarm in my building went off and I hadn't had anything for dinner. The lady working was absolutely rude, not that I expect pleasant staff at 2am, but I was being nice. I put in my order and as my card was getting charged I realized she charged me for two bagels when I only ordered one. Then I realized she was trying to purposely rip me off because she was only going to give me one bagel and didn't give me the receipt. I asked her to please provide a refund and she started to argue with me and told me she couldn't give me a refund. I told her I noticed what she was doing and she then decided to open the register, after she said she couldn't, and threw 2 dollars at me. I recommend people keep an eye on what they are getting charged for and make sure you actually receive it. read more

I went there at midnight to get a coffee and it was pretty empty. I stood at the counter for a while before the lady working there decided to serve me with a loud sigh and a bad attitude. I ordered a donut and a coffee she took my money and threw my change at me. When she went to get the donut she dropped it on the floor and then picked it up and threw it on the bag and threw it at me. Then she served a cup of 90% milk 10% coffee and also threw that at me. When i told her i wasnt paying for that she said i could leave if i want to but i wasnt getting my money back. I will never go bsck here again. read more

The women at dunkin donuts are top notch polite and adorable in their own way. The service is top notch and very clean in Harrison, NJ. Keep up the good service and don't be shy to look at your customers. But then again, I like the shy and bashful few that work at the Bergen Street location.
