It's helped me discover new favorites or even figure out the types I don't like without having to suffer through an entire box of them. I need to comment on the customer service. This place truly does have the customer in mind. If you don't see a flavor you expected, don't hesitate to ask the staff. They will either help you find the flavor, or if it is gone, they will check to see if they have it somewhere in the store or even in the back. Finally, the pricing is better than buying K-Cups in regular retail stores and on par with buying online (but without having to wait).

I found the espresso drinks to be the more reliable option over some of the other menu items, and sticking to the basics yielded better results than venturing too far into the specialty drink territory. The one thing worth knowing before I went is that this location does not have indoor seating. The space has room but no tables or chairs, which makes it purely a take away stop. If I had been planning to sit down and take a break from shopping, this would not have been the place for that. It worked fine as a pickup and keep moving kind of stop. For a chain coffee option inside an outlet mall, it is a reasonable choice when I need something quick.
