Dunkin' Donuts are great donuts and they're always fresh and we always enjoy coming here for a quick item snack on or for breakfast. They also have fantastic sweet tea! This is only my second time ever trying a Dunkin' coffee because there aren't many close to me, so I was excited to get one out of state. Well, this wasn't a great experience. I ordered a cinnamon vanilla iced latte advertised on the menu and the lady said "unfortunately no" then didn't say anything else until I started to speak. So she says we don't carry the churro flavor anymore, but I didn't ask for churro. So I guess it's the same syrup. So then I change up my order and ask for half and half to which she replies, "so cream". Uh ok. Those aren't quite the same thing but sure. Let me just get out of here. The lady who actually gave me my coffee at the window was super nice, but the speaker lady was not. I'm sure if you have a tried and true favorite Dunkin' order, it would be a breeze. But I'm a Dunkin' newbie, so I was made to feel dumb. Maybe I should have ordered inside instead of the drive thru. read more

Never ever have i had bad service here and every single time i come here which is frequent. I get a good cup of coffee and food. Never have they made a mistake, its perfect every time unlike Starbucks by the freeway. Thank you guys your team is awesome read more

I have NEVER had a problem with this location before but I was drinking my coffee as one does and felt something in my mouth. I Immediately spit it out and this was in my mouth. HAIR?! MOLD?! The attendant must be new. We ordered 4 donuts and 2 decaf coffees. She did not ask if we wanted anything in the coffee. She put 2 donuts in the bag then came back to ask what other donuts we had ordered. Then we went to another line to wait for our coffee. When she handed it to me I asked if they had cream. She had this blank stair on her face like we were speaking a foreign language. I asked if it was extra, she said yes. Didn't offer to sell us any. Asked for sugar. Same stare. Her associate told her it was free. We asked for 1 packet, she handed us 5. The glazed donut I ordered had a little bit of glaze dribbled over the top . Maybe they charge extra if you want the donut glazed all over. The coffee was BITTER. The donuts and apple fritter were not freshly made. Taking the coffee home to doctor it up to make it drinkable. It pains me to rate them two stars - in fact they actually deserve one. But I love Dunkin so much that I'm giving them a 2 star rating out of pity. Constantly out of product (whether it's donuts, certain coffee flavors, or sandwiches). They always seem to be understaffed, even if they'd 4-5 people working inside. Orders are constantly given to customers wrong, and the wait - don't even get me started!!! There also seems to be a revolving door of employees, Corporate needs to send someone else in to whip this store in to shape, cause it's just a swirling toilet bowl at this point. read more

Can't say enough about how bad the overpriced menu items are here. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches.... I got hot, crusty, almost burned croissants with a cold egg inside. Coffee was pretty awful as well. Almost $20 .... gone..... forever Anyway, if you want something tasty, go elsewhere. I normally get great, friendly service at this location! However I encountered an extremely rude employee this morning. The first issue was that they were out of 1/2 of the coffees listed on the menu inside. I changed my order due to this and attempted to use one of the mobile offers for the first time. The employee just stared at me as I showed it to her and rolled her eyes because I didn't know I had to click the scanner part. After scanning it she read the total back to me (which was the same as before the offer) I said "oh, it looks like it didn't take anything off" and she let out a sigh and said "yep" instead of attempting to assist me. Overall her tone was very rude and I didn't enjoy the sighs and eye rolls. I understand this might not be the funnest job ever but I also work in customer service and there is no reason to be rude to someone who has given you no reason to.... Dunkin needs to re-evaluate some of their staff (and their attitude) . Needless to say I was tired of the attitude and walked out without getting anything. read more

The girl that waited on us this morning had to be told multiple times, the kind of doughnut we wanted, as she just stood there holding a different variety with a blank look on her face. When you work in an industry that relies heavily on the customer, shouldn't you actually Listen. To. The. Customer?! What she didn't have in listening skills, she had [in] plenty of attitude. This place has gone down hill .. ordered 2 dozen donut holes and they were kinda dry like they are day old and plus orders grilled cheese and hash browns and grilled cheese was hardly grilled and wasn't buttered well to crisp up (still soft) and the hash browns were really burnt .. very disappointing and this was Around 11ish in the Am .. This franchise has took a dive. In the last year this DD has seen a high turnover with employees that genuinely act dissatisfied in their job. Orders are regularly wrong, yet worse hand out cold coffee. On our most recent visit we ordered a English muffin, the egg was still frozen much to our dismay and we were already on the highway heading out of town. You may be better off not using the drive through and placing order inside. Perhaps this will result in a different experience. Two thumbs down for this one! read more

First of all, the cashier didn't understand a word I said. I had to explain myself about 30 different times. The drink I got was horrible. It was a pumpkin spice latte, and it tasted nothing like pumpkin, but tasted like various types of spices. I could hardly take a few sips of it. I've never been a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts and having grown up in the south I think of Dunkin as the Union and Krispy Kreme as the Confederacy. In this case, the flag still waves yo. A friend has told me he likes Dunkin's coffee but I didn't have any this time around. I was actually looking for a stabucks but seeing as it apparently didn't exist Dunkin would satisfy my need for wifi and a small snack. My single glazed donut was like eating white bread with glaze on it. See, those confederate Krispy Kreme donuts are like little pillows of air that allow the glaze to dry enough on the outside to crack, thus causing that Krispy yet Kremey thing we all love about food we know is going to shorten our lives. Maybe Dunkin sometimes has great donuts but this wasn't one of those. No milk? Really? Huh, I got a bottle of water and enjoyed the a/c, clean establishment and nice customer service. Don't let it get you down Dunkin. I suppose much like the Union, you'll eventually usurp just on sheer numbers much less some moral code regarding the texture of a donut. read more

At 10:23 a.m. this morning I took my 7-year-old granddaughter for a donut. No one else was in line yet we waited and waited and waited all the while they were servicing the drive thru. We parked so my granddaughter could choose her donut. Several employees saw us yet no one helped us. If I could this place would get zero stars. We stood in line for 15 minutes this morning for a dozen mixed donuts, a bottle of water, and an iced chai tea. Then the tea was so bad I could not drink it. They also had no sense of customer service. Not only was there the lack of service on our order but one employees was yelling and another for not doing their job. This should have taken place in a back room and not in front of customers. They need to pay attention to what their customers are ordering. I sat in the drive through and watched the employees argue over what order went to what car. When I got my food, my order was still wrong. I'm a vegetarian and repeatedly ask them not to put any meat on my food. If I could give this zero stars I would. I love dunkin' donuts. Love them. But this location literally NEVER fails to get my order wrong. I have even gone back for them to fix it, and they STILL get my order wrong! They are incompetent at the ordering process, take 10 years it seems like to even take my order, and then they can't even get the damn order right! They are staffed with a friendly staff, they've got a drive-through, the food is usually hot and fresh and they're always presenting your order in a timely manner, not much more you could ask for. My only plus minus is that it's attached to a gas station, so for some folks that's either good or bad, usually just means heavier traffic and often longer lines. read more

Good donuts but not great. When we go to the dog park we get a couple of iced coffees for the road. They are okay. Sometimes too sweet but the caramel ones are pretty decent. One guy has the tendency to overcharge during happy hour but the manager makes it right. Good customer service. read more
