That's when I passed by their location on Rogers Avenue. Had no idea what surprises awaited me but the name of the business made me laugh so I pulled into the parking lot. It was too cold to get out but I found their website and was intrigued. Ordering online through their app was super easy and reading through the menu descriptions of each donut had my mouth watering. Now keep in mind, each donut is no more than one or two bites, but oh my goodness, they hit the spot! The options included ordering an assortment of only one or two varieties, but since I didn't know what I was getting myself into, I ordered each one individually and just picked the five that caught my attention first. Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! Went to the drive-thru and the incredibly sweet lady was already working on my order. They came out perfectly warm and the flavor combinations were fantastic! If I had to pick one favorite, I'd probably go with the maple bacon. But choosing one favorite feels like choosing a favorite child... can't do it. They were all fantastic. My sister and I came in to eat and get coffee before visiting our mother (on hospice). The breakfast burrito was gross and zero bacon that we ordered. When I took it back to the counter, it took several minutes before anyone recognized I was even there. They were busy in the back, rehashing their weekend events. Then the young lady wanted to argue about the bacon. We ordered it, "Why do you want to question what I said we ordered, when my sister and I were both standing here?" Does it matter? We want bacon. Then, they brought us 4 strips of solidly BURNT bacon! I had enough and took it back. The first young lady pushed the plates back at me and said, "There's your bacon!" And walked behind the wall to chat with her friends. Now pissed, I yelled, "Hello!" A young man came around with a deer-in-the-headlights look. I told him, "You all are not paying attention to your guests. The burritos are wrong. The bacon is burnt. You can just keep it." No apologies. No offer to refund the $6.50 plus taxed burrito. No nothing! AVOID THIS COFFEE SHOP! They don't give a ra** *** about customers or customer service. That is all.
