We've been here a few times in the past few years. Honestly, every single time we visit, it's been subpar, in one way or another. First, the donuts are always ehhh and don't compare to Krispy Kreme. Second, the customer service always sucks. On our last visit, we were in line behind another family. They ordered and then received their order. My son and I then stood there for five, then 10 minutes, patiently waiting to be acknowledged. The cashier was chatting with other employees, walked back and forth in front of us a few times, and then started spraying the counters with cleaner. All while we stood there, waiting. Finally after about 10 minutes, I had to say "hi, can we order some doughnuts?" She then replied, oh I thought you were still thinking.... I said, well we've been standing here for 10 minutes! So rude and obviously had no intention of serving us. Name on the receipt is Elizabeth, a young girl with black hair and tons of black makeup. This is the most unreliable Dunkin I have ever been to. Regularly they cannot be trusted to make a drink on time or right! They either take 15-20 minutes to make a drink or they blow it! I paid $5 with tax for the drink in the picture which isn't even remotely close to the Sri knots supposed to be! It's awful!!! This place gets my personal seal of approval. While passing through Chattanooga one sunny summer noon, I descended on this Dunkin' for a solo lunch outing -- and it was successful! There, everything met my strict standards for a proper shindig: good folks, good coffee, good seating (with a patio, too, also good). Add in some good food and a good book, and I was in business. When all was said and done, I spent a long, lazy hour in this cheery little corner of Tennessee, enjoying myself and the world at large. Good times, indeed. Always been a loyal Dunkin fan, but I will definitely be going to a different location from now on! Slow service (always). I ordered a medium caramel latte, but was charged for a large. Ok I thought, a large will be fine. They hand me my drink... it's a medium. So I asked them, isn't this supposed to be a large? They argue with me and say I ordered a medium, yes but you charged me for a large, which she confirms on the register. Then she tried to tell me the 'Signature' lattes cost more. Duh! That's what I'm looking at on the menu board! You charged me for a large Signature latte, but only gave me a medium! And to top it off the medium cup wasn't even filled to the top, there was a good 2 inches not filled.... their solution to this... we can add more milk! Do not go here for a drink. read more

I have never ever ever been to a Dunkin' where the cream cheese on a bagel was non-existent. It's usually the opposite issue, even when you ask for it light. But I didn't ask for it light today and there was so little cream cheese on the second run (but clearly not a second bagel bc it was cold), that I had to ask for a side of cream cheese and the counter staffer made such a big deal, like I was such a jerk, but come on, y'all. I normally really enjoy DD. I get the same thing every time. Blueberry iced coffee with 7 sugar and 6 cream. Well, this time. The girl made it and I couldn't taste the blueberry. I've been here a few times since I've moved here on August 31st. The service has always been good. Today I went in and ordered an egg and cheese wake up wrap and a large sweet iced tea. I was standing there waiting for my order. The egg and cheese wrap came out in a timely manner, but I was waiting so long for my iced tea. Everyone that came in after me were getting their drinks. I had to ask about my iced tea. I also noticed that some of the tables are not clean. i used the online app to order while sitting in the parking lot, then went in, and waited patiently to get help at the mobile pick up counter. had to get the employees to start making my drinks... even though it was an online order, but no big deal they made it once i went up to the pick up counter. she said the reason she put other people's orders in front of mine as priority to make first was because "she didn't want the ice to melt, and we usually don't make it til the customer gets there" which i appreciate that but i had been standing in the lobby for a good 5 minutes... and it was an *iced* coffee... i promise you if it sits for a couple of minutes waiting on me to come grab it, the ice will not melt. the girl was overall rude. i'm only giving 3 stars because 1) the coffee was good, 2) the order was right, and 3) because the girl apologized to me afterwards. 3 stars worthy. read more

We are in almost every day. we have one drink that is for a diabetic and two additional iced coffees that are not. we have noticed that they have been getting the orders wrong more and more lately. They actually know our order when we start placing it but for what ever reason they are getting them wrong or mixing the details up in the orders. They are very nice and when called about the mistakes we were put on the board for free replacements however this does get aggravating because we can't always come back right when the errors are noticed. we have even resorted to carrying packs of equal in our car for the times when they are not getting them sweet enough. I personally think they are not letting all the contents out in the cup(8 equals) making them not sweet enough at all. I felt the need to make this review because like I said they have been getting the orders more and more wrong lately and for the price of the coffee is unacceptable. read more
