Store by to get donuts for the office. I got there at 5am, when they open. Donuts stale as all getout. Nasty.

Stopped by at 8am. noticed they did not refill the empty napkin dispenser. We weren't greeted. Both weird. They are suppose to acknowledge you as you walk in. Stood there for a bit before they even noticed I was standing at the counter as the three employees there were focused on drive thru and mobile vs the physical in house customer. They lost a star for that. At 8am their case was quite neglected. Lost another star for that. They only showed two varieties of bagels. The donuts looked picked over and sparse. I was confused by this and asked... "do you have multi grain bagels here". They nicely said "oh yes, and pointed to a bakers rack full of them". The retail manager in me was thinking "why are you not stocking your case vs talking" but repressed the thought as its quite frankly not my problem and I assume they were in process of restocking, "eventually"... probably had a rush I didnt know about. so I ordered that and a refresher. The refresher was made perfectly and the bagel had the correct amount of cream cheese on it which I was grateful for. I popped i to the bathrooms as I waited for the bagel to be toasted... bathrooms were very clean. A man had ordered his breakfast and gone out to his car. Before he returned the order was ready. The DD associate grabbed it and thoughtfully met him half way. I thought that was a nice touch. It did take some time inside but bagels for some reason at all DD tend to be a lengthy process to get. They were just as fast as my 5 star one at home with the bagel, well, once it got ordered. The only major dings were for the stocking issues, the lack of greeting, and amount of time it took to actually notice me as the entire staff was focused on drive thru and mobile orders. Staff is rude and dismissive and constantly not giving food in a timely manner. They move you to the second window and then either forget about you or give you a half-assed order and then shut the window and move on. And then to get your full order you have to knock on the window or go in and then get treated like an annoyance or a burden to even get your full order. Today, staff sent us to the second window and gave us an order of loaded hashbrowns with no lid, silverware, or napkins. When the general manager opened the window to answer, she was rude and annoyed as if it was our fault they failed at giving the proper materials. Another day earlier this week, as the only customer at the building, I waited more than 10 minutes for an order of hashbrowns at the second window as they had forgotten about me. I do not recommend this dunkin. the worker disrespected my mom by calling her hun. She tried to act all sweet and nice to us. I had placed an order and yes i came late due to my mother being held back at work. The worker offered to remake our drinks as they had been sitting there for an extended amount of time. (30 minutes) we were just going to take the drinks as is, but the worker offered to remake our drinks. She took them back for less than a minute and then claimed that she had remade them and that shes not supposed to do so. This was complete bs. All she did was add more whipped cream to make the drinks seem as if she had remade them. not happy at all and my mom is disgusted with the services provided. read more

There were 4 young girls working. I had to use the restroom and I was not sure if you had to buy something and was prepared to do so. The restroom was untidy but I did not even have a chance to do so. I mobile ordered, thinking I could get through the line faster since it's always really slow. They gave me half of my order and said "have a good day" before shutting the window. I waited for a few minutes before they came back and said they were out of chai (at 8:00 on Saturday morning). I told them I'd take a pumpkin latte and 5 minutes later they came back with a cold one...I said I wanted hot since my mobile order was a hot chai. I pulled forward and waited another 10-15 minutes...they never came to the window to even check with me, while 2 cars behind me got their stuff and left. I went in and a worker said "sorry, I'm busy with everyone else" then told me to grab a job application when I asked why I sat for over 10 minutes without any communication from them. 40 minutes after I got there, they finally refunded my money. The employees have the audacity to laugh in customers face because they can't make bakery goods and there coffee machines are down. This is not the first time this has happened at the Marion, Ohio location. I feel strongly that corporate needs to become involved with this store and clean house so they will be able to hire employees that will take there employment seriously.
