Stopped by this coffee place after getting lunch because a friend had to go to a Chase Bank nearby. He told us to chill here while he's doing his business. While I was there, I decided to try a Vanilla Latte. The prices here were reasonable. Definitely cheaper than Starbucks. When it was time to pay, the credit card machine asked for a tip which was pretty lame considering that all they did was make a latte for me. The latte was really good, however one complaint I had was that 1/3 of the cup was all foam. I was also very sad that they didn't make latte art on my latte :( Overall I would recommend this place for anyone who is in downtown Findlay and wants coffee. If you just want a quick drink I don't recommend this place since it's pretty slow and finding parking is pretty hard. read more

I went here after work to do some studying for my college classes and it was a great spot. Very warm on the inside and made cozy with lights. There were so many flavors to choose from and I chose the Christmas Cookie latte. The wifi worked great and I got some reading and studying done. I would recommend to anyone in the area. I had high hopes for this spot. I was spending time in Findlay with an old friend and we hoped to get a quick coffee. The employees seemed annoyed that we weren't ready to order upon entering. I personally like to read over menus when I am in a new place. I ordered a beverage called The Reaper. The sign only said Chocolate, Cinnamon -and cayenne. It did not say it was a latte so I asked the woman working if had milk in to-she rudely responded saying of course it does it's a latte. I asked for almond milk instead and she said she didn't know how it would taste with almond milk so i asked for 1% and and she told me she didn't know what 1% milk was. I'm sorry but I think all employees at a coffee shop should know what the milk options are Rude staff, but the drink was pretty good. I do not recommend coming here. Coffee Amici has the BEST iced vanilla latte that I have ever had! And I have had many.... That's just how good it is!! The baked goods are delicious it seems they change it up with different baked goods so you may be able to try new things every time! They also have super fast service. This is my second time here and the place was great. It is street parking on a busy street but we got lucky there. Had the nitro cold brew which was fantastic, it had the hints of chocolate and everything else it is described as. They don't serve food but the lady at the counter pointed out some places within walking distance that served breakfast. Prices were fair, we had the cold brew, strawberry banana smoothie(I didn't try It but wife said it was good) and a bagel with cream cheese for 10 bucks. I feel like Starbucks would've been more. This was our first visit and I was underwhelmed. It's cute from the outside and so we were hopeful for a cozy little coffee shop to warm up in for a bit. We walked in and I was a bit shocked at the interior. It's very cafeteria feeling, with all tables and no booths, no cozy chairs. It wasn't what I was expecting, which for me is fine so long as the coffee and staff make up for it. I hate to say that wasn't the case here. The service we received by the person behind the counter was poor. She was curt with us and totally unhelpful. I took a moment to look over their menu, as I'd never been there before, and this seemed to irritate her. I'd understand if there had been others waiting but there was no one else in line and only two people in the entire shop apart from myself and my husband. The coffee itself was weak. My husband ordered a large, iced americano with an extra shot of espresso - a decently strong drink, but he felt like it wasn't. I had a medium vanilla latte with an extra shot and felt it was on the sweet side, too. If you like your coffee on the sweet side, this place is for you. This cafe is on main street and I wanted to have coffee after dinner in a nice cafe in ceramic cups. It was across the street from where we ate dinner and looked like a nice place from a distance. It is newer and has a bit of a modern feel. The place is very open and lacked coziness and character and they served the coffee in a paper cup. The coffee was average. The one stand out item was service: Both baristas were so friendly! To the point I would almost come back just for the service. Located in downtown Findlay, it's a great location! I really liked the space and ambiance. As for the coffee, there are a lot of options. I had the Carmel Apple Frappuccino cold. It was $4.95 for a large, which is pretty comparable to other chains. The drink was okay. I wish there was more options of baked goods. I also thought the music was loud and it was hard to focus on work with how loud they had it playing. read more

Crimson Cup coffee. I believe it is a suitable coffee but not the type of coffee I go to a coffee shop to drink. i was hoping they used a local coffee roaster. A regular cup is $1.85 with a large at $2.25. They have a small selection of expresso, frozen, and on ice options. There isn't a lot of fancy options here as it is a one person run shop. The barista (maybe owner) seemed very nice and knew most of her customers. They have almost a weekly concert on either Friday and Saturday starting at 8 pm. Their stage is actually decent for 3-5 people to play. It looks like Open Mic is Friday. They have free Wi-Fi which is decent speed. They have 3 bar tables with then regular tables spread around. I would say they could fit 50 people pretty easy in their sitting area which is nice. It also looks out onto the main street downtown. They have a few bagel and other options but I don't think they are made in-house. Not a bad place to try and sit for an hour or two in the middle of the day. read more

I swear by this coffee shop. I will drive the half hour on the weekends to come and get a blended amici mocha. This drink has become my all time favorite since discovering this beautiful little coffee shop. The staff is friendly and the menu has so many options and featured drinks. I like black and unsweetened iced coffee. Every time I try theirs, I am severely disappointed. It's more or less brown water. Now, to be fair, they seem to make great blended coffees and hot coffee and such. I just haven't tried that yet. The saving grace is the environment. Great environment. The Amici Mocha is my and my wife's favorite mocha, bar none. We love hanging out at coffee shops, wherever we go. We have been to coffee shops in Israel, Chicago, Orlando, South Bend, Wyoming, Tennessee, etc, etc. This place easily has my favorite mocha. And on Saturday evenings they have live music. They aren't licensed for food, so you are stuck with bagels or biscotti. Locally owned and operated. I Put Amici into my Findlay must visits. It is the #1 place I bring guests. Free wifi. read more

Their friendly staff is always a big plus. I've been going here for several years and I have always felt welcome. The coffee is not my favorite since I am a coffee snob but its always drinkable. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with an extra shot and no whip. I received a coffee with cream and whip. My friend ordered an apple latte and it was also just a coffee. Not the most friendly people, but nice atmosphere. I have received poor service each time I've been to Coffee Amici. The last and final visit, at lunch time, I asked what they had in the way of food items (there was a stack of bagels, so I knew they had those). The server, who had just wrapped up a warm convo with another customer, gave a sigh, waved her hand at the wall menu and said, "what you see is what we have. We don't serve lunch. There's a deli down the street on the left." No smile, nothing. Mind you, I asked about food items, not what they served for lunch. Stopped in on a Saturday morning after driving around in search of a cup of coffee. Not being from the area, this place seemed to be my best bet. I got my Starbucks usual- a chai latte with a shot of espresso. One of the best I've ever had! The store was quaint and casual. I thought the local music set up was a great idea.
