I'll give this store some love…read more I have been in Findlay for two days for work and noticed that the closest Starbucks was about 15 minutes from my hotel and located in a Kroger. No sweat, it's a small city and they're not everywhere. There have been two employees each time I stop in around 8:15AM, only a couple people in line, and both times I stopped by my drink was made quickly and my food was done in a flash. They were friendly and efficient, and I did not experience the issues other seem to have had. Now while they were out of breakfast sandwiches this morning, it happens, and it did not ruin my day; there are plenty of other options around that I could pick something up. All good here!

This was due to only two employees working: one taking orders and one making drinks. I'm assuming the baristas were fairly new as they were slow and didn't know how to make my favorite Red Velvet Cake Cremé Frappuccino! However the baristas were nice and friendly. After getting my drink, it didn't taste as expected. It tasted like a Double Chocolatey Chip Frappucino. I believe they charged me extra for it too since it was a custom order. Since this place is fairly new I'd give it one more try because Starbucks is love. Starbucks is life.
