walked in for a latte and a bacon, egg and cheese on English muffin and I overheard a guy with a mustache and seems to be mullet, talking about how fat his girlfriend's ass is and how he just wants to take it to downtown...slap it around... and do nothing but pound. at first, I did not know how to feel about this at all. I'm in there for food and I'm hearing this impeccable declaration, some would say poetry. I started getting really upset about how long it was taking for my food and my drink to be done but most importantly, I was raging, actually, I was fuming. you may be thinking I'm this angry because of the wait but NO. I wanna see this girlfriend. I want to see the fat ass that this guy is raving about. as I was handed my food and my drink, I looked back to see what else was going on back there. I kid you not, this man is on his hands , crying hysterically. it sounded like a wolf, howling and giving birth at the same time. I then took that as my signal to leave. as I was getting into my car to eat, I heard this man run out of the building and into his car. right before I bit into my bacon egg and cheese... I heard nothing but tires squealing, he had his window down and he was hysterically, crying and shouting. "I need her. I need her. oh how I want her. I want her." he then put his pedal to the metal and drove through the Dunkin' Donuts, glass shattering. people screaming. as this was going on, I couldn't take my eyes off of what was happening, but most importantly I couldn't set aside the feelings of the most best, juicy, cheesiest, protein filled sandwich I've ever had in my life. All I gotta say about this place is... great service, wet dreams and good coffee. I've had multiple instances where they forgot to put sugar in my coffee. Why is Dunkin's service so often incompetent? These are simple orders, just cream and sugar. read more

worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. terrible customer service; so unpleasant and rude. Completely disorganized. multiple times, they've lost my order, then when they remake it, they rush it and it tastes terrible. never going to that Dunkin' again. may have ruined all Dunkin's for me. read more

What's the point of even being open if you need to stop making food? We were in line and ordered our food. My friends brother, who was doing a seperate order approached the cash register to order his bacon egg and cheese. One of the grill guys rudely says to the cashier "Absolutely no more food orders". What??? Dude it's 12:45 in the afternoon. The cashier goes "Can we do just one more? He wants to order food." And the cook goes "So?". The entire place went quiet. My friends brother had to order a stale donut instead. I get that it can be busy and you might need a second to catch up but try being a line cook in a real restaraunt. He wouldn't last. After waiting almost a half hour, we finally got our food. And not for nothing but my friends bagel was not toasted properly. We were left sitting around like momos wondering what the hell happened to Dunkin. The sign said "All day eats" but apparently this is not true. The sign should say "Eats up to 12:46 or until we don't feel like making food anymore". We'll be going to Aroma Joes next time. read more

Service sucked...I understand, that with Covid precautions people rather order ahead via the app and just pick up. When I arrived a disgruntled customer just left without having received their order. I went inside and got in line as the fourth person to order. After about 10 min the first customer in line gave up and left , too. All the while the two employees were preparing drinks and food for the customers who just came to pick up. After I had inquired if they would also serve customers who are in line in the store I was informed that the pre- orders came always first, because they had already paid, and only when there was time the in-store customers would be helped. No wonder everybody else ordered ahead. They should have a sign to let people know!!! read more

Quick and easy. There was a long line but the wait was very short and our order was correct!

Where to begin. Actually I cannot begin at all. Due to the fact that I was yelled by the employee for social distance regulations that I was completely unaware of. I am visiting the area and was looking for a quick snack. I happen to see a Dunkin'. Extremely excited I decided to stop. Upon entry there was a sign that read limited to 4 customers at a time. Unsure on how many people were inside I entered.... terrible idea! "SIR, CAN YOU NOT READ THE SIGN! 4 PEOPLE AT A TIME!" The manager yelled. Shaken and upset, and diagnosed with dyslexia I responded with, "I'm sorry sir I was not sure how many Individuals were inside". After waiting outside, the manager was extremely rude, charging me for items I had not ordered and then saying to deal with it. I am completely ashamed on the professionalism of this establishment! Do not go to this Dunkin'! Horrible customer experience! read more

Frankly, terrible experience. I came in to get a iced coffee and I followed all the safety precautions. A group that had already ordered was standing there. Some employing came out screaming. I. Mean. Screaming. For everyone to leave at around 11am. I live close by and you can bet I'll be avoiding this location from now on. No one should treat paying professional customer like he did. read more

My experience here has been nothing but sub par. When my order is correct it is often burnt. Most other times my order is either incorrect or not made by the time I arrive. I use the Dunkin' Donuts on the go app so I do not have to wait for my food and coffee to be prepared. So when I arrived this morning and the coffee was yet again, not made; I asked kindly to the lady behind the counter if she could check for me to see if mine was being made. She replied with "I'll check in a minute". So I left. It's not the first time this has happened and it's a large inconvenience for me. If you can't support the feature at this location properly, then don't employ it. I'll be looking to get my 4 dollars back for the coffee I couldn't hang around for. read more

Had a horrible experience this morning. The store was crowded and instead of asking if some of the people in a large group (most of whom were holding coffee and waiting for their food) if some of them could wait outside an employee came out screaming and yelling at everyone in the store. Even if the store was overcrowded there were much better ways to handle the situation. There is no drive through and I left without ordering. read more
