The female employee that was working this morning 9/30/22 around 9AM was extremely disrespectful! My wife accidentally ordered to pick up in the drive thru when she went inside to pick up the order the employee told her next time you need to go to where you said you wanted your order! My wife said "oh sorry I didn't mean to" she said "I don't care!" Excuse me! So when my wife told me I decided to go inside and simply ask for her name so I can speak to corporate....she tells me "I don't have to give you my name!" Well then you clearly know you did something wrong and now your afraid to lose your job. I am a usual at this location. I would get coffee or donuts twice a week during the school year. During the summer I use this location occasionally. Today I went in and had a big order. I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 coffees, and donuts. First the manager rolled his eyes at me multiple times while I was placing this order. I had a few items customized and was actually saving them money. Secondly, while making the coffee, stopped after one and made the coffees for the drive thru, took another order, then made my second coffee. I asked for one bagel with just bacon. He said it would be cheaper if he rang it up as a bacon egg and cheese and he would tell the guy about the just bacon. I get home and of course it has everything on it. While waiting the manager was smug to another customer as well asking if they had any more donuts in the back. read more

Business has taken me to the Douglassville area lately. As I need a place to set up and use my computer, I'm constantly searching for small establishments where I can work in peace with a wi-fi. I Order on the go as always, almost every day. When the line for drive thru is wrapped around the building I will go inside to get my order. It's already made sitting there and I don't want my sandwich to get cold. Well on 7/21/21 at 9:15am the shift lead/manager says to me " when you order on the go through the drive-through, you need to pick it up through the drive-through. We won't do this for you again." I don't understand what the problem is. My food is paid for, you guys are slow, and I have stuff to do. The whole purpose of all the ordering is literally to speed it up, get in and out as fast as possible. Maybe if you guys were better at your job people wouldn't have to come inside to get their orders because the drive-through is taking so long. I feel like I should also add I literally drive past a Dunkin' Donuts to get to this Dunkin' Donuts every day. I didn't get that shift lead/managers name, but they are in the wrong position. I don't even want to give a star. So upset! My daughter went to get me an iced coffee coolatta and I am sick. I've been waiting for this coffee to soothe my sore throat. However, I got a mouth full of pig vomit instead. It tasted as if incompetent people don't know how to mix the product. I even tried to call three times and no answer to make my voice heard even though my throat hurts. No answer vey unprofessional and this would never happen if it was Tim Horton's. I go to this DD very often as I live locally. I can't have dairy, so I order drinks/bagels without the cream or cream cheese. I cannot tell you how many times I have ended up getting home and seeing cream cheese on my bagels! Today, I got the wrong kind of bagel and charged for the cream cheese. I might just take the drive to the one a little further down Ben Franklin Highway in Exeter. I also don't eat meat and if I get a sandwich it almost always ends up with meat on it. I have seen so many people go through the drive through then have to go back inside to fix their order. The employees need to be trained more or care a little more. This location needs to hire competent employees. Went in today for 3 different coffees and a breakfast sandwich. Ordered through on the go app. We got there and our coffees were not ready. I ordered a decaf coffee and watched the employee use regular coffee, had her remake it and she did it wrong again. She messed up the other two coffees as well. There were at least 7 people all waiting for their coffees to be made. May have to find another DD location. The problem is this is not the first time this has happened here. The manager of the store this morning was extremely rude. I usually stop in for during the school year every morning. My first day back in the classroom started this morning. As I was standing in line the phone rang. I have family that are traveling and getting a call to report emergencies. I took the call. It was my turn. I asked my parents to hold on to place my order. I needed coffee and the acting manager which really was a much younger than me male, ignored me. Literally looked around and acted as if I wasn't standing there. I finally said is it because of the phone and he shook his head. I left. Your job is not to "teach me manners". Was it ideal I had to take the call? No. I am glad I did though. Had I not I wouldn't have been able to talk to my parents and help them navigate their day. Long story short as the acting manager, your behavior today was one that I won't forget. I won't be back. So from an old lady to you..... treat your customers with kindness. You have no idea what they are going through. McDonalds was happy to get my coffee and help me find the solution my parents were in need of. And it saved me money!! As for any other day I have been in..... ehh. The service is slow. The computers often don't work and the food is over priced. It is convenient, but so is Wawa. Drive a little further down the road for a better service. I read more

Terrible! A dozen stale donuts at 7:30 on a Sunday morning. This is when they should all still be fresh. Better donuts at Wawa or Redners.

Rarely have more than 8 varieties of donuts--it's Dunkin DONUTS-there should be variety. Coffee size given to me was wrong, commented and they poured the coffee in a larger cup and topped it off with more coffee never apologized and placed teh lid on top without actually attaching it so it popped off when I picked it up. Lots of turnover at location-most new staff has piercings and tattoos and hair that is not pulled back or in hair nets. No longer as clean or as nice as it was. read more
