Every time I go here their service is smooth, no issues with waiting the food and drinks are always fresh. I normally get the Caramel Latte which is always perfect but this Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher is one of the best things I've had here. Not sure If it's a new drink or not but it's worth every penny also get a large because you'll finish the drink soon as you start if you get the medium. read more

Dunkin' - Strawberry Dragonfruit Dunkin' Lemonade Refresher - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Dekalb, Illinois

This happened 4/3/22 between 3:35pm-4:00pm I was the first in line in drive thru when I ordered. As soon as we were pulling up to window, a car pull around and cut in line at the window, I was caught off guard not knowing what was going on, well i figured out real quick it was one of the drive thru girls boyfriend or whatever. We waited 7 min behind him until I finally pulled out and went inside, there was about 10 drinks waiting for the people behind us and ours sitting just there. I asked them to throw out our drinks because someone cut us off in line and ordered at the window, they said ok and that was it, never going to this location again, and will def spread the word, if management would like to reach out to me, I would be glad to point out the girl so she can explain why he was allowed to pull up to window like that. read more

This by far has to be one of the worst Dunkin' I have every been to. I don't know where they find these people to work but they couldn't screw in a light bulb working together let alone take an order and be in charge of someone's food. The food was made incorrectly... again! I have yet to go and have my order completed correctly. After being rushed at the speaker, I was then questioned about my order again at the window. I clarified what I wanted and then was handed a bag of trash. Rude workers. Horrible service. DO NOT COME. all should be fired. read more

I ordered ahead and waited at the order machine for 10 minutes without anyone saying anything to me

Went to this location in dekalb, il on 12/2/2017 at 1:15pm. They messed up my order. I ordered one med coffee and two coolatta's. They only had one ready. They didn't put the top on my coffee and the gentleman who served me from the drive through watched as I spilt it all over the front of me. I yelled who doesn't put a top on right on a coffee and he said hey I didn't do it. No apologies!! Then asked me to pay for the second coollatta. I ask for napkins and he gives me two. Hello I have a half a med coffee on me in need more. I have been going to this location since they opened, the service was great then. The service and quality now is horrible. I will be calling corporate!! Brian Goodman read more

This is my go to quick breakfast spot! They usually have everything available from their menu during all hours. Depending on the time of day you go, the staff is very friendly! Once out of every 10 or so visits, there is a sour/rude employee, but I have only encountered that around 6pm. However, there are a handful of employees who are just wonderful! My only complaint is that when you ask for light ice in your beverage, they will put less drink in; the other Dunkin's in the area (and every other one I've been to) will still fill your drink up all the way. Other than that, this Dunkin' rocks! read more

11/25/2019; Pulled in the drive thru to order a Beyond brkt sandwhich and coffee. There was a two page hand written list of food items that they did not have in stock; creamer, eggs, egg whites, etc,. Who is in charge of taking inventory?? If you want to be successful, sometimes it may require for you to think outside the box. Go to Walmart, just a couple of miles away, they have 48 eggs for under $3... Dukins, YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER!!! When situation like this happen, I feel that the company need to issue, for your inconvenience, a free coupon for that item. I'm sure that will keep them on their feet and complaints will decrease. read more

Well, they just blew a big opportunity. The Starbucks down the street is closed for a week to remodel, as a result, this location has a long line at the drive thru today. I could barely hear the guy at the window, as he was whispering into the mic. It wasn't just me as I heard the car in front of me, as well as the car behind me, ask him to speak up. After my order, he asked me a question that I could not understand, I told him I was having a hard time hearing him at which time you change the question 2 what the amount of my order was in the pull forward in an exasperated voice. When I got to the window, he handed me an ice coffee, which I didn't order. I told him with a large coffee cream and sugar. Again, exasperation and Bumble and from the person at the window. When I finally got my order, the coffee was lukewarm at best, bordering on cold. The sandwich was wrong, and I'm pretty sure there was a price difference between an iced coffee that I was offered, and the coffee I ultimately got. I only hit at Dunkin Donuts occasionally when I have a sweet tooth. I can say with all confidence that I will never be stopping back at this Dunkin Donuts again. While they weren't going to convert me from Starbucks for my coffee, I'm sure there's at least some people that may have been. read more

Twice this week I have gotten lattes that taste like hot water. Clearly it is a problem across the board because the girl in front of me in line tasted hers and had it fixed before pulling away. I am not sure what changes have occurred in the scheduling this week but I hope the old team comes back, they were awesome! read more

I visit this Dunkin location several times a week. The service is always friendly and they never mess up my order! Couldn't get much better than that. read more

Have been to this site 2 times and never again. First time they had run out of coffee cups. Excuse me. How the hell do you sell coffee and then run out of cups?!? So they charged one price as they had old styrofoam cups. Fine. Whatever. Just now went in and found out they were out of mocha. Sigh. Really?? Ordered two hot coffees. Guess they didn't take the hint cause what we received was nearly room temperature. Horrible place. Will not be going back. read more

Got scammed today with a 2 dollar coupon asked If i could use 4 a coffee deceptive advertising said 2 dollar espresso this did not say 2 dollars of this would have been the time to alert me the instant win wasn't free as I was led to think instead cheated me full price and took off 2 dollars when in fact I could of got a large coffee for cheaper..the Expresso was horrible ..the people are the drive in window did not try to explain anything she just whinned..and some other Indian lady who tried to murmur some English tried to throw her not needed 2 cents in..will be taking a break and going to McDonalds for breakfast...horrible way to treat a frequent customer read more

Second time in a couple of months that I have went to this location and had my coffee ober filled and spilling all over my car.. additionally had the wrong labeling on the coffees, so my friend was given my coffee due to incorrect labeling.. when you try to call their number no one picks so I can voice these concerns read more

Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Went in the drive through ordered a iced coffees. Pretty simple. Started getting pissed at the guy in front of me for ordering, what seemed like, everything on the menu in the drive through instead of going inside. However, after about 3 min. of waiting he pulls away. I placed my order, then waited another 3-4 min for him to get his order. It was only one drink. I think to myself "wait...he ordered one thing and it took this long?" Yeah, I knew why as soon as I pulled up. They girl working asks me "oh did you order the one scoop of ice cream..." no..I ordered a iced coffee. She goes back to look on her register. At this point there are 3 workers looking on the register to see what's going on. She comes back and asks a "ok, so you got the 12 Donuts and..." No...I literally just told you I ordered a iced coffee. Why are you asking me if I ordered donuts now? At this point I just said "ok, never mind I'll go somewhere else. It seems like you're having problems." Left. read more

This place is so good! Great food, great service, great drinks! One of my favorite Dunkins to go to without fail.

The food/drinks are fine. The staff on the other hand, not so much. We waited for maybe 25 minutes in the drive thru for a iced coffee, we asked for a small and apparently they had no lids? They tried to give it to us without the lid.....really? At least make the drink a small and put it in a medium sized cup if you do have those lids. Sometimes thinking skills are required people, it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. read more

The staff here is horrible. 8 teenage kids working on a Saturday morning, only one girl was working the register and getting all the orders together while all the other kids were with what looked like some sort of young manager also stood there and talked and drank coffee with friends who were visiting from the other side of the counter. They all had no concept of how busy it was or the long line standing there forever. Will not be returning to this location. It was pathetic. read more

The service here was terrible! It all seemed to be because of who I assumed was the manager. Employees appeared to be unsure of what she wanted and she just wandered around doing NOTHING but looking angry. It literally took at least 25 minutes to get ONE milkshake (Baskin Robbins side of store). There was only one person ahead of me and he was still waiting on his sundae when I left. Employees would have probably been fine without their existing "manager". read more

I ordered a coffee and doughnut. They were out of the three doughnuts I wanted, and the coffee was bland and not hot. Only upside was the employee working the window was kind and quite pretty. read more

It is what it is. A Dunkin Donuts that's fast and hasn't messed up any of my orders yet! Thanks for being open late for my various coffee needs (: read more

Me and my family drive from 20 miles to this location for coffee because my dad is a big fan of Dunkin. However, the past 10 times we have been there we have been denied coffee with a turbo shot because the latte machine is down. How is it that it's ALWAYS not working? I really think it's he workers being lazy because on one occasion they told me it was down so I told them to cancel my order. As soon as i said that the girl said " never mind it is working" read more

I would give them more stars if they got my order correct more often then not. Even when it has been dead inside and in the drive thru I have still gotten my order messed up. And it's hot coffee, I'm not going to take sip for about 10 minutes so of course I'm already out of town and definitely don't want to go back. But I do have to say their Mocha Coffee is my favorite! better than starbucks by far! and they're donuts are awesome! and cheap! Just wish they'd quite giving me plain coffee when I order mocha! read more

I went to this location which is the closest one to my home (20 minutes away) only to have my order of 50 glazed Munchkins completely messed up. When I called to let them know of my disappointment, the manager wanted to know when I would be coming back to get my replacement Munchkins. Since I don't know exactly when I will go to get our Dunkin' Donuts fix, he said he didn't know how he could help me with my issue if he didn't know when I could come back. Does he really need to know when my next visit will be to fix their mistake? And quite frankly, I believe he owed us more than 50 Munchkins for the trouble. Forty minutes round trip for food we weren't even going to eat seems like a lot of trouble. No, thank you. read more

The DD model is supposed to be pretty straightforward - especially at night - essentially coffee and donuts. I went to the drive thru this Saturday night and ordered a hot decaf. What got was lukewarm. When I asked for a do ever, it took them nearly 15 minutes to brew a fresh pot and bring me some. When they did, they brought me two decafs - the one I orders and a free one to make up for the hassle and wait. I guess their hearts were in the right place. But what I wanted was one hot decaf, not two. read more

Good employees , They get bussy some mornings b patient. But Allways string coffees n hot food

I really like this location! They are open late at night and have a Baskin Robins attached which is mainly what I go for. Their donuts are always fresh and the ice cream is awesome, obviously because it's Baskin Robins:p The servers could be more friendly but other than that no complaints! read more

Burnt my bagel. It takes not even 30 seconds to toast a fresh bagel instead of handing out a burnt one. If they were eating it themselves they would have done a better job but since they don't have to deal with it they just don't care. Coffee was good though read more

Great service even though the place is usually packed inside and at the drive-thru. Fresh donuts, fresh drinks and efficient service with a good attitude in a hectic environment. read more

I have never been impressed by customer service in a drive thru before my experience here. There is a manager named Ryan that went above and beyond. I am in the restaurant business and would have tried to recruit this guy if I wasn't so far from Dekalb. The coffee was pretty good too. read more

They won't let me do more than one transaction thru drive at a time so they expect me to drive around the store and order another time instead of doing two separate purchases. Poor service and they always mess up your order. read more

I generally like this dunkin donuts but lately I've noticed some hiccups. The past several times I've gone through the drive thru I've been told "I'll be with you in a minute" and while I don't mind waiting it definitely holds up the line when you're telling that to every car. I've been told that even when there isn't anyone in front of me. Also I get the same thing every time- french vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar. I used to never have a problem but lately half the times I get it there is obviously no sugar in it and I can't stand the normal bitter flavor of coffee . I often have to throw it out because I'm not heading somewhere where I can get sugar and add it in. Perhaps they're short staffed or new people are being trained? Other then that, no complaints. read more

Bad attitude and awful services. They won't take my friend's order because my friend cannot speak the right name of their fking fantastic donuts. What a shame. read more

Last week my husband and I went in for Banana Splits. Asked for toppings of our choice kid said we are out of marshmallow topping, I then asked for Hot fudge, kid said we are out of hot fudge, I asked for pineapple, kid said we are out of pineapple! So I asked what do you have? He said sorry crew before did not fill anything up and they only had caramel and chocolate as they were also out of strawberry! I took about 15 min to get 2 banana splits made and in that time we had a chance to look around EVERYTHING so dirty and flies in the Ice cream case spatters all over the glass case GROSS!! We went back for more punishment 3 days later for Banana splits Nothing changed except the managers were there. They were still out of everything! Took about 1/2 hr to get our Ice creams. Cause the manager kept trying to joke around with us when we were obviously not happy. Charged us full price for garbage from a filthy place. At least the kid from the first visit cut us a break on the price as a customer service gesture. Close this place down or clean it up!!! read more
