Every time I go here their service is smooth, no issues with waiting the food and drinks are always fresh. I normally get the Caramel Latte which is always perfect but this Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher is one of the best things I've had here. This by far has to be one of the worst Dunkin' I have every been to. I don't know where they find these people to work but they couldn't screw in a light bulb working together let alone take an order and be in charge of someone's food. The food was made incorrectly... again! I have yet to go and have my order completed correctly. After being rushed at the speaker, I was then questioned about my order again at the window. This happened 4/3/22 between 3:35pm-4:00pm I was the first in line in drive thru when I ordered. As soon as we were pulling up to window, a car pull around and cut in line at the window, I was caught off guard not knowing what was going on, well i figured out real quick it was one of the drive thru girls boyfriend or whatever. We waited 7 min behind him until I finally pulled out and went inside, there was about 10 drinks waiting for the people behind us and ours sitting just there. I asked them to throw out our drinks because someone cut us off in line and ordered at the window, they said ok and that was it, never going to this location again, and will def spread the word, if management would like to reach out to me, I would be glad to point out the girl so she can explain why he was allowed to pull up to window like that. read more

Went to this location in dekalb, il on 12/2/2017 at 1:15pm. They messed up my order. I ordered one med coffee and two coolatta's. They only had one ready. They didn't put the top on my coffee and the gentleman who served me from the drive through watched as I spilt it all over the front of me. I yelled who doesn't put a top on right on a coffee and he said hey I didn't do it. No apologies!! Then asked me to pay for the second coollatta. I ask for napkins and he gives me two. This is my go to quick breakfast spot! They usually have everything available from their menu during all hours. Depending on the time of day you go, the staff is very friendly! Once out of every 10 or so visits, there is a sour/rude employee, but I have only encountered that around 6pm. However, there are a handful of employees who are just wonderful! My only complaint is that when you ask for light ice in your beverage, they will put less drink in; the other Dunkin's in the area (and every other one I've been to) will still fill your drink up all the way. 11/25/2019; Pulled in the drive thru to order a Beyond brkt sandwhich and coffee. There was a two page hand written list of food items that they did not have in stock; creamer, eggs, egg whites, etc,. Who is in charge of taking inventory?? If you want to be successful, sometimes it may require for you to think outside the box. Go to Walmart, just a couple of miles away, they have 48 eggs for under $3... Dukins, YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER!!! When situation like this happen, I feel that the company need to issue, for your inconvenience, a free coupon for that item. Well, they just blew a big opportunity. The Starbucks down the street is closed for a week to remodel, as a result, this location has a long line at the drive thru today. I could barely hear the guy at the window, as he was whispering into the mic. It wasn't just me as I heard the car in front of me, as well as the car behind me, ask him to speak up. After my order, he asked me a question that I could not understand, I told him I was having a hard time hearing him at which time you change the question 2 what the amount of my order was in the pull forward in an exasperated voice. When I got to the window, he handed me an ice coffee, which I didn't order. I told him with a large coffee cream and sugar. Again, exasperation and Bumble and from the person at the window. When I finally got my order, the coffee was lukewarm at best, bordering on cold. The sandwich was wrong, and I'm pretty sure there was a price difference between an iced coffee that I was offered, and the coffee I ultimately got. I only hit at Dunkin Donuts occasionally when I have a sweet tooth. I can say with all confidence that I will never be stopping back at this Dunkin Donuts again. While they weren't going to convert me from Starbucks for my coffee, I'm sure there's at least some people that may have been. read more

Have been to this site 2 times and never again. First time they had run out of coffee cups. Excuse me. How the hell do you sell coffee and then run out of cups?!? So they charged one price as they had old styrofoam cups. Fine. Whatever. Just now went in and found out they were out of mocha. Sigh. Really?? Ordered two hot coffees. Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Went in the drive through ordered a iced coffees. Pretty simple. Started getting pissed at the guy in front of me for ordering, what seemed like, everything on the menu in the drive through instead of going inside. However, after about 3 min. of waiting he pulls away. I placed my order, then waited another 3-4 min for him to get his order. It was only one drink. I think to myself "wait...he ordered one thing and it took this long?" Yeah, I knew why as soon as I pulled up. The food/drinks are fine. The staff on the other hand, not so much. We waited for maybe 25 minutes in the drive thru for a iced coffee, we asked for a small and apparently they had no lids? They tried to give it to us without the lid.....really? At least make the drink a small and put it in a medium sized cup if you do have those lids. I went to this location which is the closest one to my home (20 minutes away) only to have my order of 50 glazed Munchkins completely messed up. When I called to let them know of my disappointment, the manager wanted to know when I would be coming back to get my replacement Munchkins. Since I don't know exactly when I will go to get our Dunkin' Donuts fix, he said he didn't know how he could help me with my issue if he didn't know when I could come back. The DD model is supposed to be pretty straightforward - especially at night - essentially coffee and donuts. I went to the drive thru this Saturday night and ordered a hot decaf. What got was lukewarm. When I asked for a do ever, it took them nearly 15 minutes to brew a fresh pot and bring me some. When they did, they brought me two decafs - the one I orders and a free one to make up for the hassle and wait. I guess their hearts were in the right place. I generally like this dunkin donuts but lately I've noticed some hiccups. The past several times I've gone through the drive thru I've been told "I'll be with you in a minute" and while I don't mind waiting it definitely holds up the line when you're telling that to every car. I've been told that even when there isn't anyone in front of me. Also I get the same thing every time- french vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar. I used to never have a problem but lately half the times I get it there is obviously no sugar in it and I can't stand the normal bitter flavor of coffee . I often have to throw it out because I'm not heading somewhere where I can get sugar and add it in. Perhaps they're short staffed or new people are being trained? Last week my husband and I went in for Banana Splits. Asked for toppings of our choice kid said we are out of marshmallow topping, I then asked for Hot fudge, kid said we are out of hot fudge, I asked for pineapple, kid said we are out of pineapple! So I asked what do you have? He said sorry crew before did not fill anything up and they only had caramel and chocolate as they were also out of strawberry! I took about 15 min to get 2 banana splits made and in that time we had a chance to look around EVERYTHING so dirty and flies in the Ice cream case spatters all over the glass case GROSS!! We went back for more punishment 3 days later for Banana splits Nothing changed except the managers were there. They were still out of everything! Took about 1/2 hr to get our Ice creams. Cause the manager kept trying to joke around with us when we were obviously not happy. Charged us full price for garbage from a filthy place. At least the kid from the first visit cut us a break on the price as a customer service gesture. Close this place down or clean it up!!! read more
