This place simply sucks! Started going there a year ago daily, very good iced coffee. However, they've changed managers and this place has went down hill. Most of the staff has quit from a lack of quality management, the last two times I went there I had to wait in line while the customer parks in front of the doors where they are directed to park when waiting on their food. This holds EVERYONE else in the drive though up. Today I ordered my usual drink, asked for two creams on the side, while waiting the 8 minutes in line for the lady to get her food in front of me, I opened the creams to put in my coffee, sour, coagulated creamers. (see picture) I got out of my car and went inside to remind them the lady waiting for her food is still waiting, and is blocking the entire exit for everyone else. I gave them the opened creamers back and asked for some fresh creamer. They have officially lost a customer, as long as their current manager is their , I will go to McDonalds and get a coffee that his half the price of Dunkin. I love Dunkin, but this store tarnishes the Dunkin name. Replace your manager and your service will improve. read more

Stopped in for coffee. Waited 12 minutes to place an order at the speaker. Pulled to the speaker and waited 6 minutes for someone to answer. Asked for an iced latte, "sorry, we cannot make them." So so I ordered a chicken bacon croissant. Another 5 minutes went by and made it to the window to pickup my cold burnt sandwich. Check out the delicious picture. You have officially lost my business. Worst service I've ever experienced at a location. The parking lot it terrible and once you drive in, you can't get out. Literally sat in the drive thru for AN HOUR! A WHOLE HOUR! My mother in law went in to see what was going on and they had 3 employees and the "manager" was sitting in a booth doing nothing. Wow. Outrageous. I have visited two times now. The first time wasn't long after they opened. It wasn't busy but they were doing "training". They acknowledged me and told me they were "training" and said they would be with me shortly. I left empty handed after 10 minutes. I went back today and ordered a rather simple sundae. The first one was not what I ordered so they made a second, which was also not correct. I tossed it in the trash and left. The people working there were very nice and I hate to say anything negative. My complaint is with the "management". Management, you are failing desperately. I never thought I could be grossed out by a simple ice cream shop but this place should be shut down! The freezer has at least 3 inches of ice in it. The ice cream was mostly freezer burned. I found a bug in my cookie dough cone! The freezer doors were left open the whole time we were eating. I wanted to thrown my kids ice cream in the trash and go running for my life. She didn't even throw away the barrel of cookie dough, so if you do go, don't pick that flavor with bugs. It's a combo Dunkin/Baskin shop. We only had ice cream but the whole place was sketch! The dunkin/baskin robins on US Highway 331 is the the worst and most utterly disgusting place i've ever been to. Service is crap, workers are rude, place is dirty, do I even have to continue. This store needs to train there employes on how to make everything! Everytime I go in and ask for something I get a deer in the headlight look and it is always made wrong! absolutely horrendous service. i've eaten here twice, and i will never give this establishment another dime. the first time i ate there, i was greeted with a "what do you want?" i then received the wrong order, with a groan and an eye roll given as a response to my questioning this. when they finally handed me my coffee, it had chocolate syrup dripped down the side of the cup. i asked for napkins, showing her the cup as my reasoning. the employee groaned and swore under her breath. this took about ten minutes. five more minutes down the road, i decide to eat my bagel, just to find a grouping of long black hair pushed into the cream cheese spread. this morning, i decided to give them another try- maybe it was just an off day, or a sour apple. when i pulled up, i got greeted by a young woman who was kind enough. throughout my ordering, she would randomly go "what" and ask what i had said. i ordered one of their sausage breakfast bowls and a coffee. the coffee was subpar, and the breakfast bowl tasted like how toilet water smells. read more
