So so I ordered a chicken bacon croissant. Another 5 minutes went by and made it to the window to pickup my cold burnt sandwich. Check out the delicious picture. You have officially lost my business. Worst service I've ever experienced at a location. The parking lot it terrible and once you drive in, you can't get out. Literally sat in the drive thru for AN HOUR! A WHOLE HOUR! My mother in law went in to see what was going on and they had 3 employees and the "manager" was sitting in a booth doing nothing. Wow. Outrageous. I have visited two times now. The first time wasn't long after they opened. It wasn't busy but they were doing "training". They acknowledged me and told me they were "training" and said they would be with me shortly. I left empty handed after 10 minutes. I went back today and ordered a rather simple sundae. The first one was not what I ordered so they made a second, which was also not correct. I tossed it in the trash and left. The people working there were very nice and I hate to say anything negative. My complaint is with the "management". Management, you are failing desperately. I have tried them several times since they opened & they r still bad. Need a new manager I guess cause no one has ever been trained how to make coffee drinks worth drinking & sandwiches are burned. I never thought I could be grossed out by a simple ice cream shop but this place should be shut down! The freezer has at least 3 inches of ice in it. The ice cream was mostly freezer burned. I found a bug in my cookie dough cone! The freezer doors were left open the whole time we were eating. I wanted to thrown my kids ice cream in the trash and go running for my life. She didn't even throw away the barrel of cookie dough, so if you do go, don't pick that flavor with bugs. It's a combo Dunkin/Baskin shop. We only had ice cream but the whole place was sketch! The dunkin/baskin robins on US Highway 331 is the the worst and most utterly disgusting place i've ever been to. Service is crap, workers are rude, place is dirty, do I even have to continue. This store needs to train there employes on how to make everything! Everytime I go in and ask for something I get a deer in the headlight look and it is always made wrong! absolutely horrendous service. i've eaten here twice, and i will never give this establishment another dime. the first time i ate there, i was greeted with a "what do you want?" i then received the wrong order, with a groan and an eye roll given as a response to my questioning this. when they finally handed me my coffee, it had chocolate syrup dripped down the side of the cup. i asked for napkins, showing her the cup as my reasoning. the employee groaned and swore under her breath. this took about ten minutes. five more minutes down the road, i decide to eat my bagel, just to find a grouping of long black hair pushed into the cream cheese spread. this morning, i decided to give them another try- maybe it was just an off day, or a sour apple. when i pulled up, i got greeted by a young woman who was kind enough. throughout my ordering, she would randomly go "what" and ask what i had said. i ordered one of their sausage breakfast bowls and a coffee. the coffee was subpar, and the breakfast bowl tasted like how toilet water smells. read more
