Because of the flavors, and the inventiveness of the kolaches, this place deserves a five star rating. The service was also very good, and the staff was attentive and responsive. On my second visit, the bakery was wiped out. I tried a donut again, a muffin, and a spinach pastry. And none of that was exciting, the muffin being a bit dry. The coffee still kicked butt, so I think that a 4 star rating is appropriate. Go and get those kolaches.

The owner has different food trucks that will be on his property if anyone wants to get some food. They also allow outside food to be brought in. Daniel (the owner) was telling me that people will go with their kids because they have different game boards that they can play on the many tables that they have. There is another room (up their little stairs) where there are tvs and a pool table. He was telling me that the pool table is quite busy. I recommend checking out this little gem in the downtown of DeFuniak Springs. You won't be disappointed. I also love that he has a variety of beer and beer wine. Go check it out :)
