Maybe because it is located near the beaches and there are lots of tourists? It was across the street from the hotel so I decided to grab a few things. First off I found super fresh blackberries from Georgia. After being on the road for a few days, fresh fruit always helps. I also picked up some grass fed lean ground beef, some Cajun turkey breast, Sargento Swiss cheese and some fresh spinach. While in the bakery section, the freezer with Friendly's ice cream took me back to my childhood. Somehow I resisted and just snapped a few photos to share with my younger brother. We both loved Friendly's growing up in New England. Many shaves were almost empty in this store. I was happy to get what I needed and check out quickly. The people shipping here were friendly. I would definitely recommend this store if you are staying in the area.

The first time I ordered it I returned it because it was missing the Bavarian cream I didn't get a refund or a replacement. I recently ordered another one with a request that they please make sure that the Bavarian cream is between each layer. Again they only put whipped topping, after the manager assured me that it was in there alone with fruit between the layers. There isn't supposed to be fruit between the layers. I'm disappointed and concerned that the manager doesn't know what ingredients are in the products that they are selling. The consumer's health could be at risk

The young ladies working at the register were incredibly kind, welcoming, and pleasant. As I was leaving, I asked if they had a couple of plastic forks, knives, and spoons. Not only did they happily bring them, but they thoughtfully added salt and pepper packets as well. Later in my room, as I was getting ready to enjoy my cucumbers, avocados, and oranges , I noticed the extra care they had taken. Such a small gesture, but it genuinely made my evening. In today's busy world, it's the little acts of kindness and thoughtfulness that leave a lasting impression. Their warm attitude and attention to detail were so appreciated that I ended up shopping there multiple times during my three-day stay. Moments like this remind us how powerful simple kindness can be.
