I'm definitely giving this place happy stars for the service and killer macchiato they made for me. I came in half asleep and left with a smile. The cashier/barista was funny, helpful, and knew how to make coffee. Previous experiences with dunkin always make me feel like I chose wrong, but this branch right here redeemed it. My macchiato was perfect! Not too sweet, perfect balance of milk and coffee and the coffee itself was great! Strong but not bitter or burnt. When he served it it was beautiful-- perfectly dividing the coffee and milk artistically... Wish I had taken a picture!! Regardless, THANK YOU! Will definitely be back as it's conveniently in front of bass pro shop.

I honestly would have given this place 5 stars, yes, five stars for a Dunkin Donut, but honestly, the parking situation is so terrible here that I had to deduct for that. Seriously, why is this lot so small? Super efficient. Super friendly. I didn't leave their smelling like their bread. My order was right. My food was hot. I don't think I could ask for anything else. I'm also not very picky, but still... The girls behind the counter were some of the sweetest girls I've ever encountered at a DD. Making sure my order was taken. Smiling the entire time. Please and thank you were being thrown around left and right. Such a pleasant experience. Even when I received my veggie flat bread, they made sure everything was okay before I headed out the door. I only wish this location was closer. I would use the drive thru though because I would be too afraid my car would be hit in that tiny lot, but I'd be here all the time for sure. This would be my go-to coffee spot if I was in this area more.

Well, I will try not to be very critical here since this place had just open a few weeks ago, so I am sure they are still working out some training and management issues. Maybe because this place is brand new and not many people knows about it yet, business seems slow. In our visit today, there were just two staff working on the shift. My wife ordered an ice coffee and it took them a while to prepare it. I guess the staff was having an issue operating the machine. I ordered an sweet ice tea and it turned out fine. In time I hope they can get them right. We also ordered a box of munchkins. Normally you get to choose from half a dozen different flavors. But today they only have glaze and chocolate. The dinning area is kind of small with maybe half a dozen tables. But other than that, the inside the restaurant seemed pretty clean. The parking is kind of small with just one shared entrance and exit on Griffin Road, therefore, there is no drive thru in this location. I guess with all the hotels within walking distance, most customers probably just walk from their hotels before getting in their cars and go. I'll come back here in a few weeks and see how good (or bad) they are doing then.

After specifying that I can't drink anything too hot, and to please make it warm, the clerk overheated my coffee.

Bad customer service, employees don't seem to want to work here. Cashier's attitude made my experience go downhill from the first interaction. She didn't even follow the simple instruction I gave to make tlmy coffee macchiato just warm since I have a condition were I can't have hot food or drinks. She agreed and then served me the coffee super hot. Bad experience. More business to their competitors, I guess.

Good place, I usually stop by grab a quick tea before heading out to office. Staff is super friendly and they already know my order preferences!

Shows proof the store was closed when it should have been open as per the hours of operation listed on the window sign , google & the map.

This DD has the nicest most efficient employees BUT I despise sweating while I drink my coffee in 79 degrees. Apparently the A/C is broken

Slid in an hour before closing; many "regulars" still there, engaging with the friendly owner. I asked the waitress if they could do poached eggs? Yes, of course. Good. Poached eggs, side of feta & spinach, toasted English muffin, to make Eggs Florentine. Not on the menu, no worries, I'll pay whatever, I'll assemble it myself. She came back to ask how many poached eggs? Two please. So excited! So hungry! So sad when I was served two fried eggs. The griddle must've been really hot, because the undersides were brown and scaly. It's why I only like poached. Waitress understood, apologized. No worries, bring me two poached eggs and I'll keep the muffin, spinach, feta. Hot eggs on top will be fine. Friend went ahead and ate his eggs. No complaints. As he neared finishing, my eggs showed up. Poached attempt, but whites not cooked completely, not even hot. So disappointing. Waitress finally came back when he was done and mine were inedible. I was just so sad. The owner must've noticed because she came over and tried to make it right. Took it off the bill. Offered me donuts. I appreciated the offer but no, off the bill was fine. It was then I realized she really cared. She went above and beyond. Put together an insanely generous bag with the day's leftover bagels & a few donuts! We left with this epic haul so when I got home I made my own eggs and had it with the most delicious bagel ever! And the donuts? Amazing! It was the end of day and the griddle person was probably exhausted but I will come back, for donuts and bagels, yes, maybe even for poached eggs, but mostly just for the hospitality. An owner who cares is truly hard to find. And look no further, she's here. Five stars for the service & concern I left happy. :)

Having lived in Dallas with delicious specialty donut shops, seemingly on every corner, I'm ALWAYS looking for similar type places here in Fort Lauderdale. Walking in and seeing the beautiful creative displays of donuts, I REALLY wanted to love this place!!! Aesthetically, the donut "designs" suggested that a lot of work and care went into putting these delights together. So many options - donuts topped with elaborate displays of Oreo cookies, Smores, Biscoff Cookies, Fruity Pebbles, Dulce De Leche, Nutella, just to name a few. After careful deliberation, I opted for the Crème Brūlée donut, got it wrapped off, and went off on my way. My first bite, I have to say I was disappointed. I wish the donut tasted more fresh and "doughy" soft. Instead, it had a more cake-like texture and seemed to have been sitting out for a while. Considering I went in right at store opening, I guess I was expecting a fresh-out-the-oven donut taste like they were baked that morning. I mean whenever I walk into a donut shop I always have the wake up early "gotta make the donuts" slogan going on in my head lol so it was a little disappointing tastewise. When I entered I asked the employee if he had just made these to which he responded no soooooo, just not sure how long before they are prepared. There is so much potential for this shop.

The moment I walked inside, I felt like I had stepped back into my childhood. The décor is full of nostalgic touches, including a pay phone, old-school wall phones with the extra-long cords, a TV with a built-in VHS player, and classic retro games. It was such a fun atmosphere that immediately brought back memories. For my meal, I ordered the chicken wings with French fries along with a caramel macchiato. Everything was delicious, and the coffee hit the spot. The service was fantastic. The woman who took my order was incredibly sweet and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They didn't have many pastries left, but I believe I arrived close to closing time, so I'm not sure what their regular selection is like earlier in the day. They have plenty of outdoor seating, while the indoor seating is a bit more limited. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back to try more of their menu. If you're in the Dania Beach area, it's absolutely worth stopping by.
