Stopped by this place, just outside of security to grab a cup of coffee on my way out the door. An airport worker is standing at the counter, chitchatting with the cashier. After a couple minutes if it comes pretty clear that he's not ordering anything just cluelessly standing there. This Dunkin donut is on the 2nd level in the Love Field airport. The choices are extremely limited, only 8 or so varieties of donuts were available. Their seating area was small and cramped. The donuts were not fresh, and the Boston lacked enough creme filling. At least the employee was pleasant and courteous. I was in need of some caffeine after my flight landed in Dallas.....So did everyone else! There was already a line formed but it moved relatively fast. This location had a few grab and go options as well as their standard menu items. My order was simple. Small black coffee and a sour cream donut . I noticed they had this particular donut labeled , "Bavarian Creme". I'm not real sure why???? The donut wasn't that fresh tasting to me but it certainly hit the spot. This place isn't that bad. It's Dunkin doughnuts. I wasn't expecting much but I was pretty impressed! The reviews all said limited coffee selection so I wasn't expecting much. They had a decent selection including the seasonal pumpkin cold brew I was hoping for. The service bumped it up to 4 stars for me. Very friendly service! Also had a great doughnut selection this was 9:45 on a Saturday. Huge line too. Note they also have a selection of grab n go items for the plane. read more

Service was not that good, wanted an iced Carmel macchiato and was told they only had iced and hot coffee. When you have a large menu of coffees you'd think you'd have more than two options. It started out as a coffee dash before boarding a 7:00 AM Delta Flight to Atlanta, the line seemed relatively short so since this is the first option once you clear the TSA Checkpoint it seemed like a logic choice. I'm not in the habit of checking the YELP reviews when grabbing a cup of coffee in an airport especially when I'm in a hurry and it's a national brand and I wasn't sure if there was a Starbucks between this amazing poor example of a DD and my gate (unfortunately there was and I missed it). While waiting in line I decided to grab a bagel since I wasn't sure if the airline was serving a full breakfast in the front cabin or just a weak snack. Ok let's start out here on a positive note the location is prime and convenient, now to the facts the staff here has issues, they don't seem to grasp the English language very well and usually I'm ok with that but having to slowly repeat my order three times and still not sure if the girl at the register understood anything I said is quit irritating - fast forward to the other end of the line where the food is delivered, very unorganized and confusing apparently the number designation on the receipt has no meaning nor does the order at which you placed your drink and food order matter, the orders were repeatedly given to the wrong people and I don't know about you but I have an issue with total strangers who are non-employees fondling my food, I think i saw the guy checking out my bagel was the same guy I turned the urinal over to in the restroom a few moments earlier, I don't need to say it but I will - I won't be returning... read more

This airport has 2 Dunkin' locations. I've never had an issue at either, besides the long line once you get through TSA. I'm usually a Starbucks type of coffee drinker, but I can't stand the insane airport up charge. For 2 donuts & a large iced coffee I'm under $10. That's a steal, especially for an airport location. read more

Quick service, clean front, well organized queue with visible social distance sticker on the floor. Staff was polite, but certain ones lacked cheerful energy one would expect especially during the holidays. Biggest disappointment was that this Dunkin does not honor the app in any way, shape, or form. I couldn't pre-order with my app. I couldn't pay with my app. And they would not match the app offers I had. Almost thought it would have been worth it to go to Starbucks instead. read more

Very helpful staff. Still had fresh donuts late in the day. Good coffee AND no line like other coffee stands. Their coffe is not over priced like the other stands and stores. All the tables were very clean. The workers seem to enjoy what they do. Great spot to people watch if you didn't bring a book and are tired of looking at screens. read more

Yelp needs to distinguish which location this is at the airport. I'm going to comment on the one outside of the terminal or anybody that hasn't gone through security can visit. This is more like a full-service Dunkin Donuts rather than the one inside the terminal that is a very small and limited location. You can get full breakfast sandwiches, bagels, donuts, coffee tea and just about everything else Dunkin Donuts serves. Oddly enough though if you walk down the stairs you'll be in the neighborhood of Bruegger's Bagels. It's crazy these two locations are so close to each other. This location has blown me away with how poor the services time and time again. Last time I came through here I ordered a blueberry bagel with strawberry jelly. They gave me a donut. It's been strings of mistakes like that often. However if I take an early morning flight or I come in to Dallas to see my sister I normally swing by here and get a hot tea with four sugars. Half the time they forget the sugar. It makes you wonder how something so simple can go wrong so many times but I guess you get what you pay for. Pros: I got donuts and coffee. Cons: the line is very slow moving. It seems like they could only work on one order at a time. To make it worse, the line is under their kiosk area which is equipped with super bright LED spotlights for some reason, plus at least half a dozen JBL loudspeakers blaring bro-country. Some enhanced interrogation techniques involve bright light and loud music. Also they did not accept my DD perks app gift card as payment. I understand that standard rules of customer service don't apply in airports due to the captive audience, but they could unplug a few lights and speakers and make the waiting experience a lot more pleasant. read more

I waited in a long, slow-moving line to order some coffee and breakfast. Unfortunately, I chose some sort of flatbread wrap. I ordered one with sausage for myself and one with bacon for my friend. I pulled two bacon "wraps" out of the bag. It was the saddest excuse for a breakfast sandwich selection that I have ever seen. Save your money and walk a little further into the terminal for a more appetizing option. (Or, just stick to coffee.) read more

Being in the airport in Dallas I wanted some coffee for my early flight to LA so I got in one of the 3 huge lines at Dunking donuts. I decided to try some breakfast since I had time si I ordered the Texas toast breakfast sandwich with coffee and hash brown nuggets. They were rushing everything and only really toasted one side leaving a greasy side and a nice crispy toasted side. The hash browns all 5 nuggets were soggy as well. I got though half the sandwich using 5 napkins before I felt greased up and tossed it. Here's my advise: stick to donuts and coffee! Never again. read more

Horrible , horrible, horrible! My family and I flew out of Love Field yesterday and had hands down the worst Dunkin Donuts experience I had ever had. The customer service was horrible and came across 3 different extremely rude employees. Apparently, they had no eggs because of bird flu (although every other breakfast restaurant in the airport did have egg). There was an employee who kept saying "apparently no one can read (pointed to the sign) but we have no egg." Once I got to the counter, I ordered Kolaches for my son (the only combo meal that didnt have egg) and was told "They're frozen". It was 8:30 am and they open at 4:30 am..that was just ludicrous. So, we went to the only other option..donuts and hashbrowns. The donuts were stale and obvisously not baked that day. It also took 15 minutes to get 1 order of hasbrowns and they were not even warm! This place was horrible and Dunkin Donuts should be ashamed they have an establishment like this. read more
