We both like strong, black coffee and the coffee here was very weak and tasted more like coffee flavored water, so didn't as for any refills on our "coffee". Overall not worth it and a waste of money, so this was two visits in one, first and last!

Although ordering was no issue, and the people seemed genuinely nice, I cannot recommend for the food. My list of issues, and I should note, we made no complaints or special requests. I only asked that the chicken sandwich be made fresh for the reason stated below. 1) Men's bathroom needed attention. (The way the toilet looked might've been the red flag, but I hope it doesn't foreshadow anything in our future.) 2) Soda machine needs service. Water sprays everywhere, the Power Aid was just syrup, and the Coke Zero was not, but it was Diet Coke. There is a difference guys!! Note: by this point we'd already ordered. 3) They announced our food was ready, but they were waiting on the fries because they had to change the oil. They literally said (and repeated) it was nasty, and they would not serve food fried in that to anyone. Note: So I thought, "wait, my son's fried chicken sandwich is "ready?" Yep, I asked for a new one to be cooked in the new oil. But they had not yet changed the oil they fry the chicken in, and the lady said it was "probably" as nasty as the fry oil. They seemed to be well organized and efficient, which sadly is not a common experience at most fast-food restaurants. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal. Liked the sandwich, complete with lettuce and tomato. The fries were way too salty. Overall impressed with the new design, service, and meal.
