The notes always say sorry will be here late or sorry we ran out of food or sorry we had better things to do then run our store. In the short amount of time it took me to turn around in the parking lot this morning two other cars pulled in and had to turn around because the store wasn't open. The donuts are good, but I would not take the chance of driving out of my way to get them. Plan your trip to go someplace else. You'll be happy that you did.

The manager, Hope, came outside and accused me of "talking trash" and claimed she could read my lips. I wasn't even speaking about the wait or responding to anyone. It was rude, unprofessional, and made the experience very uncomfortable. I've always respected people in customer service, so to be treated like that was frustrating. I've been a loyal Dunkin' fan for years, but this visit left a bad impression. Dunkin' can do better

I no longer wanted anything from that store and ask for a refund and manager info to contact them to speak about the issue and let them know that employees are not cleaning tea jugs or changing tea.. when I asked for this info I was greeted by a rude "team lead" she told me I could not have that info for manager.. owner or corporate number to file the complaint and she also proceeded to tell me that it's not her fault people aren't doing their job and ensuring the quality or safety of food and drinks there.. as a team lead that is unacceptable... and yes ma'am that IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.. there was at least 5 members in that store.. 2 of them which witnessed our arguments... I once again asked for a refund and she took my card to swipe it for refund and then she walked away from register with my card in hand and at this point I'm livid because why are you not handing my card back??!!??? So when I demanded my card back she continued speaking to me disrespectful and mumbling so YES MAAM I SNATCHED MY CARD BECAUSE WHY ARE YOU ACTING LIKE YOUR ABOUT TO WALK OFF WITH IT??? Then she proceeded in calling me a F****** B****.. Great job Dunkin.. you got some pretty awesome employees and seems like you could care less about who you hire as from reading not just google reviews.. but the 1.6 star rating for this store on yelp.. Based on what we were hearing, we knew we needed to check it out. My wife told me she thought there was some connection with Disneyland or Disney World and the Dole whip they served. We still need to research this, we are unsure if there is a connection. Today we were traveling from Winston-Salem to Asheville and decided we should find some Dole whip. We were passing through Hickory and my wife said we should look on our Sheetz app and begin calling them to inquire about whether or not they had a whip machine since we didn't want to take the time to visit multiple stores. We got lucky and the first location we called confirmed they had a whip machine, so we quickly reset our route to stop in. This location is very convenient to I-40 and we stepped inside and got busy making our whip. We proceeded to the cashier and didn't know if they charge by weight or not but were shocked when the cashier told us they only charge 99 cents per dish! Wow, what a deal. The Dole whip was very smooth and refreshing and we will absolutely be stopping in to grab whip, especially during the summer. It would absolutely hit the spot on a hot summer day. Another reason to love Sheetz!
