We got a plain glazed (delicious base, so fluffy and glaze that was perfectly applied), a pumpkin spice (not a hit you over the head spice-delicious!) and a pumpkin cream filled-omg this one. The gas station is awesome with new pumps, always working and always has gas. Prices are inline with surrounding stations and never overpriced. The staff are always friendly and polite. And gave me the medical discount and i asked him what the medical discount was and he explained it for those in the medical field, and he proceeded to say how much he appreciates us and in i quote " you never know who will be saving your life one day it might be you" and proceeded to thank me. They greet me every time and make me feel welcome and at home. The food is always hot and ready, and the drinks are always delicious!! I know this is a silly thing to add, but the restrooms were spotless! It might be a weird thing to judge a place on their restrooms, but if that was the standard, this place gets first prize! It was busy, and a few other customers were complaining about the wait, but I didn't mind. While waiting for our hot food, I looked through the window to see if our order was being made. The manager, Hope, came outside and accused me of "talking trash" and claimed she could read my lips. I wasn't even speaking about the wait or responding to anyone. It was rude, unprofessional, and made the experience very uncomfortable. I've always respected people in customer service, so to be treated like that was frustrating. I once again asked for a refund and she took my card to swipe it for refund and then she walked away from register with my card in hand and at this point I'm livid because why are you not handing my card back??!!??? So when I demanded my card back she continued speaking to me disrespectful and mumbling so YES MAAM I SNATCHED MY CARD BECAUSE WHY ARE YOU ACTING LIKE YOUR ABOUT TO WALK OFF WITH IT??? I don't expect to get a response from this specific franchise owner.. I will not be back and will continue to spread my experience of this store with others in hopes of saving someone from getting truly sick and also treated like crap for something that wasn't the customers fault!!!
