He said they've had some issues with staffing and he said will start keeping regular hours. the last three times my wife and I have stopped to pick up some donuts there has been a note on the door. The notes always say sorry will be here late or sorry we ran out of food or sorry we had better things to do then run our store. In the short amount of time it took me to turn around in the parking lot this morning two other cars pulled in and had to turn around because the store wasn't open. The donuts are good, but I would not take the chance of driving out of my way to get them. Plan your trip to go someplace else. You'll be happy that you did.

And gave me the medical discount and i asked him what the medical discount was and he explained it for those in the medical field, and he proceeded to say how much he appreciates us and in i quote " you never know who will be saving your life one day it might be you" and proceeded to thank me. I no longer wanted anything from that store and ask for a refund and manager info to contact them to speak about the issue and let them know that employees are not cleaning tea jugs or changing tea.. when I asked for this info I was greeted by a rude "team lead" she told me I could not have that info for manager.. owner or corporate number to file the complaint and she also proceeded to tell me that it's not her fault people aren't doing their job and ensuring the quality or safety of food and drinks there.. as a team lead that is unacceptable... and yes ma'am that IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.. there was at least 5 members in that store.. 2 of them which witnessed our arguments... I once again asked for a refund and she took my card to swipe it for refund and then she walked away from register with my card in hand and at this point I'm livid because why are you not handing my card back??!!??? So when I demanded my card back she continued speaking to me disrespectful and mumbling so YES MAAM I SNATCHED MY CARD BECAUSE WHY ARE YOU ACTING LIKE YOUR ABOUT TO WALK OFF WITH IT??? Then she proceeded in calling me a F****** B****.. Great job Dunkin.. you got some pretty awesome employees and seems like you could care less about who you hire as from reading not just google reviews.. but the 1.6 star rating for this store on yelp.. I don't expect to get a response from this specific franchise owner.. I will not be back and will continue to spread my experience of this store with others in hopes of saving someone from getting truly sick and also treated like crap for something that wasn't the customers fault!!!
