I was looking for some local cafes and restaurants to check out near me and this place popped up and it did not disappoint. The service was solid as well. I got the Oatmeal Cream Pie and Pumpkin Crisp. The Oatmeal Cream Pie seems to be a fan favorite and it was definitely my favorite as well. It tastes so good and it is huge! The cream in the middle is heavenly. The Pumpkin Crisp was also tasty. I enjoyed the frosting (I think they use buttercream or something so it is sweet but not overly sweet) and the walnuts at the bottom added a nice texture. I feel like the pastries were reasonably priced, at least compared to the larger cities I used to live in. I definitely want to come back and try their other pastries and even their drinks because there are a lot of them. I think their weekly menu also changes too. I would probably rate it a 4.5/5 stars if I could. But overall this is a cute stop for some yummy sweet treats!

Anyway...I'm not even a huge cupcake fan, and this place is incredible. You won't find better cupcakes ANYWHERE in the world. Lots of unique weekly flavors, plus their weekly regulars. They don't pile too much frosting on, like some places do. Their cinnamon rolls and custom cakes are also spectacular. Always friendly staff. No frills inside, not really designed for dine-in ambience, but there are a couple of tables if you want to do that. Check their FB for weekly flavors but make sure you're checking the Viewmont/North Center St. location. The US 70 location is just as good, just less convenient for us. The two locations usually don't have the same weekly flavors, so check both!
