I love having my coffee while I'm on the road, but this store makes you feel otherwise. They have a self serve stand where you can order in case the staff is busy, and even like that it did not work. My order took 20 minutes to be delivered. The whole staff is minding their own business, o one ask you if you were helped, I noticed my ticked order being dispersed on their machine, and the servers basically were avoiding it, taking new orders one behind the other, and the worst of all, I approached the Manager asking why my order was taking so long, and she did not care at all, not an apology, just attitude. The most funny thing is that we customer pay for their salaries by coming to their store and we ended up owing them. This service generation is the worst i have seen.. you can feel the tension in the air, I just wanted to get out of that vibe as fast as possible. A great speedy Dunkin! I'm always greeted when I enter this location and staff is friendly! I've always mobile ordered here but honestly the orders are done quickly, they are easy to access in the cubby, and the orders are always correct. No matter how busy they have been, my order has been easy to pick up. The store is a little dirty, but it would be totally fine to eat a quick bite there. Very happy with the service I receive here. I loved my pumpkin spice latte and I am thankful it is in season again. The pumpkin muffin was a little dry but the top was delicious. Can't wait to go back for more! read more

Stopped in at Dunkin' Donuts in Clewiston today. At 10:30 in the morning the donuts taste like they were from yesterday Or the day before. Maybe it's just a bad day for Donuts, I'm up in the air about whether I will eat there again. I should've tried one of the locally owned bakeries. So the crew is always generally pleasurable but they are slow. The crew typically makes you wait in a parking spot and the time is usually no less than 4 to 7 minutes they do not give first responder discounts. I have yet to see any Dunkin' Donuts franchise in this area give a first responder discount, especially as much as I eat there. I had longer than normal wait for a non English speaking customer. It didn't bother me because I was next in line to order, but the 8 people behind me were not happy. The workers handled the situation well and got the line moving again. I Dined in. Very comfortable leather seating in the corner where I could see staff preparing food. This place should be closed and razed to the ground. I wish I could rate the place negative five stars, it's that bad! 1) The place is filthy. 2) The wait is ridiculously long as the staff moves in slow motion. 3) The coffee is terrible. I had an iced coffee and it tasted like the coffee had been burned, the pot needed cleaning, or it had been sitting around for days. Whatever it was, it was the worst coffee I have ever had and that includes Navy coffee (you Navy guys know what I'm talking about). 4) My wife had a coupon which they conveniently forgot to honor. We didn't notice it until we had driven several miles down the road and it wasn't something worth turning back for, which they probably count on when they cheat people driving on the highway. We tried the place a second time and nothing was different, except that my wife didn't have a coupon to be cheated out of. We are not the only ones to experience these problems. We have two different friends who stopped there on their drives north and they experienced the same problems. Looking at the couple of five star reviews makes me wonder if they are fake reviews put up by The Dunkin staff or shills. When a place that specializes in breakfast fails. They fail hard. This place is like I stuck my foot in a toilet bowl, then, as I tried to pull my foot out, I accidentally fell into the toilet and got the water all in my mouth. It's that bad. Coffee was cold. The tuna melt looked like melted tuna because of they mayo. The bagel was a mess and it all just felt half hearted and gross. Not happy with that fact , I was told they did not accept credit cards. As I walked in and asked for a coffee I was told I needed to pay in cash. This was told to me at time of payment ONLY CASH to my surprised they had a sign that read cash or DD cards no credit. I was paying with a debit card. The employee was rude and when I asked why only cash, she basically told me the credit card machine was broken. NOT WHAT THE SIGN READ. I was not the only one with this issue. It took 30 minutes for us to get two coffees today. I was served my regular black coffee to-go, and they skipped the second order, a caramel latte. If I hadn't spoken to the cashier to remind them, they would never have served us. This location cannot handle the morning rush and cannot seem to train or hire staff properly. They have friendly personnel. However they are not the cleanliness business around. Most of the times i have been there I find myself cleaning tables to sit my family. Just last weekend. The person in the kitchen doing sandwiches walked out past the lobby opened the front door to hand a bag to someone in drive thru.. He return open the front door and return to working station. With the same pair of gloves used to open the doors etc. He grabbed a bagel cut it to make a sandwich. read more

Yes, I have experienced better at Starbucks and would like to think that not all Dunkin' Donuts locations are this disappointing. I came here on Saturday to get a chai vanilla and my friend got a banana, but the barista behind the register was just clueless. He did not know how to ring up the purchase, but he never was friendly enough to explain that he was new and needed to get someone to assist and that he would be right back. He just walked away from the register, after asking "anything else?" and leaving us wondering what happened. Ooookay.... A few seconds later, he returned with someone, and after she rang up our purchases, he again asked "anything else?". Again, we said no, and again, he just up and left. Apparently, he did not know how to ring up my friend's banana. After he returns, he again asks "anything else?" and I had to restrain myself from yelling "NO, FOR THE THIRD TIME." My friend and I agreed that he could have benefited from some of their dark coffee himself as he seemed to be zonked out. All of his back and forth fumbling around had created a huge line, as we saw about 12 people in line behind us. Yikes. They really need to get their act together and train people BEFORE they start working the registers. When I worked as a cashier, we had training, and we also had a day where an employee shadowed us and assisted us whenever we had difficulties ringing people up. Maybe they ought to try that, rather than putting a clueless person behind the register, especially during Saturday morning's breakfast rush crowd. It really should not take 20 minutes just to get a tea, and that was considering that when we got there, there was no line and placed our orders immediately. This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever gone to. Not only did another customer have to throw his coffee out to get a new one while we were there but my iced black coffee with extra sugar was almost translucent and tasted like sugar water and the iced coffee we ordered with regular cream regular sugar were the color of milk and tasted like milk. Today I ordered a ice macchiato with soy milk and a wake up bacon wrap . I received my food and saw the barista swirling my macchiato in the background, you don't swirl a macchiato lol. so I took a taste from it and it taste awful and asked them if there was soy and he said he forgot to add it to my drink. So they take it back and later say they didn't have soy but they had almond milk, which was fine with me. A wait a little bit and The "Barista" opens the window , once again, shakes the macchiato and hands it to me. I leave and taste it, it's LITERALLY THE SAME ONE. There was no almond milk! I was annoyed because I waited longer to just receive the same drink. So I take my wrap out and it was cold, like what. I opened it and the cheese wasn't melted at all and my bacon fell off . I was in town visiting my dad and I was looking forward to getting my Iced Coffee from Dunkin (nearest one around my way is at least 2 hours away.) So I asked my husband to go through the Drive thru since I was only ordering that one thing. The lady rushed my husband through the order in a very rude manner , she took payment and gave back the change and gave my husband my coffee then immediately closed the window. We drove away then my son asked why we didnt get donuts so We decided to go back through the drive thru to order. Again this person was in such a hurry that I looked behind to see if there were any other cars behind us and there warent. My husband asked her "hey how come you are in such a rush?" And she proceeded to say "Because I wanna get this order right so u wont come back complaining." At that point I had enough and went inside the store asking for the manager, to tell them about this persons horrible attitude.Well she was ready to argue right back saying she was "Correcting" what he had said, also telling us that they have a timer that they have to go by and thats why she was rushing. Another lady was kind enough to apologize for her and even offered me a discount on my order. From the back I could hear the lady saying "Why are u giving them a discount?" I asked the cashier who was the manager and it turns out the lady with the attitude was the assistant manager. I paid for my order and left but I was sure to write my review and file a complaint on there website as well.
