Menu-wise, this Dunkin' is pretty standard; it features the coffee, breakfast wraps, donuts, and other goods you know and love. The location itself might leave one wanting, however; the parking lot is small and I can easily see a long drive-thru line becoming inaccessible (unless someone sits in the busy main road, waiting to turn into and join the line). The funny thing is, historically when I drive by this location I haven't seen a crazy long line. But the last time I placed a mobile order I quickly regretted selecting the drive-thru pick up option; it would have been faster to park and head inside to grab my items. The drive-thru line moved at a steady pace at least - not the slowest line I've found myself in but not the fastest, either. A Dunkin' is a Dunkin' at the end of the day, and I'll happily pick up more caffeine boosts here in the future. But it's safe to say that if you're in a rush this might not be the Dunkin' for you. I've seen no line when I expected one and found myself sitting in a line when I didn't expect one, so who knows what will be waiting for me during my future visits! read more

This place used to have great coffee. But after the train crash in East Palestine, Ohio. I noticed the water they use in their coffee does not taste the same or good. Only drinkable if filled with a lot of flavoring and sweetening. I suspect they use tap water for their coffee. read more

Two days ago I asked for it to be extra toasted & they didn't toast it at all! The manager Rebecca was friendly and replaced it the next day. Not to mention I asked for extra matcha in my drink and the kid making it literally had the entire bottom of the cup and alll the ice cubes covered in dry matcha powder because of the ridiculous amount they put in the drink. Every time we try to come after my daughters soccer practice they are already closed. We get there at 740 and they aren't supposed to close till 8. When we pull in at 740, the lights are already out and they tell us they're closed if they even answer the drive thru intercom. This DD location frustrates me. No matter what, the drive thru line is ALWAYS long. The parking lot is extremely tiny and since the drive thru is always wrapped around the building, you either 1. Can't pull in the lot to park because of the line extending to the road or 2. Get lucky to Park but then can't back out of your parking space to leave bc the drive thru line is blocking you in. I love that DD has on the go ordering on the app, however, it's pretty pointless for this location. Every time I order ahead, my drink has already started to get cold by the time I am at the window because the drive thru takes forever, as I already mentioned. Today, I was especially pissed because I ordered on the go 5 mins before arriving, proceeded to wait 10 min in the drive thru line to pick up my pre ordered beverage, then go to the window and it wasn't even ready! One time, I pulled into a parking space because the drive the was taking forever to walk inside to pick up my drink.. pretty much got told off by the manager. Apparently if you select drive thru pick up, it's a sin to go inside instead (even though it's sitting right there). We went through the drive thru around 2pm. She could not hear us place our order at first. I wanted one donut with custard in the middle, Boston Kreme. I saw they had little boxes of munchkins with 10 for $2.00. She gave me me total. When we got to the window you pay, she said $0.53 cents more. I asked why? She said you asked for 12 munchkins. I had not. I asked for 10. When I looked in the box there were 12 including 4 chocolate ones. I had said I wanted 6 glazed and 4 blueberry?! How does that translate to 12 including 4 chocolate? Stopped by on Saturday afternoon 6/13/20. Pulled up to the Drive-Thru window. The completely unmasked girl tries to grab the phone I was using to use google pay instead of scanning it. This girl, BTW, was wearing no mask or gloves . I think eff it, if she's going to touch my stuff and can't figure out how google pay works I'll just give her my CC. As she processes the CC I see at least 3 other employees in the store doing COVID cosplay. In other words, they are all have masks but none of them are actually wearing them or are covering their mouths but not their noses while prepping drinks. We ask for a refund. Another completely unmasked girl comes and I ask her to just credit my CC for the refund. She takes the receipt and hands me cash. The crew is relaxed yet hard at work. The coffee is good. Just like any other dunkin as expected. Very nice when greeting customers. I see a lot of people saying they come in at 5pm to see no donuts, however if you come in that late dont expect to get a donut. They cant keep them out all day otherwise they'd be stale, so to anyone reading this when about to give a 1 star just remember that your fat ass prolly doesnt need the extra calories and shouldnt be there in the first place. Terrible service all around. Ordered 2 dozen donuts (around 6am) for a meeting we where having on Friday. The donuts where stale (some downright hard to the touch). Was offered a free dozen by the store manager to correct the mistake and when I attempted to collect (for another Friday meeting no less), the shift manager slept in and the store was not open yet. This was again around 6am and the store is advertised to be open at 5am. While I was sitting in the drive through looking like a fool, 4 employees where hanging out in their cars and decided it was best to not let me know the store wasn't open yet. But that's ok, after I started to drive away, another car came in behind me and they jumped to and let him know that the store wasn't open yet. When I asked why she let me sit there for over 10mins (I started to pay attention to the clock when I realized I might have been late for work) without letting me know, she shrugged her shoulders. When I complained to the store manager again I got a nice we are sorry note (again), however fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. There will not be a third time. The good news out of all of this is I found out that the Market District near where I work opens earlier and has a 5$ for a dozen donuts offer on Fridays, so I am saving money and getting better quality. read more

The reviews about the store are absolutely ridiculous. I've been coming here every single day for 2 years sometimes twice a day the employees here work very hard constantly. The fact people complain about the drive through being long or there not being enough Doughnuts is absurd. This is an extremely busy location from open to close. I work from home half the week and was working at this Dunkin Donuts while I got a oil change across the street. This is hands down the worst service/food that I have experiences at a DD. I go to this Dunkin Donuts 3-4 times a week same time every day I go. 4 p.m or later. Same 2 guys working every time. I get the same thing........ a hot vanilla coffee... i emphasize every time cream and sugar. And then I ask for 2 chocolate frosted donuts for my 2 baby sisters. And it's either sorry we have no donuts or some goofy excuse. Overall, these 2 guys are goofy and can't handle the smallest order in dunkin donut history. This is not a joke either. I've been to this Dunkin over 40 times because of the proximity of my house and it's gotten to the point where I brace myself for the absolute worst. TAKE THE EXTRA FIVE MINUTES AND GO TO THE ONE FURTHER DOWN IN BRIDGEVILLE, NOT THIS ONE. Each time I think it can't get more frustrating, it does. Drive thru lines are always long, which, whatever. But, the staff, all management included, always seem absolutely miserable. Last time I was there I went inside to order my drink and an employee was screaming at her child while her co-worker was complaining that one of the coffee machines were down because "no one ever cleans it, so it breaks." They almost never have donuts and my drink is not what I order 65% of the time. This Dunkin' sucks. I don't know how else to put it. No matter the time of day I go, the donut selection is very minimal and the donuts taste stale like they've been sitting around. I definitely don't get the fresh wanting to come back for more vibes. They never put whipped cream on the drinks that are advertised with whipped cream and they don't even ask if you want it. (Starbucks always asks!) They usually just hand the "naked" drink out the window at me and when I ask for whipped cream they looked annoyed. I'm sorry that I want it as it was advertised and sorry for asking you to do your job correctly. The flavored drinks never have enough flavoring either, it's like they skimp on the syrup/flavoring they use. Parking lot sucks, it's so steep that my car scrapes every time I pull in and the spots are annoying to pull out of because if the drive-thru gets a line, you can't back out of your spot. The ladies working at the cash register were very unprofessional telling each other they don't feel like making our coffee and trying to get the other to make it.
