Word of advice for customers: if you're short on time, don't even think about the drive thru; If you get stuck in line, you'll be trapped for at least 30min; If you have zero patience, take your business elsewhere. It's only convenience is being next to the highway, forcing customers to believe this is a quick stop for coffee/donuts. My husband and I went here to get "mixed" munchkins. Please refer to the photo. Customer service can't even be categorized as such. I've been to other Dunkin Donuts locations and they have the decency to let customers know if there isn't much to "mix". Rather, they just give me a box of plain/glazed? Oh. And this is $14.99. Can't even give this to the friends I was hoping to give munchkins. read more

This dunkin donuts has no type of management. Went through the drive thru today to place my order this morning and was told they are not able to prep any food because they ran out of gloves. Not sure who's running the show there but they are obviously not being attentive to the necessary needs of daily items that required to do the job. To add to that the service is quite slow even just to get a coffee you will wait at least 15-20 minutes. read more

Wtf this dunkin is awful. I repeated (very slow and articulately!) in the drive thru like 5 or 6 times. Get to the window and they charge me for something completely different AND got my order wrong. Now, I understand, drive thru can be hard to hear customers. But to pay for something that's completely different AND more expensive, NO. I didnt go inside. They have a drive thrue which is always a plus! The line was slightly long 5 cars in front of me. However, they must have a great system going because it was not a long wait at all. The lady on the speaker repeated my order, told me the total and asked me to move up. this Dunkin never gets my order right. i live so close to this location and for the past year this one is the one ive been going to, and they literally can never do anything right. i'm not even ordering complicated items. i order coffee with 4 sugars, i get no sugar added at all. i ask for double toasted croissants or english muffins, they barely even toast it, it's basically a loaf of bread. they literally mess up something in my order every single time i order from here, it never fails. i'm not the type of person to write reviews, but i was a little fed up today after going there this morning and having a messed up order, ONCE AGAIN. read more

Afternoon crew is awful and plays around too much. I don't think there is a manager in duty for the afternoon and evening crew members. They joke around, make too many mistakes, walking away from the window mid sentence with customers. Just RUDE! Morning crew is always on point and gets orders right and remembers customers even in the drive through. read more

This Dunkin is seriously one of the worst I've ever been to. The service is alright, but somehow, every single weekday morning the latte machine is being "cleaned" conveniently at 6:30 AM when people are going to work... such as myself. What's the point of having a latte machine if every morning it's not in use? My order has been wrong more times than I can count. In particular, this morning they put regular cream in my coffee which I am allergic to when I said almond milk 3 times. So now not only do I not get the coffee I want, I can't even drink the coffee they gave me. This is one of my most visited place after I moved to Bridgeport. The service is amazing and the prices especially if you hold a DD card is very cheap. Good coffee or coco with double chocolate donut or chicken salad sandwich are my fav in their menu. They keep upgrading and updating their menus so a must go place for people of all ages read more

By far the worst DD I've ever been to!!! I now drive an extra 15 mins out of my way just to avoid going to this one. Which is very sad seeing as it's two blocks away from my home. The staff there, with the exception of maybe 3, are CONSISTENTLY rude and have a nasty tone/disposition when dealing with customers. They get my order wrong 8/10 times a week and you have to ASK for your receipt. If they don't feel like making substitutions or putting the extra effort into making your order how you want, they'll tell you that they don't have the item. They also like to rush you while ordering, so much so that you're more likely to forget what you wanted in the first place. Very rude to older customers that may need more time to place an order. They're also very slow both inside and at the drive up window. The younger staff have more customer service skills than the management and I speak from experience!! read more

Excellent service at this DnD. No matter how long the line is, service is always quick. I believe this DnD is across from Housatonic CC, Police Station, Bob's and many other businesses. One or two of the women/clerks are not always friendly, but overall service is great, particularly because this is a very busy location. read more
