Popped in here after passing it for a coffee and a bagel as I was running late and didn't have time to find a true bagel place in the area. That said I have definitely had bagels and coffees at other Dunkin' many of times, but both of these were truly awful. Even the lady behind the counter chose not to acknowledge me while I stood there with nobody in front of me. Finally, I spoke up and asked if she was ready for my order. A plain bagel with cream cheese was rock hard. Tasted 4 days old and barely any cream cheese. She messed up my coffee order and put sugar in it, and I never take sugar. I didn't realize until we were already on the road so sadly, I could not bring it back in for an exchange. The only positive about this Dunkin' was that it was very clean even towards the end of a day. read more

Really poor run place. Multiple times have ordered off of DoorDash, where they give me a completely different order than what was placed. They either give me something that is stale or inedible not up to standard at. This just happened maybe now three times and place is extremely poorly run. It's inexcusable. Ordered an Apple Turnover and they give me some stale pastry instead. Ordered bacon strips and they give me tiny little pieces of bacon and barely anything to it. This is by far one of the worst DD's I've ever visited. Employees are almost always rude or giving you a bad attitude...for no reason. I placed a mobile order this morning for a coffee and a bagel. Upon arriving to pick-up, I see that only the coffee was ready. I stood there for a few moments waiting for anyone to acknowledge me so I can ask about the bagel. At least 2 people made eye contact but continued ignoring me. Finally one lady walked over and basically gave me a "What do you want?" stare. I told her politely that I'm missing the second part of my mobile order and showed her the receipt. She snatched it out of my hand, looked at it and walked away to prepare my bagel. I wasn't looking for an apology or anything but it would've been nice to get some kind of acknowledgement? Ok, so she makes my bagel - on a toaster sheet with an used parchment paper - takes it out of the toaster, threw it into a bag (with her dirty gloves) and practically threw it at me. I don't know what her attitude was, I was as polite as I could be and she wanted to be rude. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with rude employees (perhaps the same one?) at this Dunkin. I rarely leave review but I have to this time. Last Saturday afternoon I went to here with my family. I had DD Perks Free Bev so ordered iceSiglt LG Orig crmlCraze ($4.69) but I found that the crew charged for Free Bev to Cold Brew Coffee Md ($2.00) so I asked the credit $2.69. However the crew just said "it was impossible". He seemed he didn't know how to operate checkout counter. I called the manager and he gave me $1.00 cash! I complained to him "why you give me only $1?" then manager gave me $1 more. I gave up the 69 cents because I was with my family so just got back to the table. Later the manager came to me to ask to take my receipt for a while so I gave it to him. The manager gave it back later. However the receipt I got was not mine!! One of the cleanest Dunkin's I've ever been to. Their staff is always friendly and they always get my order correct!

I ordered a matcha iced latte. I saw the one boy laugh as something fell in the ice and milk, handed it to another kid who then pour it into a silver cup, added the matcha powder and stirred it as he used a metal spoon to fish out whatever fell in the cup initially. I watched this all happen and requested they please make a new drink. The kid then came over said he was not going to make me a new drink to either take it or leave it . When I said I come here daily and the owner knows me and I will be telling him about this he said go for it tell him my name. His name was Jayden btw so I'm assuming they are family or something for him to feel so confident to smile at me refuse to re make the drink I paid $5.25 for and not make a new one read more

As always, I am a big proponent on two thing when it comes to Dunkin...consistent coffee no matter where I go and good service. Well I've been here twice, ordered the same thing both times and they weren't even consistent within THIS location. Yeah, I get it...it's coffee and you're at the mercy of the person making it, but there should never be an excuse for screwing up a cup of coffee. First time I came here - everything was fine- Hazlenut, cream, two equals and a perfectly fine coffee roll. Second time - same order... and a) they MUST have used milk and b) the coffee roll was stale - despite being here in the morning. I don't know if the person taking my order didn't understand me, I was pretty clear (especially since I have never ordered milk in my coffee-EVER), but there is no excuse for stale donuts...none. Stopped by early evening for a hot tea and a donut. Service was slow when we got to the counter. There were only two people working that I could see. The place wasn't busy at all. Just a few people in the store. We got our order and sat down at a table. The place was clean and well lit. We couldn't relax and enjoy our drinks because the radio that was playing music was all staticky and annoying. The store is located in a plaza with plenty of parking. read more

Here's the story of how I went from loving to hating a Dunkin location over the course of four days. Monday: I am trying this location not for the first time but testing it as a solid morning coffee location. I order an XL decaf with coconut flavor and steamed almond milk. The man making my drink told me he was going to try his best to make it perfect. He did not disappoint! Tuesday: I order the same drink. It's okay but not as good as Monday. No big deal. Wednesday: Meanest lady ever takes my drink over. She gives me attitude. When I tell her I'd please like my almond milk steamed, she says, "I got it." with tone. I'm paying extra, you know. I ask the guy making my drink if she noted on cup to steam milk, and he says no, but he'll do it. The resulting drink is gross and has no flavor. In addition, I had trouble paying with my app and had to run to my car and get my wallet. Thursday: I order the same drink. After I pay, the guy tells me there's no almond milk. Honestly if I had known that, I would've left because I wasn't feeling black coffee. But alright. He hands me a bag with a donut, and I say, "That's not mine." With a smile on his face like he's doing me a big favor, he says, "It is now." I say I don't eat donuts and ask him to reimburse me for the almond milk he doesn't have. He gives me a quarter from the tip jar. I'm never going back there again. Maybe I'm just weird, but I'm actually offended he thinks a free donut can win me over. I don't like donuts, I'm vegan. Even if I did like donuts, why does he think a donut I didn't even choose will make it up to me? I hate this place. I have yet to find a Dunkin with consistent product and service. This review is specifically concerning the overnight employee went in tonight to get a medium honey vanilla coffee which they didn't have, no big deal, asked for mocha instead. Time comes to pay, and my app didn't work, the man behind the counter who had a bit of an attitude got even more nasty and started angrily poking at the screen and when it didn't work again, he snatched up the cup like his life depended on it, causing his tip cup to over turn. The store is very clean. Walked up to register three people hanging around one talking to two girls obviously trying to get a date for prom. I've been going to THIS dd on and off for six years or so and it hasn't changed a bit. Yeah, the interior changed but the staff has always been the most personable and friendly staff I've ever encountered at a dd, maybe ever(?). When I first started going there the asst. manger new my order and would just make it for me. It really encouraged me to fill my coffee addiction haha. Now, I don't drink as much coffee. But if I'm ever in the mood, I would go here. Corporate places are normally filled with people that don't want to be there.. Not this one. You sense that they actually care. For instance, one day I wanted to try a coolata (idk if I spelt that right) and the women at the counter suggested which flavors to try, they even knew some nutrition info! ... As far as Dunkin' Donuts go, this is one of the lower rated ones in my book. I live in the same town and I hardly ever go to this one. Coffee is not bad, service is okay. But the prices at this one are the highest of any DD I have ever been to. Almost $2 for a medium sized coffee. The coffee is what you'd expect. It's the same as any other Dunkin Donuts, but the service is usually rude and the language barrier is typically a problem. It isn't uncommon for me to repeat my order 2-3 times. I can live with all of this, but the overall hygiene of the employees is despicable. A few years ago I ordered an egg sandwich and watched the employee take a bagel (without gloves), wipe his sweaty zit infested face with his hand and continue to make my sandwich. I walked out and boycotted the place for a year. I recently returned and to my surprise the same guy was still working there. I tried to avoid him in line, but couldn't. I have never left a negative review on yelp. Went to the Myrtle Ave DD today and requested a mint hot chocolate. Upon returning to my car I took a sip and realized it was not mint. I went back into the store and informed the woman working the registered that the HC did not taste right and that it was not mint. The employee insisted that it was mint and refused to remake it. I tossed it in the garbage on the way out and went to another DD and received a real mint hot chocolate. Terrible customer service. read more
