But after receiving excellent guidance from the staff in ordering and then receiving my soup, I was proven wrong. The tofu was sautéed fresh, it definitely was not sitting in a warmer. The bowl was full of delicious rice noodles. And served with the usual fresh accompaniments of bean sprouts, jalapeños and limes which were fresh and crisp. The food court can get busy so it might be a little loud, but we had not trouble finding a table near Pho.

In this case I was very pleasantly surprised to find a dish I will be rushing back to get again. I got the Pro special to go. Everything was packed separately so I could assemble it and have it fresh. The mint Lyme & sprouts on top layer, broth with meatballs in separate container, rice noodles, thin sliced beef scallion in the bowl, packet of Sriracha chili and some other sauce. I didn't think I would eat all the rice noodles as it was more then I could eat in one sitting but because it was so tasty compared to other noodles I had in the past I kept it and had it the following day. My only complaint would be perhaps more beef and sprouts.

This location tends to be very slow service wise, and they tend to get the order wrong about half…read morethe time. But the reason I am giving them one star is because I went through drive-thru this morning, and the young girl who took my order was rude. I wanted to try the new Oreo cloud latte, but as a coffee. So to me, that means whatever goes into the latte, put all that into a coffee (I didn't know what the new swirl was called). So after she says "what do you want" (already off to a great start, especially with that tone) I say: "can I get the Oreo cloud latte, but as a coffee please?" All she says is "no" and lets me sit there in silence. We go back and forth, at this point I'll admit I'm returning her attitude, and I tell her all I want is whatever swirl is in that latte in a coffee, and with the new cold foam on top, so then she snaps "then order it like that." I tell her I didn't know what the swirl was called, and she told me then made me repeat it back to her. By the time I got to the window her tone was better, but she was acting passive aggressive. I understand it was not even 6 AM so she was probably tired, but that's no excuse to behave like that. If you are not in a customer service mood, then have someone else take the orders, and you make the coffees instead. Normally a nicer middle aged woman works drive-thru, she's great.
