As a nurse, i need my morning caffeine. And I can reliably trust this Dunkin to take care of me so I can take care of my patients. It's nothing fancy, but being able to reliably get a decent cup of coffee at 6:30 in the morning by people that aren't annoyed to see me. It matters. Well well well ... to my surprise this dunking experience was better than most .... The cashier was friendly and fast. I did the drive thru.... In and out. Donuts were fresh .... This Dunkin' location is only a drive-thru after their recent renovations. I do my usual mobile order and everything came out well. Coffee was nice and hot. The only thing was with my bagel - they didn't give me any napkins. Other than that, the bagel was toasted just right with the perfect amount of cream cheese. read more

This is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts. Everyone is so friendly, and during the morning rush they are polite and efficient. I go there so much they know my order! The only gripe I have is with the parking lot, it is this odd shape which makes it difficult for cars to get in and out of during the rush. First of all the parking is horrible. There's about 10 spaces for parking. In first thing in the morning last thing you want to do is fight for parking or drive circles. The cashier that placed my order seemed like She hated life and that she hated her job. But it's another franchise food place so service is always going to be hit or miss. Why.....why is the line always literally around the building!?!?! Every single time I decide to go to this one (as it is the more convenient location) I find myself sitting in the ridiculous line SEETHING as my kid screams his head off in the backseat. I honestly have no idea why the line is always like this. The staff are always polite and my order is always done correctly but why in God's name did I literally spend more time than it would take me to drive to the park trying to get coffee. If you come in the morning the staff is friendly in the evening the service is at times beyond terrible. The parking lot is too small especially during the morning rush forcing people to park on the sidewalk and on South Western Blvd. In the mornings the drinks are usually made well. At night more than likely they aren't up to par. This location is like two different stores in different neighborhoods depending on what time of day you go. My friends and I usually opt for the Washington Blvd location or even 7-11 in the evenings to avoid the terrible evening experiences we've repeatedly had. I would have no problems with this location if the evening staff was replaced, I could even over look the inadequate parking. read more

The service was terrible. A customer before me was rooted by the employee. He started taking a gentleman's order who had just came into store. She was kind enough to let it go. He was very disrespectful to her . He made us wait until he calmed him self to take our orders after it was more than 5 people in line. Other customer walk to door and turned around. Pretty disappointed. The cashier had trouble understanding our order. I used one of my free beverage rewards and he never closed out the order. I waited, but then he started adding the next person's order to mine. I waited around to make sure it wasn't charged to my card. Luckily it wasn't. The drinks were overly sweet. Service is very poor. I went in today to get a coffee. The place was empty, not a customer in sight, except for me. I ordered a coffee. I asked could they rinse the cup out, before putting the coffee in. The person behind the counter said" we don't do that here" I said what don't you do, I am buying a coffee. Not impressed. This is the WORST location I have ever experienced! I've gone in gas station ones that gave better service! Being from Mass where this started and where Franchise HQ is, I was just so disturbed leaving here. I asked the owner for a "plain bagel whole NOT cut" and he turns and looks behind him and in a very thick accent he says "we have none, there is whole wheat. So I look over and before I could speak the girl says there's one. So I said "please make sure it's plain (it looked darker) and he says "no problem" - then I asked him for a chips ahoy crunch donut (and told the little girl w/me that it has "creme" inside - she said ok. Then I ordered a coffee & Boston creme donut. Pretty simple order. I get all the way home and inside the little boys bag (who I bought the bagel for) and it's cut in HALF with tons of cream cheese and was microwaved!!!! I was livid. I called to speak to the owner and literally said "Hi, may I speak to the owner that is at the cash register please?" The Indian man who answered says "please speak slower". He clearly could not understand English because I was clear and not fast! So I repeat again louder and slower, and he starts to interrupt me and say "you can't talk to me this way!" Yelling at me! I said "you are telling me HOW I need to speak and I'm a customer!" You messed up my order, you can't put the owner on the phone and now you are telling a customer HOW to speak. I said maybe you shouldn't answer the phone at the business if you can't understand people. He finally puts the owner on the phone (now I am totally flustered and without patience) and told him the problem and he blames it on the little girl!!! I said she did NOT ever say cream cheese nor did I! I said when she ordered her donut I simple told her it had cream filling in it and he heard me! She said that was ok. He ignored 'Plain whole bagel" because he wasn't either paying attention or just wanted to charge me more $$$! He never apologized and just said "to come back"!!! I said I won't be inconvenienced further and come back to a place where the staff is SO rude and unaccountable for their action/mistake!! He hung up!!! To top it all off the bagel was gross!!! Melted cream cheese all over a microwaved bagel! Never again will I step into that location. Ever. read more

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Like many others I have had several incidents were they have seemingly gotten my order wrong on purpose, then argued with me when I confronted them (I mean how do you mess up a black coffee!) I go here occasionally before work since I work right down the street. They've been fine until today. I redeemed my free beverage reward and got a iced caramel macchiato with almond milk. They're so cheap they made me pay an extra .50 cents myself !!! I wouldn't mind if I didn't have that beverage reward... or maybe if I got a large or extra large !!! But I got a medium. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! How far Dunkin Donuts has fallen!! I recently posted about one of the worst experience I've ever had in ANY food establishment in my life. I had gotten half a dozen donuts and one of the sour cream donuts had almost no glaze on it. The vanilla cream donut barely had any filling ( which is the norm at this store) AND the employee - AJ or JJ - had poked his finger into it. He REFUSED to exchange them for different donuts and told me a donut's a donut. Well to give an update, this experience doesn't surprise me because I attempted to speak with the manager. He not only wouldn't give me his name, he couldn't have cared less . It is very difficult communicating with these people because their grasp of the English language is minimal. They talk horribly about the customers right in front of them- even calling the police officers cheap freeloaders because they get free coffee. I speak their language, and they don't realize I know what they are saying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! read more
