My girlfriend and I ordered frozen mocha coffee coolatas and when we tried them it was like drinking straight chocolate sauce. They were disgusting. I don't know if this is a reoccurring problem for this location or if it was a one time thing, but I will always take a sip of a coffee drink before I leave the store from now on. read more

The service was terrible. Both people I spoke to in the drive through line were mumbling and had terrible attitudes. I asked for 2 lattes in line and when I got to the window I only got one, only to have the cashier roll his eyes at me when I asked for another. It's also just as expensive if not more expensive than Starbucks, but worse quality. read more

Who ever works here on the weekends is awful. You will wait forever, if they are out of something they just look at you and won't make it. During the week everything is smooth running. If they are out of something they'll make it for you. I just don't understand how they make a chocolate cream filled donut on a Monday, but the day before "they don't do that". read more

I've been to this location a couple of times. I went there when the store first opened and the service was slow, but that is to be expected with a brand new store and employees. I normally receive great service from this Dunkin but this morning I went in and waited over 30 minutes for a plain cold brew coffee. Others that ordered after me were getting their drinks before and when I asked the cashier I was told "she wasn't making the drinks" and continued to wait. Just visited this place this morning. Ordered combo and large ice tea with light ice. The cashier seemed like he is bored and doesn't care either way I am standing there to order or not. When I asked if there was free refills on iced tea and coffee he was just busy day dreaming and had to repeat myself to him only to tell me flatly "no". When it was time to pay my order, the amount was overcharged but didn't argue and paid the guy. I asked for light ice, it was almost to the 2/3. I didn't complaint. The breakfast sandwich I got was so disgusting. The egg looks like its precooked. It's all dried up. Also, I didn't say anything. No use saying anything because You can't correct stupid. Only had a few bites and had to trash it. I walked out of there disappointed since I do like their coffee. I doubt I will return back to this establishment. read more

As others have stated, this place is a joke. My family and I are from Florida where there are Dunkin Donuts around every corner....so we were pretty excited to hear one was opening here. That is until they actually opened. 1st off....I really do not think ANYONE has received ANY amount of training. I have been here twice so far and each time it was like watching 5 year olds trying to attempt brain surgery on a hummingbird. These people have no idea what their doing. Our first visit, we stood in a long line, (understandable with it being freshly opened), and while we were waiting we noticed THREE girls trying to figure out how to make a Frappe. It was hilarious. The first girl tries the blender and the drink FLIES everywhere. The second girl tries and the same thing happens...and she says, "I dont think this is how we are supposed to do it", the third girl was just laughing and didnt bother to help. So, Once we got to the register and a girl asks us what we want, we tell her we want a 25 count of munchkins and half a dozen donuts. And let me tell you people, this has to be the most hilarious moment in my restaraunt life experience......EVERY TIME we told this girl what flavor donut we wanted next, It would literally take her 20 seconds to find it. We asked for a Jelly filled donut...Which was RIGHT in front of her hands but she actually looks from shelf 1, all the way around until she finds the jelly ones. And she repeats this process with each flavor donut. Also, the whole thing with them being open 24 hours was bull crap. They close whenever they feel like it and dont bother to put a sign out. They would close and actually all still be inside, with the lights on outside, making us assume they were open but no one would answer in drive thru. Who is managing this place!? Most of these people working here dont seem to care whether or not they are giving you good service...as excited I am that a Dunkin Donuts is finally here...I doubt they will last. read more

I paid for something and when they gave me the wrong coffee I told them and they just poured the old (the one I didn't ordered) into a larger cup and added more milk smh. read more

Open 24/7 but couldn't make a simple item on the menu because "the sandwich station is closed for cleaning (at 8pm on the dot on 8/30). Also the menu board was pitch black. I don't know if the lights had worn out or someone forgot to turn them on. Had to drive on and won't take a chance here again. read more

Unfortunately, you only get one chance to make a good impression. It is obvious that leadership for this location was either incapable or unwilling to plan for the grand opening of an iconic brand like Dunkin' Donuts. ATTENTION! BUYER BEWARE! Recently a Dunkin' Donuts opened in Auburn, and like everyone else I was very excited. Once i arrived at Dunkin' I was met with nothing but disappointment. The employees were friendly but it seemed like there was about 25 of them behind a small area which was blocking the view of the donuts. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! This Dunkin' Donuts is a complete joke of a Donut place. I live by the Dunkin' and i will be one to already admit that they have terrible Donuts and terrible service. Today, July 12th, 2013 i went with my friend at exactly 2:30 (check the surveillance over counter two because i stare into the camera and give a face to express my feeling) we stood in there and once entering i had a smile on my face to see no line and a woman behind the counter. To my surprise i would be standing there waiting awkwardly until someone decided to say something. At that time me and my friend decided to completely give up on Dunkin' Donuts at Auburn. I will be boycotting this place and i encourage everyone on here to do the same. My friends and I hope that you (Dunkin') get your stuff together. I am aware that you have a baker on staff because my friend has left a YELP review before and you informed him in an email. Well the service did not improve, it somehow went down, and the Donuts are still terrible. Whether it is at 9:00 am in the morning or 2:00 in the afternoon they are atrocious. Thank you for your time. Friendly and prompt customer service at the counter, but when I discovered and called to let them know the donuts were cream-filled instead of lemon-filled (the tray was clearly marked lemon) the guy didn't even offer to replace them. read more

I've visited this establishment a few times, as it is on my way to work each morning. Overall I have had favorable experiences. Yes there have minor issues, but I believe that is to be expected. I'm hoping this is a "weeding out" period, and when they finally settle on a full-time staff, service will improve. Without a doubt, the lobby area is a bit chaotic. Too many people trying to maneuver in close quarters. Most issues I've seen can easily be worked out with the implementation of a PLAN. Work orderly, efficiently, get the customer what they order in a timely fashion and everyone is happy. They were thrown into the fire that 1st week. Each morning the line wrapped around the lobby & cars were backed up to College Street. And DD was NOT prepared at all for this opening. They ran out of everything from cups to donuts to milk & eggs. I've heard all the horror stories & dealt with a wrong order here or there. But relax folks. At the end of the day this is still "Fast Food", and you have to expect "Fast Food Service". Give them time to work out the kinks. There is no problem with making a mistake. But if you continue to make the SAME mistakes, well then something needs to change. Hang in there... get it together... looking forward to many more mornings enjoying my large iced coffees. =) read more
