I am normally the LAST person to complain. However, I ordered ahead from my app this morning and set it to pick up in the lobby. Now, the sign outside even says that pick up inside is available. I arrived to find the lobby locked. So, I drove around to the window only to be met by a rude employee. She asked me what I ordered, then proceeded to retrieve my order. I had ordered a large iced coffee and she handed me 2 smalls stating that they were out of large cups. OK, stuff happens, I get it. Then, she tells me they don't have the Munchkins I ordered and asked if there was anything else I wanted. I told her it would be fine to substitute different flavors for the ones I ordered. She threw them all in a bag and basically pitched it at me out the window with no napkins or anything. I said "thank you" and she replied "uh huh". I understand that the world is crazy right now and everyone's under a lot of pressure and stress. I'm a healthcare worker and I see more than most. So, if I can muster a smile and I kind "thank you" and a good attitude after you just basically told me you had NOTHING I ordered, the least you could do is smile and say "you're welcome"! I don't know what has happened at this location since the pandemic came about, but all your good employees are gone and the ones you have now have terrible attitudes and are giving your store a bad reputation. You should probably try and find some employees who actually WANT to work and will maintain a good attitude through these hard times. Until that happens, I probably won't be back. read more
