I asked for paper towels to dry the floor so people wouldn't slip while walking by, but the manager refused, stating it was the mall's responsibility. I then asked for a refill because the lid was put on incorrectly; they said I would have to pay for another one. I set the empty cup down on the counter and walked away. I will never buy another item from Cinnabon if this is how they treat the public and their customers.

The biggest issue is that there isn't a menu available when you pull up. The first time I visited, I had no idea what to order, so I asked the employee what they recommended or what their favorite drink was. Instead of getting any guidance, I got a blank stare, like I had asked something completely unreasonable. I ended up with a Cookie Butter Latte, which tasted good, but it was incredibly milky. The next time I came back, I did my homework ahead of time because you almost have to. You have to pull over somewhere before you get in line and look up the menu online because there isn't an easy way to browse your options at the stand. I ordered exactly what I wanted, but they still made the wrong drink. At first I questioned whether I had ordered incorrectly because there wasn't anything to compare it to. It wasn't until I pulled away and looked up the menu again that I realized they had made the wrong drink. Another frustrating part is that there seems to be a "right" way to order drinks to get the flavor you actually want, but no one explains it. Syrups are measured by scoops instead of pumps, so the flavor doesn't automatically scale with drink size. If you order a large, you have to know to ask for extra flavor. If you order a small, it can end up tasting much sweeter because the ratios are different. Unless you've learned these tricks from someone else, the employees don't offer any guidance. On top of that, this location has been one of the most inconsistent coffee shops I've visited. One visit is good, the next is completely different, even when ordering the exact same drink.
