The service was by far the worst I've had at almost any place. The workers have a terrible attitude. They act as if they don't want to work there. They purposely gave me the wrong drink knowing they were out of it. When I was handed my drink the lady who gave it to me was giving me a very hateful and angry expression. And when I gave the drink to my family member who I ordered it for we realized it wasn't what we asked for. He went to them to complain to make it right and they tried to lie and say they gave him the last one but it wasn't even the right drink to begin with. They hire the worst people for this place. Honestly don't even bother with this place, came here 3 different times and they manage to mess up the simple drink order each time. All I ask is a medium, decaf, caramel latte and what do they hand me? Either a regular iced coffee or a latte with no espresso. But this time they managed to add cream and sugar to it after I told them I didn't ask for that and before they even handed me anything they had to remake it twice. A friend of mine and her husband started their own business serving coffee on a food truck because Dunkin never has any coffee after a certain time or fresh donuts. Honestly I have not had a sadder donut experience. This was my first visit to a Dunkins in years. I was desperate. It was late. It felt like hooking up with an old boyfriend. I asked for a mixed dozen. Six of them were sadly the Dunkin Donuts celebratory donuts which were something like the party no one comes to. Two were blueberry which were ok when microwaved. One was clear glaze and the rest chocolate glazed with or without sprinkles. So zero for the "mixed" part. None tasted fresh. When I told the lady at the window, she took the bag we waited five minutes and we were given a new bag with the food wrapped. I am a life long Dunkin drinker. I have to say this is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I have given this shop numerous chances and after today I will never step foot in this shop again. Large decaf Ice coffee with three creams, four sugar and Carmel swirl. I go with decaf because the regular coffee is so watered down it doesn't even taste like coffee. After waiting for the girl to get done with her conversation with the kid with his ass hanging out of his pants (also an employee) I placed my order. I literally watched the girl turn around and make the coffee wrong. Her first attempt she did not put sugar in the coffee. She handed it to me and I handed it right back and said you didn't put sugar in it. She took it back and dumped the entire drink out and remade it. Only this time she did not put cream in it. She literally handed me a black ice coffee. I again handed it back to her and said "Their is a sticker on the cup telling you what you need to do. Not to mention you just took my order." She looked at the cup turned around and remade the coffee for the third time wrong again. This time it she got the cream and sugar correct but didn't put decaf. She used regular. As I was about to ask to speak the the manager I noticed the actual manager walk up from the back on her phone talking about where she was going to meet whoever it was she was talking to. Her shirt was untucked and it looked like she just rolled out of bed. So at this point I just walked out. The shop is always dirty. Even first thing in the morning, which explains why the coffee taste so bad. I am willing to bet the machines have not been cleaned in months. The Dunkin in Sanford is 100% better. I have never had an issue at that location. Unfortunately the only thing that is going to fix the Aberdeen location is to close the shop down, deep clean everything, fire the entire staff and start over. read more

The quality of service and product has reached the bottom. Im originally from New York and Dunks has always been my go to for coffee and donuts. I have been supporting this Dunkin since it opened and have seen it at its best and its worst. I typically stop once a morning for my coffee, almost every day of the week. I've visited this location on 4 separate occasions. The first time was prior to the Reno and it was great--good customer service, donuts were fine. However, the customer service the last 3 times have been AWFUL! And this last time was the worst experience I've had here. So I went back up to the counter, apologized and said that I ordered the wrong chocolate donuts and placed another order for the correct ones. The cashier was again very irritated/annoyed and boxed 2 cream filled chocolate sprinkled donuts. As soon as I saw I said, sorry ma'am. I ordered the chocolate frosted not sprinkled. Then she angrily returned the donuts and boxed the correct ones. I tried to pay but She ended up giving them to me free of charge. I felt bad because she seemed like she was having a bad day or something but also she made the experience awful, unwelcome and as if I was a bother from the beginning. I apologize in advance if I did anything to upset her but I do hope future experiences are better than the last 3 because our family actually likes Dunkin' Donuts. I've been going here for the past 6 months with no issues. I've gone all times of the day, all weather conditions and my order is always right and the employees are always smiling and happy. Before I moved 2 years ago I came here pretty often for a solid year and still didn't have a problem with orders or the staffs attitude. They've really made it easier to stop going to Starbucks on the other side of town. The drive thru flow is much better here and they're really quick and not skimp on quality. read more
