In fact, after doing some internal investigating ourselves, we learned our orders were never placed, (even though Bob assures you they are) and when we confronted him, he neglected to right his wrong and instead, told us he was just going to "cancel" our order. What order, Bob? The one you took on the post-it note that you lost? Classy, and oh so professional. Oh, and when Bob tells you it'll be a "6 week wait" what he should really say is that he doesn't know. Because, we are going on 3 months now. They recommended that I replace the chain and cartridge since it was showing signs of being wore out. So I'm ready for my next ride!
