I was compassionate but she was determined to make herself look like life is too hard for her to help the likes of me. Was it my age? Not athletic enough? Who knows. When I came back later that afternoon to return one item, she pouted again, saying "oh no, another return", grabbed my receipt, sighed heavily, then snapped "sign here." No "please", no "I'm sorry the item didn't work out - may I help you find another?" Now I'm insulted by this young girl who is not respectful or courteous at all. Worse, I then tried to explain to the man who called himself a manager that his staff may need a bit more training. He too did not apologize or want to listen. So maybe the problem is higher up. Regardless, I will not be returning to Dunham's in Sterling anytime soon.
