So two weeks later Julie contacted me to say her manager Derek has disagreed with the report the company does 75 to 100 call outs about furniture and it was fishpools idea to get a report from them a independent one I've never met the guy or new the company. I really feel let down by fishpools as they know what happened to us my dear dad was murdered in front of my face I suffer from anxiety ptsd ny mum is a widow and since my dear dad has passed she suffers from panic attacks and anxiety I think it's shocking they have come to this decision feel like I might get legal advice on this people come into our home and can't understand how the sofa has gone so bad.
