I would give a zero star review if I could.
After a huge fiasco trying to get a delivery made on time (sending only one member of staff to deliver 700kg of tiles and at a completely inappropriate time, Fired Earth agreed to refund my delivery charges.
I provided them with my account number and sort code.
They then refused to process the refund to my account, insisting that I provide my confidential credit card details over the phone. Due to past incompetence I was not willing to do this, as I have no confidence they would be treated securely.
It beggars belief that a company, in the UK, in the 21st century cannot make a payment to a bank account, when you provide them with the name of the account holder, the account number and the sort code.
I have never encountered such outrageously poor customer service before.
