I bought a number of internal doors from Matt at the door gallery - just like the ones on the home page of the website. They are a real talking point and I get lots of compliments over how good they look. It is amazing how a good looking door can transform your home. I have been so pleased, I actually just had him design and install a custom made front door, and he matched it in with the internal doors, using the same handle on the inside, so it looks fantastic - and with super multi point locks (for the security minded) Really pleased, very professional and courteous business and I can't recommend them enough. Ask for Matt - he will sort you out. I am limited to five stars, but I would give more if I could read more

I have to disagree with the first review. The Door Gallery are one of the most unhelpful companies I have come across. once they had the deposit they could not care less. They provide no upfront information which has led to us buying a door that is, only now, noted as not suitable on their web site, the salesman never mentioned the issue. They never advised us of delivery dates to the factory, the need for us to select colours, provide additional sizes which led to late delivery of the door. I am a local Architect and always send clients to the showroom. The staff are knowledgable and friendly and always help clients to find the door they like at a budget to suit. Whilst they can not compete with some internet sites, the small savings do not make up for thier expertise. They supply and fit and are always there to help with any issues. Their after care service is good too and this too is invaluable. read more

Great service from the salesman but once there was a problem, doors damaged in manufacture and not fit for purpose, customer service was very poor. The promised replacement doors took nearly 3 months to arrive due to the company having forgotten to order them. Very little in the way of an apology. We could not recommend this company. read more

Look else where! Seriously not worth it. They have a good range of doors but if anything goes wrong they have no concept of good customer service. They care only about making sales and, in our case, of a set of doors that were simply not fit for purpose. Never had such poor service from a local supplier before, very disappointed and unhappy. read more
