very dishonest and unprofessional. they did not complete the work i paid them for and refused to come to complete it. Refused to reply my messages and the number they gave me is 07514434905. They spoiled my carpet and their work was cowboy through out. they have a very sweet talk which will make you trust them but don't. they kept saying don't worry, will clean it, you will get the carpet cleaned, very untidy, they don't have enough tools, and they used my things even without asking. they used my ladder, hunted it down one day when I hide it and also cleaning materials and used my flannels when they couldn't find cleaning clothes left my garage full of dust, left paint tray because they were coming back by the door entrance. damaged my new shower, my door to the garden and they were meant to replace it. Obviously they left me to pick up the cost. when I paid them their countenance changed and they just wanted to leave I told my husband I noticed they just wanted to leave.
