Always excellent service the guys are always on it. Food always good satisfied my hot dog craving! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Only negative for me it's a big kid place. People don't watch their little brats so they come next to our table and stare at us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. if I wanted dinner with little kids I would have brought my own.. kidding I don't have any! My hubby told me good thing I don't have any I wouldn't be a good mother. No shit!

Was drawn to this cute little restaurant by its look. Tucked under palm trees with a really cool patio in the back and beach patio on the side. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They played a great beach type selection of music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Unfortunately, because they were serving a private party, we weren't able to get seated in the back patio. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Instead we chose the side patio which is cute but noisy from the U.S. 1 traffic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We started our dinner by sharing a bowl of the lobster bisque. Couldn't find any lobster but the soup was thick and tasty. We then moved on to the fried shrimp and the fried clam dinners. The shrimp was the winner here but neither dish was special. Not bad but simply not special. The waffle fries side was a different twist. We also tried Cajun rice and black beans. All were ok but nothing special. Service was excellent with just the right attention. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you're interested in a cool setting and great music and are ok with simply ok food you'll enjoy this place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a cool, casual spot to have a great lunch. The restaurant reminded me of being in the Keys. The decorations and atmosphere made it possible[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I enjoyed my lunch here. The staff was friendly and the food service super fast. I was happy. I got the clam chowder and loved it. It tasted great and it was nice and crunchy. I then ordered the Crunchy Fish Platter. This was a big meal. The fish filets were a good size. It came with two sides. The onion rings were really good, everything was very good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is cute inside. It has weekly specials and it is kid friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It is divided into three sections. One in the back, one inside air-conditioned with a bar, and one area open in the front. The front area has a kid's mini golf area. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is great here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The restaurant had a big parking lot. The place was easy to find. I had a good meal and I liked the place.

I've been here a couple of times and the food is pretty consistent. Not sure it's the highest quality of seafood but it's pretty tasty! I love how they always have specials, that's the menu I usually order off of. The portions are pretty large, especially the kids fish fingers! [[HIGHLIGHT]]My kids loved playing on the little green, it kept them entertained for quite a bit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall great spot!

We had lunch here. We sat inside as it was so hot the day we came here, and they were busy with every seat taken at every table. When we left, we noticed that the outside tiki area in the back was also filled with patrons. There is a large convenient parking lot right outside the free-standing building. The signs on the side of the restaurant and out front are hard to miss. As hot dogs are their specialty that is what we ordered. They were promoting their fried fish, however, which turned out to be Swai (Vietnamese catfish) which the server inaccurately described as "like grouper"(!). My husband had their Chicago dog topped with all sorts of stuff along with a side of waffle fries. it was okay. The fries were good. I had their chili dog. We both got the larger/longer hot dog. The menu says they are all beef. I asked for my hot dog to be well done and it was split on the grill -- which was exactly like I prefer it done. The hot dogs were fine. Service was acceptable although the gal stopped to have a long discussion (about her tattoos) with another table that seemed to take forever. What we liked most about the place was that they were casual, and the hot dogs were reasonably priced.

In Stuart for a pre-holiday weekend and had to stop for a hot dog. We were among the first diners before lunch crowd started to arrive, so we had made our selections and enjoyed our soft drink beverages while we waited. The fun decor adorns the walls and the casual ambiance is relaxing. Our orders arrived, my Chicago Long dog looked and tasted great! The accompanying waffle fries were a hit as well. My wife had a Long Chili dog which she also enjoyed. If you are hankering for a good hot dog, this is the place and perhaps enjoy a beer with your meal!

Hello everyone, yesterday I had the Maine Lobster with fries and corn on the cob. The lobster was so delicious and tasty. Our server was very nice and attentive. I highly recommend checking out Dune Dog. The waffle fries are so good too.

Stopped in for an impromptu lunch with my wife and daughter and we realized we should have brought our son too because he would have enjoyed the putt putt. We sat outside on a rainy day and ended up having to go to the other side because the tiki side leaked really bad but I'm glad we stayed because we had great service and great food. The food came out quickly and everything was fantastic. We ordered a kids meal for my 18 month old and she devoured the fries (but decided on my Mahi). We'll definitely be brining our son next time! Great family friendly place with reasonable prices. The menu has some seasonal items which I've got my eye on!

NOT a Chicago hot dog. Sigh

We started out with a chocolate martini & a Whispering Angel Rose. Both were refreshing and very celebratory for my friends birthday. Since it was lunch, we went straight to entrees. My husband had the Strawberry Field salad with shrimp. Beautifully crisp and delicious. The shrimp were cooked perfectly even if the salad should have had less dressing. The birthday girl had the short rib grilled cheese which looked exactly like the pictures. She managed to eat the whole thing. I had the steamed clams. The presentation was totally unexpected. It had a pizza dough topper that was puffed up with the clams, linguica & broth nice and steamy underneath. It was an amazing preparation and the dough helped tame some of the spiciness from the linguica. We all said we would come back. I would give this restaurant a solid 4.5 stars as the refill of our water was a big sluggish. Since you cannot rate in 1/2 star increments, I gave it a 5.

It ended up being a great find! The restaurant is spacious with huge windows overlooking the water, which I absolutely loved. It was much too hot to sit outside, so we enjoyed the view from an inside table. We decided to split the steamed clams (without the sausage) and a lobster bisque for lunch. Our server, Sydney, was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The clams were served inside a bread-like pastry. My husband especially enjoyed that part, while I skipped the bread and dug right into the clams--they were fresh and delicious. The lobster bisque was rich, flavorful, and just as good. One unexpected bit of entertainment came from the couple seated next to us. It sounded like they were on a first date, and while I certainly wasn't trying to eavesdrop, they were talking so loudly it was impossible not to overhear! They seemed to be having a wonderful time, and it added a lighthearted touch to our lunch. Hope springs eternal! Overall, I was very happy with both our meal and the beautiful waterfront setting. I'd definitely stop here again the next time we're passing through Stuart. The only thing that gave me pause was the dinner menu, which looked a bit pricey, but for lunch this was a very enjoyable stop. You don't need a reservation for lunch so that was a plus. Sometimes you just want to go with the flow, and that is just what we did!

We were meeting friends for dinner and they suggested Black Marlin as a place they have been wanting to try but have not had a chance. That sounded good to us as we got to try another new place. We arrived during Happy Hour which allowed us to enjoy reduced priced drinks and appetizers. For appetizers we ordered calamari and bam bam shrimp. The shrimp were excellent with the spice adding a nice flavor to the slightly crispy shrimp. (A national chain has shrimp like these but not as good) Calamari was good but not particularly memorable. For dinner my wife ordered the Citrus Crusted Salmon special. This dish was pan seared and served with a delicious mango remoulade. My wife said this is as good salmon as she's ever had. I agreed after trying the small piece she shared with me. I was really in the mood for grouper. It was only offered as a sandwich-not as an entree. I'm glad I stuck with that choice as it was also excellent. We had a great server who kept the drinks coming and continually checked on us. What's better than discovering a new restaurant and enjoying it with friends? Here's the real problem. We can't possibly stay long enough to revisit all our new favorites. We will definitely be back to Black Marlin.

He had it for a while, God only knows what data base I'm now part of, but hey, great reviews, let's go. The guard gave my license back as well as a parking permit. Asked about the restaurant, he said drive to the stop sign and turn left. There's a row of shops and a Sauders sign. Did get a tiny bit confusing...none of the storefronts was Sauders. There was a dingy looking alley opening...found them. Walking down this dingy alley (there were three old window a/c units running up high, I mean old, tired, dirty and all three are dripping water into buckets below them on the concrete). We get to a tired residential screen door and that is the entrance. We were greeted right away. Said two for dinner. The hostess asked if we had reservations...we said no. We asked to sit inside. This is not the restaurants fault, but the marina is under construction, there are no docks or boats outside the windows, just rebar and dirt, however the windows and screens were dirty. There are dive bars and old restaurants with charm, Sauders is neither. Inside it just looks very tired and extremely dated You know how Restaurant Impossible or Bar Rescue showes usually start, with John Tapper and Robert Irving having a lot to say. They would have a lot to say at Sauder's. Carolyn, our server, lived up to the reviews that mention her. She was prompt, knew all the specials and did a good job throughout our meal. We ordered some Calemari. The batter was falling off, so if you tried to pick up a piece, you basically had a piece of squid. The marinara sauce was hot and had a good flavor. We had the shrimp linguine Alfredo. There were plenty of shrimp. Tha pasta was spaghetti, not linguine, but cooked properly. Could have had a little more sauce but tasted OK. The meal came with a salad. Everything was fresh, cold and crisp. Carolyn informed us the thousand island was made at the restaurant and it was OK. Summary...the food was ok, the dining room was tired, oh yeah, the rest rooms were behind doors rusting under their paint in that dingy alley and my wife said the one she went into was not nice. I honestly don't know how you could give this a 4 or 5 rating. If I knew what we were going to experience, I'd never give my driver's license to that guard and we would find another of the many seafood places in town. Sorry Sauder's, you need to make an investment in your business.
