There was the ceremony at one end of the Durham Museum that required mic's and speakers, there was dinner served in the middle of the museum floor the required background music, and then there was dancing at the other end of the museum. He handled all that masterfully, and he was a great DJ for the dancing part. It was an older crowd so we didn't want anything too glitzy and he handled that perfectly. There is a reason EVERY review is giving him 5 stars. Is that a first for Yelp? I don't know but he certainly deserves it.

1st of all, they dropped the ball. They told me that my photographer would contact me 45 days…read morebefore my wedding and I had to call them 30 days before my wedding. The gentleman that answered the phone said that he would just "take the job" The photographer was very friendly and and seemed to understand what I was asking for. I was told that I would get a photographer for 8 hours, 800 photos all touched. I received over 1300 photos and only 90 of them were edited. There are hundreds of pictures of my back, my guests back with my arms wrapped around them. He took very few photos of our faces and did not capture very many moments that we could print and use. He did not give anybody any direction and most of the time I didn't even know where he was. During the ceremony he stood in the back of the church. He captured a picture of the entire room and we are very very small and did not capture our faces very well. There are many pictures that would have been fabulous if they weren't shadowed and the lighting was not adjusted by his camera, or if he simply told people to look at him so he could snap the picture. He also did not use the zoom at all. When capturing pictures of our guests and our wedding party, they are making silly faces, not smiling and posed well. There was a few very specific pictures I asked for and he did not execute that very well. I am very disappointed at $1600 I cannot rephotograph my day. At the end of the day I have a flash drive and alot of work to do in order to create a wedding album.

This Business Genius tells me "A Million Dollars". I told him that is F'ing crazy. So this place either does not know what they are doing or they are crooks, either way you don't want your business there. Ended up going to 2 other repair shops and both were able to give a high end estimate. Robert, your response is as ridiculous as your "Million Dollars" quote. I did not get frustrated until you gave an obviously ridiculous answer. Yeah, I shouldn't have said your answer was F'ing crazy, but no other words could describe it. Don;t worry, I found Peace when I went to a professional repair shop that had no issue answering my questions. I am sure you will also find peace as your business drops off due to your stellar customer service.

We have had multiple issues with Tony and they are still ongoing. Earlier this year, we ended up…read moreowing an additional $4900 on the 2024 state taxes because "Tony messed something up". When you communicate with Tony, he will never give you a straight answer of where he went wrong. The issue ended up going on so long and we weren't notified about it by Tony - instead, going into the end of 2025, we got a letter from the Department of Revenue of the State of Nebraska that if a payment plan or full payment was not made, a lien would be placed on our property. You can imagine our surprise to receive such a letter when we are paying Tony close to $1200/year to file our taxes! A premium price for NOT premium work. Even once we made the full payment on that, Tony took 5 months for the fees to drop off of the bill because he kept claiming "their office is busy". I called their office several times and had no issue getting them on the phone. To top it off, we just submitted our 2025 taxes and we were expecting a return. Lo and behold, the return hasn't come after more than a month later. We had to call the IRS to find out why and it turns out, Tony never submitted our 2023 taxes!!! And now we are being sent an additional bill because he's claiming we owe on the 2023 taxes that he finally just filed. How did he not get notified that the 2023 filing didn't go through? When I spoke to him on the phone, he tried to play this game of "oh you know how these computer systems work"....umm no! That's not how it works! The IRS would have notified him. When he sent us the most recent amount that is now due in back taxes, he also just sent a blanket amount without the breakdown of interest and fees - probably in the hope that we will just pay it and that he doesn't have to cover the fees. Also, once I realize that multiple mistakes were being made on our tax returns, I went through them myself and found additional mistakes! I had switched jobs in March of 2024. I sent Tony both W2s for that year. When I went back through the report, he only filed one of the W2 incomes/taxes and he filed it under the wrong company! Like, this is a job where details matter and when you communicate your frustrations with Tony, he doesn't take care of it. Sometimes we are waiting for months on end and most of the time you can barely reach him by phone. Emails are completely out the window - he never responds, I doubt he even reads them. We will never be doing business here again. Do not do business here unless you want to be dealing with the same headaches that we are - dealing with taxes from 3 years ago due to clerical mistakes from Tony. I saw another poster mentioned making a report to the BBB. I will be posting there as well as making a formal complaint with the IRS.

Well winter was harsh and alot of set backs with trying to fit her hours as she only wanted to do later in the evening and winter is COLD!!! well my daughter never got her second session as she never got back to us and then hasnt even edited the originals from the first session. Well my daughter graduates this week and we have no pictures. I paid her like a dummy the full $600 and now she is ignoring my text messages, and my venmo request of $400 which letting her keep $200 is generous as it was a quick 45 min shoot the first time in her hometown and 1 picture was edited as i needed that for her year books and at the time she'd text me back. Very unprofessional and i feel bad as the person who recommended her is like family to her and didnt think she'd do this. BEWARE!!!!! especially for senior pictures if you need someone. Had she done good job i have one kid graduating this next coming year but thankfully found someone way cheaper and wont be two separate sessions (which had she had indoor studio i could of seen two sessions). She would of made almost $2000 off of me with my 3 kids but absolutely not. If she refunds me the $400 ill delete this as its the right thing to do but since im being ignored and its not being refunded i don't see that happening.

One of the other great things about this company that has to be mentioned is that what they charge per copy (8.5 x 11, standard stock, white paper) is slightly more than HALF THE PRICE of two big copy centers in Omaha (to be left unnamed). From the calls I made, these guys are the most cost effective. This amounted to a quite a savings for my small copy job. I will be utilizing this company in the future for any copy needs of mine, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do the same.

After meeting with a few photographers, it was obvious that for the money, this was the best option for us. While it's pricey, it's definitely worth it. We opted for "the forever" package so we received two photographers for eight hours. I think they may have even stuck around a bit longer than without an additional charge. She took us to some memorable locations in and around the Old Market and got some very unique shots. Our wedding party is a bit on the wild side but she handled them calmly and professionally. The turnaround time was great and the quality is hard to beat. We received a fantastic leather bound album, three cd's (one for us and one for our parents) and a copyright release.
