Minchu Yi Omaha - Real Estate Photography

He made the rooms look long and narrow, I called him twice, he never responded to calls or emails…read more I would never use him again nor would I recommend him. By ignoring my phone calls and emails it proves he does not seem to care about customer satisfaction at all or remedy the situation.

I hired Minchu because I was looking for a less expensive option for Real Estate Photography. His…read morepictures on his website looked great so I thought what the heck. He was on time and quick with taking the photos which was great for my clients and he delivered the pictures really quickly. However, after examining the pictures I was less then impressed. In one of the sets of pictures there were significant sunspots for the front photos of the home which has NEVER happened with any other pictures I have had taken before regardless of the time of day. The second set of pictures that I had him take were basically unusable. They were extremely blurry, there were huge dark spots in the photos and they just looked awful. When I confronted him about the quality, he gave me excuses on how he couldn't control the lighting and how it was because the home was vacant. I have had pictures taken in vacant homes before and never had quality issues like this. He refused to rectify the situation and acted like I was being ridiculous. I have had many homes photographed with another reputable company in town and never been unsatisfied. The lesson here is that it is worth the extra 50 dollars to work with professionals who provide a quality product in the end.
